This cosy 4-bedroom holiday home is at 10 min from the Pointe du Raz. It is ideal for a family or a small group and can accommodate 6 guests. This has a furnished garden and terrace for you to unwind and relax after a long day.
The sea lies 1 km from the home if you wish to spend a day by the bay. Try out new recipes at the nearest restaurants only 2 km from the home. The local grocery store at Primelin is 4 km from the home. Enjoy a ride on the horse back at a distance of 1 km from the stay. Douarnenez at 30km and Audierne at 10km are also worth a visit.
A garden is accessible for you to enjoy a glass of wine and a platter of barbecue with your loved one. A wooden stove and electric heating are installed for your warmer stay. 1 pet can be accommodated in the property if communicated in advance. A high chair and childrens bed are offered to the little ones.
You can check-in to the property between 4-7 PM and check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

We received a very friendly welcome and were also given a friendly welcome. The house looked very nice from the outside, was in a quiet side street, but was very noisy due to the wooden construction inside. The environment (sea, sandy beach, waves for surfing, hiking trails along the coast, etc.) continues to invite us to linger.

The house has all but met our expectations. To begin with, it is not detached, as indicated in the photos and on the website. Next to it is another holiday home. A part of the garden is screened off with a cloth and forms the garden of this adjacent holiday home. The worst thing about this house was the strong smell. Everything that came out of our suitcase was musty and had to be washed again. All drawers and cupboards are full, including with expired food, and smelled. We also washed the blankets on the sofa again, but even then the smell was not gone. The bathroom on the first floor also leaves something to be desired: the toilet does not flush properly, so it smells very bad, the sink drain was clogged. There was only wifi in the house for devices with a USB port.So not for your smartphone anyway.What was positive about the house is that it is very spacious and very quiet and beautifully situated.The walled garden is convenient and nice for kids. Oo The mattresses were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available.

Very nice, fully equipped and lovingly furnished holiday home, very nice landlord and a really fantastic environment with many great vantage points, picturesque places and beautiful bays that invite you to swim. We will be back definitely.
