Great place for a family trip, Plenty of space for everyone, and the separate study was a nice touch for our friends who joined us, The garden was lovely and I enjoyed sipping wine on the terrace, A few more towels would have been nice, but overall it was a fantastic experience!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Our stay was relaxing and pleasant, The views from the terrace were a highlight, especially during sunset, Although the location was a bit isolated, it made the getaway very peaceful, We felt at home throughout our stay

Incredible villa with stunning views! We loved the outdoor spaces, especially the terrace by the pool. The house felt spacious and the decor was cozy. The local grocery store was a bit far, but we managed to stock up for our stay.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

A beautiful and quiet refuge, The villa was clean and had a cozy atmosphere, The nearby Boulodrome was a fun place to visit, We appreciated the pet policy, which made it easy to bring our dog with us

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Beautiful location with amazing views and a lovely pool at a good temperature.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Apart from the sound of the cicadas during the day, we cannot and should not complain about the beautiful location of this holiday home. The owners are easily reachable via WhatsApp and respond immediately to questions. The starry sky at night, the silence at night,... The house has all the comfort in our opinion. Price/quality is just and proportional. Not less and certainly not more.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

I loved the terrace! It was the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine while we enjoyed the panoramic view. The living room was cozy and the kettle was handy for our morning tea.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Great views from the terrace, The private pool was the perfect addition for relaxation.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Overall a pleasant experience, The location was quiet and the property was well maintained, It was nice to have a private pool to cool off after a day of exploring, The only downside was the limited dining options nearby

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

A fantastic getaway! The BBQ and outdoor seating area were perfect for our evening meals, We also enjoyed the nearby walking trails with our pets, The villa felt like a home away from home,

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

We had a great time in this villa in Prades-sur-Vernazobre. The air conditioning kept us cool on hot days, and the cozy living room with the fireplace was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The nearby town center is just a short walk away, which was very convenient.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The villa was spacious and comfortable. I particularly liked the double bed in the guest studio. It was nice to have a private space for our friends. The swimming pool was refreshing, especially after a day when we explored the local market.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

This accommodation is charming and well-equipped. The separate guest studio was a nice addition for our friends who accompanied us. Ample parking was a plus, and we appreciated the modern furniture throughout the villa.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

We had a lovely time here. The separate studio was ideal for our older children, giving them a bit of independence while still being close. The barbecue on the terrace was a hit for our evening dinners, just a short walk from the village center too!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The villa was clean and comfortable, It had everything we needed for a family getaway, The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief in the summer heat, A great base for exploring Prades-sur-Vernazobre and nearby attractions

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

What a beautiful stay! The private pool of the villa was a highlight for our family. We spent hours on the loungers enjoying the breathtaking view. The open kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Comfortable and cozy house (with all necessary household items) and with a fantastic pool, very quietly located on a hill. Everything is perfectly fine! (the only thing we felt was missing were bath mats, as the floor is very slippery in the walk-in shower of the studio and in the bathroom). We have already reserved for next year!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Our family had a fantastic time in this villa on the hill! The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking and provided unforgettable sunsets. The children loved the private pool and we spent most days relaxing with a good book. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals, and the nearby supermarket was a short drive away. The hosts were attentive and easy to reach, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Great place for a family vacation! The separate guest studio provided extra privacy, and the outdoor area with a grill was fantastic for evening barbecues. The location is quiet yet close to the city center.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

A pleasant retreat! The air conditioning in every room made our stay very comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were convenient for keeping our clothes fresh during the trip.

Our stay in the villa on the hillside was simply fantastic! The view was breathtaking, and we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool. The children loved the spacious garden, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for family meals. Highly recommended!

Very quiet location with a beautiful view of the valley of the Orb.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, beautifully situated swimming pool with lovely loungers, modern kitchen with all the trimmings. It exceeded our expectations.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Beautiful surroundings, nice villa. Everything present.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The house is a bit older, and you can tell by a number of things that were broken (some shutters for example), but in itself everything was there that you needed. Also many kitchen utensils. The location of the house and the pool, on the other hand, were sublime. We have never had a more beautiful view. It is a joy to sit on the terrace as well as by the large pool. You do not have to bring books, there are many available in the bookcase! Also a lot of parking space. The house is well situated for driving towards the sea as well as towards the mountains. Ideal for outings. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the area, Béziers and Narbonne are nice cities, kayaking is also nearby.

Check-in was done via an app, in which we received the code for the key box. Otherwise maybe a bit impersonal, but now fine and Corona proof. House is fine and has a beautiful private garden with plenty of seating in both sun and shade. In good weather the pool water is around 20 degrees. By placing the pool cover we were able to maintain the temperature, especially when the nights became colder at the end of September. There is everything in the house; herbs, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll and toilet paper. Also many Dutch books, which we have used eagerly. Missed here and there an insect screen (in the master bedroom and the shower room for example) and the front door is closing. Alternatively, you can use the sliding glass door as an entrance. The environment is beautiful and rugged.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Beautiful house where everything is there. Nice seats everywhere and always somewhere shade. The view is really fantastic. The pool is lovely and private. There is plenty to do in the area (car is necessary).

Cozy villa, very quiet location with beautiful views and lovely pool. Here and there some maintenance needed: kitchen tap is a bit loose - bbq requires some improvisation, a decent grille is missing - umbrella holders need some maintenance to be able to use - wifi did not work on arrival (possibly caused by a thunderstorm) but was followed up as desired when reported and repaired within a few days. The room of the "studio" is very warm without air conditioning, there is a fan here. We really enjoyed our week (and also of the Dutch TV options)

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We had a wonderful week in July 2020 in this fantastically located holiday home. Secluded (only 1 immediate neighbor that we did not bother), quiet (if you do not count the cigales, because they can make quite a noise :-)), on a mountain slope with a beautiful view, a shady beautifully furnished garden (but with limited play options for the children) and a lovely swimming pool. The environment (Haut Languedoc) is beautiful. The house itself was very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was recently renovated. The only downside was the condition of the windows and doors. They clearly needed renovation. There was air conditioning, but only in the living room, not in the bedrooms.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Pb with house number. Address given = 4 chemin de la Tinasse. But the number is actually 6 (mailbox). Apart from that, stay excellent. Very nice pool, very nice house. All the desired comfort and especially a lot of calm.
