The holiday home is located in a pleasant neighborhood near attractions and a small supermarket. However, the house is in need of renovation. There is mold in the bathrooms, loose sealants and the beds are downright bad as well as the sofa. Rented bedding was jaded and two patio chairs were broken. We immediately reported that the pool was not heated, there was also no cover and this was only resolved after 1 week. However, we heard nothing more about the requested compensation.

Enjoyed our stay at villa Mardille to the fullest. The furnishings and facilities are optimal, there is nothing lacking. Quiet location with a view of the village and hills and a covered terrace with dining until late in the setting sun. Heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi complete the enjoyment. We have been renting a house with a swimming pool for about 10 years, where dogs are allowed. So we know what we are talking about: we have never received such a complete and clean house, where EVERYTHING was available. Not with all the worn out things, broken chairs and parasols. No: everything is available in abundance (e.g. cutlery, bags, glasses, pots and pans, food containers). In short, everything was sufficiently available. Even a user card to open the container in the village for household waste.
The location of the house in relation to the village is perfect. There is a local shop where you (TIP!!!) can order your bread or pastries every day in advance for the next day.
If you had any questions, you could always contact the hostess Karin, who would give you an answer very quickly. (We were without water for a day due to problems with the water supply in the region, and Karin regularly communicated the situation via WhatsApp. The village has also responded very well to this to provide water to everyone).
1 tip: the domain is not completely fenced, so if you bring your dog, he would get away from the street via the (high) wall.

Nothing was left to chance and a lot was provided such as candles, napkins, swimming pool equipment,... Communication also went smoothly, correctly and in the right way! Rooms are particularly spacious. The BBQ and the swimming pool as well as the various terraces are of course the icing on the cake. There is also nothing to complain about in terms of privacy. The only minor point that can be given is the condition of the bathrooms. These are a bit out of date, but for a stay where people mainly live outside, this can definitely be taken for another round! We had a good stay, despite a slightly aging rental = the Spa, damaged pool cover, damaged deckchairs, very average bedding, cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

Proper huis en mooi zwembad. Perfecte ligging in leuk dorp met een top restaurantje Cafe occitane en enkele wijnhuizen waaronder het ecologische en lekkere Maris (zeer interessante toer en uitleg). Niet ver van Narbonne, Carcasonne, Narbonne Plage of Leucate Plage en Lac de Jouarrez. Al bij al dus een topvakantie maar wel heel warm dit jaar!

The villa is located in a quiet area and has all the comfort one wishes. The house is very well equipped with a private swimming pool and an outdoor spa. Very nice terrace with a very nice view.

Beautiful holiday home. Everything is there for a successful holiday. Quiet environment and friendly people. Top location and a good base from the mountains to the Mediterranean. Professional service and a folder with all kinds of information about the holiday home, tips and offers about the area. Available day and night for help. Belvilla puts a smile on our face. Perfect setting, very quiet, the people of the village are nice. Full of areas and close to everything, we had a great time there. The house is perfect for a family, everything is there and everything is in order.

The holiday home is located in a pleasant neighborhood near attractions and a small supermarket. However, the house is in need of renovation. There is mold in the bathrooms, loose sealants and the beds are downright bad as well as the sofa. Rented bedding was jaded and two patio chairs were broken. We immediately reported that the pool was not heated, there was also no cover and this was only resolved after 1 week. However, we heard nothing more about the requested compensation.

We particularly enjoyed this charming, beautiful holiday home in an equally nice environment! We were positively surprised by all the amenities. Nothing was left to chance and a lot was provided such as candles, napkins, swimming pool equipment,... Communication also went smoothly, correctly and in the right way! Rooms are particularly spacious. The BBQ and the swimming pool as well as the various terraces are of course the icing on the cake. There is also nothing to complain about in terms of privacy. The only minor point that can be given is the condition of the bathrooms. These are a bit out of date, but for a stay where people mainly live outside, this can definitely be taken for another round! Top holiday!

This villa is located in a very quiet area and has almost every comfort. For those who are looking for this, this is a must. The only downside, as far as we are concerned, is the somewhat hard mattress. We enjoyed our stay.
