Splendid, stylish and chic, this villa in Torremendo offers 4 bedrooms for 8 guests, suited for families or groups. Enjoy cooling off in the private swimming pool or just lounge in the garden with view of the nearby reservoir. From February 2023 the pool can be heated on request (additional conditions apply).
If you don´t wish to cook, then the nearest restaurants are just 500 m away. You can also go to the town of Torrevieja (21 km) and Orihuela (15 km) on day trips.
The luxurious property has modern interiors and stylish furnishings, apart from a living room with glass windows to enjoy outdoor views. Enjoy the view of the nearby reservoir while leaning back in the lounger and savouring a lovely local wine. Table tennis table is there for your recreation in the air-conditioned property. There is an open kitchen on ground floor and a kitchenette in the basement, so that you can cook delicious meals. The roofed terrace is there to enjoy alfresco meals.

We had a great time in the villa. The pool is well used by the children. In Torrevieja there are plenty of good dining options and there is also plenty of entertainment. Just a nice holiday

What a lovely house with all the space and luxury! The villa is quietly located in the village of Torremendo and is equipped with all facilities. Spacious kitchen and beautifully landscaped pool with a seating area where we sat in the evening. Communication with the owner was very good and nothing was too much trouble!

very friendly welcome! villa has everything you expect from a top holiday! beautiful pool, beautiful and spacious rooms, beautiful roof terrace, well equipped kitchen. villa is also very quiet, so people who want to stay out of the crowds and want to be on a good 15-20m in or around the busier torrevieja, this is the ideal home. for real good department stores, the car is needed. good feeling back to our holiday with the kids, villa was beautiful, just like the weather :)

What a lovely house. We (4 adults, 2 children) have been warmly received by Jeanette. Because we could not arrive late, she was prepared to do some groceries for us so we went through the first evening and morning, which already made a nice start to the holiday. Unlike previous reviews, the house was clean and it was further furnished with all the comforts. The luxury Sonos sound system that was sitting throughout the house (and garden) was a good idea. We enjoyed having all and had a wonderful holiday.

On-site reception went very smoothly. Even confusion on your Belvilla website includes air conditioning while you have to pay for the power. So this is not correct. Better would be air conditioned. Villa is beautiful, yet we have the impression that the polish lady can never brush this villa at 2 or 3 hours. We have also confirmed this and this on arrival. There must be more control over the cleaning work, as we are obliged to pay 250 euros for cleaning. It is in the details that give a first impression. There is apparently weining communication between the owner and the pool maintenance man. The pool pump had been running since 23/6 (he records this on a logbook). So when we arrived at 15/7, the filter still did not work. We have reported this and the key lady Jeanette did take immediate action in consultation with the owner, which is very nice. However, all that was made was the week around and the pool very dirty! Very nice that we have received a small financial compensation in the cleaning fee. We appreciate that very much.

A wonderful villa with everything you need. The modern house is excellently equipped, the large pool guarantees a welcome refreshment and the loungers in the garden invite you to sunbathe. What more do you want? Since Torremendo is a bit remote, a rental car is mandatory. However, all attractions, golf courses, beaches, shopping centers are within 10-20 minutes. accessible. Any time.

Beautiful modern villa with large swimming pool. Very neat! Pool was cleaned several times during our stay. Many supplies available such as bbq, baby cot, toys, games, etc. etc. Owner is very friendly and accessible. Supermarket a short distance (+- 15 min drive). Really recommended!!!
