The delightful village of Bermatingen rests in the beautiful landscape of Lake Constance. Water sports, thermal baths, walking and cycling can be enjoyed in the area. Restuarants at 0.1 km and supermarkets at 0.4 km are within easy reach. For an evening stroll, the town centre is 2 km. For a pleasant day out, you can head to the lake and later, grab a drink at the pubs at 6 km. Excursions to Mainau Island, Salem Castle or the historic city of Konstanz are great.
The 2nd-floor apartment has indoor heating facility. When the sun is up, you can lie down in the shared garden and soak up the sun. In leisure hours, you can play a match of table tennis. There are a cot and a high chair for the little guests on holiday. Parking is available.

A point of improvement would be a shower rod for the shower head.

noise from the church bells you have to get used to it and there is a busy road on past the house that makes a lot of noise.

Reception is nicest. Friendly host and hostess. Accommodation is very good. The area around the accommodation was disappointing. Rural location is an incorrect representation of reality. Accommodation is located at a busy intersection. A lot of traffic. The village church is next to the accommodation. The church bell is ringing every hour, a very long heart. We could not get used to this. in the morning at 6 o'clock the church bell awakened extensively!

Advice to shut up windows, then you do not hear it so much in the eve and early morning. Zoiets belongs to the Betuwe of Germany.

We were received by the friendly owner. We were a little earlier than agreed, but that was no problem. It was a beautiful house, very clean and everything was there. For us it was a surprise that a dishwasher was present, that was not in the description. The covered large balcony was lovely. View of the mountains and the storks that arrived every evening. The wifi was fine, the owner registers you for that. The beds are great. We have not been bothered by the church, it is a matter of getting used to. We thought it was fun. The house is indeed on a main road, but that gave little inconvenience. Lake Constance is 10 minutes away by car.

The house is located on a terribly busy road, so a lot of traffic noise and near a church. The church did change, but the window had to be closed at night. Also the neighbors (the owners) were talking loudly on the balcony. All in all a noisy holiday.
