Description

You live in a typical Spanish house in a small settlement on the outskirts of Benajarafe. The beach is within walking distance (500 m), from the balcony you can see - if you look to the left - behind olive groves, the Sierra Nevada mountains (left), seen to the right and listen to the sea. And if it is too far or too hot for the sea, then cool off in the swimming pool ..
The house is built on the hillside, so the room from top to bottom are getting cooler: Entrance:
Living and dining area with large balcony, kitchen WC, 1 floor below 2 bedrooms, bathroom, even one floor below: Bedroom mirt Dopppelbett, shaded terrace (15 m²) and access to the swimming pool.

Has House Colina soleada No. 20 located on the outskirts of Benjarafe in a small housing estate. The walk to the beach is about 500 m. Benajarafe - Malaga - Andalusia
Benajarafe is a small village on the Costa del Sol, about 20 km north of Malaga. The sandy beaches are easily reached by walking and offer everything for a relaxing beach holiday. On weekends, many Spanish families spend all day on the beach, swimming, fishing, playing badminton, barbecue, lounging ..., during the week it is quiet. Shops and small restaurants are available in town, larger supermarkets in Torre del Mar, Velez-Malaga, Rincon. Good bus connections to Malaga and in the hinterland. The Universitätsstatdt Malaga is both for those interested in culture as well, just for shopping and strolling a special charm.

We felt very comfortable.

As mentioned, we felt very comfortable. Nice reception from Renate, a very friendly person. The apartment was very clean and everything else was also fine. Also very nice contact with Mrs. Kethur. One can recommend everything 110%.

Wishing you a nice Christmas holiday and a good start to the New Year, also to Renate and her husband.

From the first moment on, we felt very comfortable.
We started our days on the balcony with a view of the sea and ended the evening there. Depending on the wind, we could also hear the sea - it was wonderful :-)
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything. There are also many other things available, such as shower gel, shampoo, a small pharmacy, and even a blood pressure monitor, as well as a suitcase scale and information material about the area and beach equipment. The bedrooms and the bathroom are pleasantly cool in the basement, and the guest toilet on the ground floor is very practical.
Quietly located on the outskirts of the village in a dead-end street. We parked our car on the street a few meters from the accommodation. Unfortunately, we didn't use the pool as often as we thought we would.
We had a very nice time and can therefore highly recommend it.
The local contact persons, Renate and Frank Müller, always responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful.
Thank you very much, Mrs. Kethur, for the very friendly written and telephone contact and for having us as your guests.

A beautiful house / top location

We are simply thrilled. A top house with top landlords. The house + equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The pool is perfect and we used it daily. Everything you need is available. Cleanliness 10 points with stars. Very nice contact before and during the stay. Can only recommend the house + landlord + on-site contact and will definitely come back. In 5 minutes you can walk to the beach, in a few minutes to the nearest supermarket and in no time to all the great locations around the town. We'll be back ❤?❤?❤?❤?

A stroke of luck!

This holiday home was a real stroke of luck. Everything was just right here. The furnishings (including the kitchen) left nothing to be desired down to the last detail; we had not come across anything like this before after booking so many flats in Spain. The balcony (with the fantastic view of the mountains and the sea) was just great
You can tell that the owners use this house themselves
The beach is only a 6-minute walk away. It is wide and very well maintained
We also liked Benajarafe itself immensely. Shopping facilities are available, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants - most with a wonderful view of the sea.
The bus connections are excellent and very cheap (1,88 € e.g. to Malaga, even less to Torre del Mar)
We didn't use the downstairs apartment with the terrace, but our daughter, who came to visit for a week, did.
It was very nice to meet the landlords (Margit and Mike) personally. We got on very well and would look forward to seeing them again. We hope that the flat can be booked for further holidays and can absolutely recommend it.

A beautiful family vacation

The house is absolutely top! We are very happy to have found it.
Great facilities. Everything you need is really there.
From kitchen utensils and electrical appliances to towels, beach utensils, etc.
You can even enjoy German TV programs - if you want to ;-)
The terrace by the pool was our favorite spot. It was very hot in August, but there we could cool down as much as we wanted. Our children especially liked it.
From the terrace upstairs in the living room, you had a beautiful view of the mountains on the left and the sea on the right. A dream. There is absolutely nothing to complain about here.
Highly recommended!!!

The whole process went smoothly. Very nice, uncomplicated contact. We will gladly come back!

In the village itself, everything you need is available.
Whether it's restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets. Everything is there.

What we appreciated very much is that the village itself is not yet very touristy.
There are almost only locals. We found that fantastic. Also, there is a huge difference in price compared to tourist resorts. We were pleasantly surprised.
We rarely had such a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

Schöner Urlaub im Mai

Dear hosts, after almost 2 weeks, our wonderful holiday is coming to an end. We are well-rested and have enjoyed the clean house and the area. The house is superbly furnished with everything abundantly available, towels, bed linen, glasses, or good travel guides, all there. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning is a delight. The pool right in the garden is very convenient. By car or bus (very cheap tickets), there are many activities to do. We particularly liked the small village; here you can meet all your needs and there are nice small restaurants and cafes. The beach is cleaned every day and is very wide; you can always find a cozy spot, and the walks there are also very relaxing. The information in the online ad is accurate; we can recommend the house and the area and hopefully will come back soon. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Greetings from H and H from Wa.

The house is located in the mountains with a beautiful view, on one side overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby high mountains and olive plantations. A large pool completes the very positive impression. The beach is within a 10-minute walk and well-connected infrastructure. There are various shopping opportunities. A large supermarket with an extensive and fresh selection is located approximately 4km away. The holiday home is very tastefully decorated and offers plenty of space for families with children. It was a dream vacation with a chance of repeating it.
