Nordhausen impresses with its charming old town and many half-timbered houses and is located in the holiday region of Südharz-Kyffhäuser. Nordhausen is also known as the "Gateway to the Harz Mountains". Our adorable and cosy apartment is in this fantastic location and is perfect for a family. A single bed in the children's room can be used as a pull-out bed and offers space for the third child. After extensive trips discovering the area, relax in the beautiful shared garden. Nearby destinations include: town hall with statue of Roland, Nordhausen theatre, Kunsthaus Meyenburg, Harzer narrow-gauge railway, Petersberges climbing tower, city park with wonderful playground, traditional distillery Nordhausen, Nordhausen bathhouse, Tabakspeicher museum, IFA Museum Nordhausen.

Well maintained and clean holiday home. House is more spacious than it appears in the photos, there are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. Downstairs a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Wifi reception was variable, we had the best result due to the (separate) Wifi repeater on the landing to be placed on the first floor.Friendly owner also speaks Engels.Later arrival was no problem after consultation.Leuke trips to South Harz and Thuringia.

Arrival was good, nice people, they could always contact them for questions etc. The accommodation was perfect, everything new and neat and clean, beds were fine and the environment is great!
