Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, beautifully situated swimming pool with lovely loungers, modern kitchen with all the trimmings. It exceeded our expectations.

The house is a bit older, and you can tell by a number of things that were broken (some shutters for example), but in itself everything was there that you needed. Also many kitchen utensils. The location of the house and the pool, on the other hand, were sublime. We have never had a more beautiful view. It is a joy to sit on the terrace as well as by the large pool. You do not have to bring books, there are many available in the bookcase! Also a lot of parking space. The house is well situated for driving towards the sea as well as towards the mountains. Ideal for outings. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the area, Béziers and Narbonne are nice cities, kayaking is also nearby.

This villa is a total vibe check! The views are stunning, and the private pool provides a completely different experience. The perfect place for a family trip or relaxing with friends. Everything you need is here, 10/10 recommend.

What a treasure! The atmosphere of this place was simply amazing. We enjoyed evenings under the stars on the terrace while the kids swam in the pool. The area is beautiful for walks, and we even found a few charming restaurants nearby.

Great place for a family trip, Plenty of space for everyone, and the separate studio was a nice touch for our friends who joined us, The garden was lovely and I enjoyed sipping wine on the terrace, A few more towels would have been nice, but overall it was a fantastic experience!

We had a lovely time here. The separate studio was ideal for our older children, giving them a bit of independence while still being close. The barbecue on the terrace was a hit for our evening dinners, just a short walk from the village center too!

Incredible villa with stunning views! We loved the outdoor spaces, especially the terrace by the pool. The house felt spacious and the decor was cozy. The local grocery store was a bit far, but we managed to stock up for our stay.

A nice and quiet retreat, The villa was clean and had a cozy atmosphere, The nearby Boulodrome was a fun place to visit, We appreciated the pet policy, which made it easy to bring our dog with us.

Our family had a fantastic time in this villa on the hill! The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking and provided unforgettable sunsets. The children loved the private pool and we spent most days relaxing with a good book. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals, and the nearby supermarket was a short drive away. The hosts were attentive and easy to reach, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return!

Overall a pleasant experience, The location was quiet and the property was well maintained, It was nice to have a private pool to cool off after a day of exploring, The only downside was the limited dining options nearby.

Check-in was done via an app, in which we received the code for the key box. Otherwise maybe a bit impersonal, but now fine and Corona proof. House is fine and has a beautiful private garden with plenty of seating in both sun and shade. In good weather the pool water is around 20 degrees. By placing the pool cover we were able to maintain the temperature, especially when the nights became colder at the end of September. There is everything in the house; herbs, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll and toilet paper. Also many Dutch books, which we have used eagerly. Missed here and there an insect screen (in the master bedroom and the shower room for example) and the front door is closing. Alternatively, you can use the sliding glass door as an entrance. The environment is beautiful and rugged.

Here and there some maintenance needed: kitchen tap is a bit loose - bbq requires some improvisation, a decent grille is missing - umbrella holders need some maintenance to be able to use - wifi did not work on arrival (possibly caused by a thunderstorm) but was followed up as desired when reported and repaired within a few days. The room of the "studio" is very warm without air conditioning, there is a fan here. We really enjoyed our week (and also of the Dutch TV options)

We had a wonderful week in July 2020 in this fantastically located holiday home. Secluded (only 1 immediate neighbor that we did not bother), quiet (if you do not count the cigales, because they can make quite a noise :-)), on a mountain slope with a beautiful view, a shady beautifully furnished garden (but with limited play options for the children) and a lovely swimming pool. The environment (Haut Languedoc) is beautiful. The house itself was very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was recently renovated. The only downside was the condition of the windows and doors. They clearly needed renovation. There was air conditioning, but only in the living room, not in the bedrooms.
