A very big house! The pool is great if you come with kids. The area is very quiet, and yet there is a lot to discover around it. The city of Toulouse is just an hour's drive away, Lac de Saint-Ferréol just 30 minutes... Grocery shopping is also available! The house is not too old but not super modern either! You have to get used to the cracking and squeaking doors. Animals have enough space to work out in the garden, but also enough opportunities to retreat to rest! It doesn't matter whether you prefer the sun or prefer to stay in the shade, both are good and there are enough of them.

The caretaker is very nice and can be easily reached by phone.

We had a nice relaxing week there with our children and two dogs 👍

One more thing: you should take enough things with you if you don't want to be bitten by mosquitoes😊

The villa was as described. Well appointed and big enough for the party comfortably. The area was good for walking and cycling. Saissac provided all the facilities not provided by the village. The Tuesday pizza truck in Saint Denis was very good.

House in the smallest imaginable hamlet, with 1 shop / bakery & no restaurants worthy of the name. Annoying when we got there around 8.30 pm, after hours in a traffic jam, and you don't really know where to go the first day. Environment: beautiful walks in nature (forests).

It is secluded but it is very quiet ... maybe too quiet for some, but for us this was great, since we ourselves live on a busy job ... Both owners were super friendly and gave a lot of tips .. it was also nice that we were allowed to move in a few hours earlier than planned .... very nice environment and very good food ... then you need the car 😉 .... was a quiet and happy Holidays…

The location itself is fantastic, quiet, and invites pure relaxation. Unfortunately, we noticed a few deficiencies, such as a not fully functioning cooking plate + ventilation. The person responsible for the house was very helpful and was able to assist us on the evening of our arrival so that at least one cooking plate worked. During our vacation, we also found that the WIFI was not functioning. We also indicated that helpful utensils such as scissors, a second cutting board, etc., were missing in the kitchen. Most glasses and plates available in the kitchen had chips on the edges. In the bathroom, we missed a hairdryer. A few garden chairs were usable but defective. Since we were the first guests of the season, we hope that all deficiencies will be resolved for the next guests. We affirm, however, that the responsible person on site was very helpful. Thank you for that.

Large cozy house with a nice pool and beautiful surroundings. The cleaning could have been done a little more thoroughly; on arrival we found dirty coffee pads, cobwebs, dirty carpets, an old flycatcher .. We also have some suggestions: we missed side tables for outside (including at the pool), a drying rack and a coffee maker, the walls could use some paint and the half of the lamps need to be replaced. Furthermore, had a great stay.

We had a pleasant experience in this holiday home. The layout on the ground floor made it easy for everyone to gather, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The proximity to the local markets was a nice bonus for getting fresh ingredients for our meals.

After a warm welcome from the owner, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful holiday home. Everything was neat and clean upon arrival. The house offers a spacious living area, a recently renovated bathroom, and a practical, modern kitchen with new appliances. The pool is lovely and surrounded by a beautiful garden – a perfect place to relax in a quiet, green environment. A small downside: the television is located in the relaxation area on the upper floor, where it is often too warm in the evenings to comfortably watch TV. It would be more practical if the television were located downstairs in the living area. It's also a pity that the nearby grocery store only opened from June 16, which meant we had to drive further for groceries. Nevertheless, all of this does little to detract from the overall experience – this place is definitely a recommendation for those who enjoy peace, comfort, and a beautiful setting.

The city of Toulouse is just an hour's drive away, Lac de Saint-Ferréol just 30 minutes... Grocery shopping is also available! The house is not too old but not super modern either! You have to get used to the cracking and squeaking doors. Animals have enough space to work out in the garden, but also enough opportunities to retreat to rest! It doesn't matter whether you prefer the sun or prefer to stay in the shade, both are good and there are enough of them.

The caretaker is very nice and can be easily reached by phone.

Nice house, fairly large and ideal for two families in terms of layout. Clean pool, only the water was too cold (September) despite the beautiful weather .. It is secluded but it is very quiet ... maybe too quiet for some, but for us this was great, since we ourselves live on a busy job ... Both owners were super friendly and gave a lot of tips .. it was also nice that we were allowed to move in a few hours earlier than planned .... very nice environment and very good food ... then you need the car 😉 .... was a quiet and happy Holidays…

Nice house, but outdated and overdue maintenance, was not cleaned on arrival, many flies in the house, key code only at 17:05 per sms.pool has been broken for 3 days, owner wanted to make it during our vacation.

Arrival was well arranged with the owner. You can go in at your leisure and the next day he came to check if everything was to your liking. Accommodation is nice and spacious inside and around the pool there is plenty of space and sunbeds etc.

Large cozy house with a nice pool and beautiful surroundings. The cleaning could have been done a little more thoroughly; on arrival we found dirty coffee pads, cobwebs, dirty carpets, an old flycatcher .. We also have some suggestions: we missed side tables for outside (including at the pool), a drying rack and a coffee maker, the walls could use some paint and the half of the lamps need to be replaced. Furthermore, had a great stay.

House in the smallest imaginable hamlet, with 1 shop / bakery & no restaurants worthy of the name. Annoying when we got there around 8.30 pm, after hours in a traffic jam, and you don't really know where to go the first day. Environment: beautiful walks in nature (forests).

Very nice holiday, lots of space and St, Denis is a small but nice village, plenty of room for the dog and beautiful surroundings, because the pool is good to close and the large garden is completely fenced, it is ideal for people who have a dog want to take part,
