This exceptional holiday apartment is located in a baroque vicarage on the grounds of a castle in Riedenburg in the lower Altmühl valley. The courtyard was built in 1722 following the example of Italian "palazzi." This style continues inside the house. Enjoy your holiday in a stately environment in an extraordinary ambience. Art and antiques such as four-poster beds, a marble bathroom and fireplace can be found everywhere. Therefore, special care is requested from the tenants and the stay of children under the age of ten is not possible. The combination of baroque elements and the technology of the modern age, which leaves nothing to be desired, will give you an unforgettable stay in this accommodation. The old vicarage is opposite Eggersberg Castle. Here you'll find a cafe and a restaurant. In the extensive palace garden you can admire a special garden architecture and find peace and relaxation on one of the benches in the "white" oasis. Excursion destinations in the area include: Rosenburg, Riedenburg, Plankstetten Abbey, Weltenburg Abbey, Liberation Hall in Kehlheim, cruise on the Danube with Danube breakthrough.

Very nice great old house, nice big apartment, where you can retreat even in rainy weather. Appealing ambience, maybe a little too crowded with antique and other decorations. High quality equipment in the kitchen (silver cutlery, Miele appliances etc ...) and otherwise (great marble bathtub), a missing little thing was immediately taken care of. Nice care by the manager and the owner, who lives in the house (in the attic). Very quiet and quiet. Ideal for relaxing by doing nothing or as a base for excursions. We had a nice stay.
