This character house really lives up to its name, It’s got charm, and the restoration is lovely, The kitchen had everything we needed, which was a plus since we cooked a few meals, The WiFi was a bit slow at times, but honestly, we were too busy enjoying the outdoor pool and exploring nearby trails to care much, Overall, a great spot for family get-togethers!

Our stay in Saint-Cernin has been fantastic! The villa was a unique and pleasant home in the quiet hills of rural France. The villa looked like it had been recently renovated as everything was modern with a distinct authentic French touch. Sylvain, the owner of the villa, has a been a wonderful host. He was very hospitable and wonderfully kind.I would recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation.

We had a fantastic stay here with 8 adults and 3 children (between 6 months and 3 years)! The host welcomed us very warmly. Everything in the house was fine and neat. Disinfection was also thought of during these corona times. Everything is available. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided by the beautiful pool. From the terrace you have a beautiful view. The environment is nice. Close to a village where there is a market. Ideal for walking, cycling and running trips. There is a short walking tour behind the house. Also near very beautiful towns. This residence is highly recommended! Thank you very much to our host and his lovely family!

Tenants should take into account that a supermarket or a (medium) large city (e.g. Cahors) requires at least a 30 to 45-minute drive. Having a car is therefore an important condition. The manager is very service-oriented and responds immediately to every question or comment from his tenant, even in the evening. The swimming pool was not heated due to the greatly increased energy costs and did not exceed a degree of 18 to 19 in October 2023.
This location is highly recommended for those who come for (absolute) peace, walking or cycling.

In the evening admire the starry sky in this dark triangle of France.The house has four beautiful rooms and is fully equipped.Gorgeous surroundings, lots to see, Dordogne and Rocamadour is also about half an hour drive, Sarlat an hour but the Quercy with for example the town of St Cirq Lapopie is just as beautiful and much quieter, we had a fantastic week in St Cernin.
