We had a fantastic time! The owners were super nice, and the house had a warm atmosphere. We prepared some meals, and everything was available. The location is quiet, perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Spacious home that truly German calling at both inside and outside. You can make beautiful trips to places like Regensburg, Weiden, and Amberg. Certainly Regensburg is a must. A visit to the former concentration camp Flossenbürg is also recommended (half hour drive). Tracks generally run on paved wegen.Jammer only that the property is next to it completely decayed and calling at a little desolate. In the village itself there are several bakeries and butchers and there is a Spar supermarket. But really for the groceries you need to Vohenstrauss (Edeka, Aldi and Norma), so "n 15 miles away.

What a beautiful retreat! We spent our days hiking on the Goldsteig and our evenings relaxing on the balcony with a view of the meadows. The house felt very much like home, and we appreciated the thoughtful details everywhere. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

During our stay it was very hot weather above 36 degrees so we have not made many trips. It took us a total very much. The landlord was very nice.
