Arrival went very smoothly, it is best to check in advance on eg google maps where the villa is located, I can believe that it is not that easy to find again. Accommodation was in perfect condition, quiet location and everything is provided for a nice holiday.The center of Roquebrun is within walking distance (+ - 1 km) with a number of restaurants, its "plage" and the Mediterranean garden with fantastic views. For very nice wine you only have to walk a good 200m (Cave de Roquebrun).

Everything you need for a wonderful (summer) holiday is present at this vacation home. The swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor furniture, kitchen, living room, and sleeping areas were very good. Roquebrun has many beautiful spots. It is rich in birds and challenging for hikers. You can eat well at Le petit Nice; the entrecôte with mushroom sauce is recommended :-) Had a wonderful holiday week, it was great.

This villa is a whole atmosphere, The heated private pool? A real game changer, Perfect for family vibes or relaxed gatherings, Also, the nearby walking trails are beautiful for panoramic photos, Auberge Saint Hubert is a must for some local dishes, Definitely a check for the vibes!

Super spacious and cozy! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, The garden is perfect for relaxing or having barbecues, Not to mention the bicycles for morning outings to the bakery, which are different, I would definitely return!

We were overjoyed with our choice of accommodation! Petit Nice felt so welcoming, and we appreciated the cleanliness and space of the villa. The outdoor area was a highlight for us, especially the garden where we could relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. If you are looking for a family-friendly place that is close to great dining options, then this is it!

Not a bad place to unwind, The villa had a cozy feel, and we loved the outdoor space, However, the WiFi was spotty at times, which was frustrating, Still, we enjoyed our time and the proximity to nature, A reasonable choice for a peaceful retreat

Our stay was quite pleasant, The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having a washing machine, The location was ideal for walking to local attractions, The only downside was the limited number of restaurants nearby, but those we found were delicious.

Wonderful place for a family vacation! The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the peace of the garden. We took advantage of the bikes and went to nearby restaurants. The host was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing trip!

Petit Nice était une agréable surprise ! La piscine privée a rendu notre séjour luxueux, et les jardins étaient magnifiquement entretenus. Our stay at Petit Nice was simply wonderful! The private pool was the highlight for our family, and the garden was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed biking to the local bakery in the morning, and the nearby Auberge Saint Hubert served some of the best meals we had. I highly recommend it for families!

Nice, quiet place for relaxation, the villa was clean and had a functional layout, although the furniture seemed a bit outdated, the pool was inviting, but we spent most of our time exploring local markets and restaurants, overall a good experience, but a few updates could be made.

The villa was spacious and well-equipped. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was a lifesaver on hot days. We appreciated the tranquility of the location and enjoyed evening barbecues by the pool. A great escape from the hustle and bustle!

This place is a gem! The decor was charming and conveyed a warm, inviting feeling. We had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the outdoor kitchen was a nice addition. The nearby hiking trails were lovely for morning walks. Definitely a place we would return to.
