This villa is surrounded by forest in Tordera, a perfect vacation place for 6 people to live peacefully in its 3 bedrooms. The villa features a private swimming pool for relaxing and chilling. Also, you can enjoy the scenic views from the balcony while sipping your favourite hot cuppa. This city is well-known for celebrating different festivities like 'The Strawberry Festival' which honours the delicious strawberries cultivated in the area. You can also enjoy numerous activities like golfing, walking, water sports or just relax on the sandy beaches 10.3 km away. Relish the local delicacies and drinks from the restaurants, a few minutes walk away. Air-conditioning will keep you cool indoors. Prepare a nice barbecue meal and enjoy it in the furnished garden with your pals. The parking facility is also provided for your convenience. Girona Airport is 50 km away.

This is a very beautiful, well thought out and organised house. The generous owners have created a house that is very easy and comfortable to live in. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved every moment of being there, it was hard to leave. We loved having breakfast each morning in the enclosed patio watching the many birds come and go. Even though there are houses nearby this property has a lot of privacy. It is a long way to the nearest village, and the road going up and down the mountain is tight, often with traffic on weekends and holidays but it was easy to use Mercadona online food delivery and get shopping delivered to the front door. A fantastic service! Sant Pol de Mar is a historic village at the bottom of the mountain with a beautiful beach and some great restaurants. I can highly recommend this house.

The holiday home is beautifully and attractively furnished with a lovely swimming pool and veranda with barbecue. Unfortunately, there were also facilities that did not meet the requirements or need attention. There is no WiFi in the house. With a holiday in 2023 with children, the expectation was that this was naturally present. The lighting in the gardens and around the pool did not work. As a result, it was not possible to swim or sit outside near the pool in the evening. There was a TV available. Only the decoder of the dish was not present and the antennas gave no channels. So not to use. The boiler is on the very small side in terms of capacity. With 5 people it is really planning when you can take a hot shower. In one bathroom showering is not possible because of the sloping side. We have had direct contact with the owners regarding the TV and lighting of the pool. In short, the answer was that they can't do anything about it now either. The caretaker on site indicated that she would send someone over. This also did not happen.

The main point of attention for any subsequent tenants is the survival from the village to the house by car and daily barking dogs from neighbors and neighborhood throughout the day. Incredibly steep roads up and down with hairpin bends with no guardrails to get to the house. You don't go out for a nice meal here in the evening or to the bakery in the morning. The 7 kilometers from the village to the house will take you at least 20 minutes.

In short, it is a beautiful house with points of interest and further information about the area and the route can really be improved so as not to disappoint subsequent tenants.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Beautiful garden and large swimming pool. Keep in mind, however, that the center is a short 15 to 20 minute drive by car along a very winding mountain path. For the rest, nothing but good things about this holiday home.

We had a very nice week at Villa La Fresa. A house with all the trimmings! Beautiful view of the valley and the sea. Just a pity that the description did not mention that it was located on a mountain. Driving 7 km to the nearest shop is not a problem in itself, but it should be borne in mind that this is always a 20 minute drive through the mountains. This can be done during the day, but it is another matter in the dark. Except the road to it: highly recommended!
