We had a fantastic stay in this holiday home! The private pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off after a day exploring Seville. The terrace was great for enjoying breakfast in the sun in the morning.

This holiday home is a good base to explore the nearby cities. We took day trips to Córdoba and Jerez, and it was nice to return to our own private space.

Perfect place to explore sevilla from. Roughly 10 euros taxi from city centre but plenty of options for food etc in valencina

The house is reasonably well, but I have felt cheated. First, I get a price on the VRBO platform and the next day it almost doubles, then after the reservation they force me to pay an additional €150 for cleaning. And if you clean it yourself, you have to pay €130, because if you don't do it, they won't give you the access instructions to the house, what a rip-off. When you book on a platform, everything is supposed to be included, as is done on Airbnb and similar sites, including everything. The shower is fine, but the floor looks dirty (it's black) so you can't tell if it's clean or not. The shower towels are very small. The beds are fine and the rest is too. The hot water needs to be monitored well if 4 people want to shower; the last one might run out of hot water. It's a shame they do these things when the house has potential for improvement.

We had a fantastic time here. The villa is very spacious and very well equipped with everything you could need for a stay. Pool was lovely too. The area is very nice and peaceful and yet you are only 15 mins drive from Seville so its a great base to explore this region of Spain if you have a car. Highly recommended.

The house, especially outside, is beautiful. Well-equipped kitchen. Only the air conditioning in the bedroom smelled incredibly musty. Roberto really tried his best to solve that, but it kept smelling. Furthermore, the outdoor beds were completely sagging, so you were lying in a huge pit. The other two beds were made of hard plastic without cushions. So totally uncomfortable. That was really a shame for so much money. Otherwise, had a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic house in the last week of October 2022. Equipped with all comforts, space and in a great location. In the immediate vicinity of the house many nice eateries, where you eat with the locals, very authentic. Seville is a 30-minute drive away, what a beautiful city this is! In short, an absolute must.

The house is in good order, well-kept and clean. It is well equipped with equipment as well (eg set of towels, Google Chrome on TV, kitchen and laundry equipment, …) The pool is big enough, and lovely! The neighbor helps if necessary, with Google translate we manage to understand each other. The arrival went smoothly, the owner of the house had contacted us the day before to go over the practicalities. In the village within 1 km several fine bars and restaurants and a few supermarkets. At a good 10 minutes drive you are in Seville, beautiful city!

De verwarming door middel van airco en aanvullende verwarming is aanwezig, het sanitair is in orde. De goede overzichtelijke keuken is voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Er is een goede wifi verbinding en keuze uit een groot zenderpakket. Achter het huis bij het zwembad is er veel privacy. Dit alles in een gezellig dorp met veel restaurants, bars en supermarkt op loopafstand. Het centrum van Sevilla is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de bus, de halte is 30 m. van het huis. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van gebieden rondom Sevilla. Terwijl het in Nederland guur weer was, genoten wij elke dag van de zon. We hebben er een geweldige tijd gehad. What a gem! The location is fantastic, in a charming village with many nearby dining options. The house itself is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We enjoyed our time by the pool and took day trips to nearby cities like Córdoba and Granada. A perfect retreat!

This vacation home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved having breakfast on the terrace. We had a wonderful stay at Belvilla by OYO Casa de Rudi! The house was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of five. The private pool was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring the beautiful attractions of Seville. Additionally, the local tapas bars were just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine. Highly recommended!

The house is magnificent, very well maintained, the pool is clean and the photos reflect reality. If possible, add a toaster and a hairdryer. The exterior paint is scheduled to be redone this fall, and the living room also needs a touch-up on the baseboards.

We had a fantastic time here. The villa is very spacious and very well equipped with everything you could need for a stay. Pool was lovely too. The area is very nice and peaceful and yet you are only 15 mins drive from Seville so its a great base to explore this region of Spain if you have a car. Highly recommended.
