The holiday home has many pluses but also many minuses. A small selection of advantages is, for example, the beautiful location on top of the mountain, the enormous number of rooms and facilities such as bathrooms and toilets and the low price. Negatives are, for example, the lack of privacy, because quite a lot of people come to the yard who, for example, maintain the adjacent MTB track, or do other work on the owner's adjacent property.The poor state of the house, lots of mold and holes in the wall, that dirty sauna, the lack of a beamer, etc.

What is a major drawback is that Belvilla did not correctly pass on the reservation to the owner, so that thanks to my phone call, 4 hours before arrival, they found out that we would come that day with a group of 13. At least this is what I understand the owner. This person also lives (temporarily?) next to the holiday home and speaks Dutch. My compliments to this man, he spoke to us well and we have not had any inconvenience from him.



As I said, if you want to go on holiday with a large group and a limited budget, this is a good option, but don't expect a 5-star hotel. If you have a fear of dirt, look further. Then this house is not for you.

I cannot understand the positive reviews. We found a completely different house than in the previous reviews. Pro :+ The location on top of the mountain is great Cons: - Mice in the house. The traps that were set up were filled every day, and the mice even fell into the traps during the day. It was pointed out that the doors should be kept closed at dusk because animals can enter the house due to its location. However, the mice found other ways to get into the house, so we were powerless. There is so much space under the door next to the kitchen that the mice don't even have to strain to get in. Mold-like smell in the bedrooms on the ground floor and in the bathrooms on the ground floor. Ventilation is also difficult due to the angled construction. - No smoke alarms available - The stains on the mattresses look really disgusting. I cannot understand the positive reviews. We found a completely different house than in the previous reviews. Pro :+ The location on top of the mountain is great Cons: - Mice in the house. The traps that were set up were filled every day, and the mice even fell into the traps during the day. It was pointed out that the doors should be kept closed at dusk because animals can enter the house due to its location. However, the mice found other ways to get into the house, so we were powerless. There is so much space under the door next to the kitchen that the mice don't even have to strain to get in. Mold-like smell in the bedrooms on the ground floor and in the bathrooms on the ground floor. Ventilation is also difficult due to the angled construction. - No smoke alarms available - The stains on the mattresses look really disgusting. Fortunately, as the beds were already made, you couldn't see it directly - the projector screen from the photos no longer exists. There are also significantly fewer sofas in the fireplace room than in the pictures. The sofas that are there are partly broken. The loft beds in the supposed 6 bed room are no longer there either. The photos in the ad should be adjusted to reflect reality. After the first night we considered leaving for a long time, we were also offered a refund on departure. But since this was a long-planned extended family vacation, we couldn't find a replacement so quickly and stayed. The tower is excluded from this criticism. The door of the tower is not airtight either (subject of mice), but everything in the tower was as expected. Only the TV was missing from the pictures. The tower has no direct connection to the other house. You have to walk about 40m across the yard. We couldn't see that from the house description. The holiday home has many pluses but also many minuses. A small selection of advantages is, for example, the beautiful location on top of the mountain, the enormous number of rooms and facilities such as bathrooms and toilets and the low price. Negatives are, for example, the lack of privacy, because quite a lot of people come to the yard who, for example, maintain the adjacent MTB track, or do other work on the owner's adjacent property.The poor state of the house, lots of mold and holes in the wall, that dirty sauna, the lack of a beamer, etc.

What is a major drawback is that Belvilla did not correctly pass on the reservation to the owner, so that thanks to my phone call, 4 hours before arrival, they found out that we would come that day with a group of 13. At least this is what I understand the owner. This person also lives (temporarily?) next to the holiday home and speaks Dutch. My compliments to this man, he spoke to us well and we have not had any inconvenience from him.



As I said, if you want to go on holiday with a large group and a limited budget, this is a good option, but don't expect a 5-star hotel. If you have a fear of dirt, look further. Then this house is not for you.

A very large and nicely furnished house, flexibly versatile, had very nice time! Arrival was a bit difficult because of a lot of snow, because the forest road is not spacious,. We parked in place and have our things carried up about 10 minutes. Very nice service from beginning to end.

We had a nice week with our all-family group of twelve adults and children. It is a lovely spacious house and a beautiful setting. The house-especially downstairs - was not really clean, the bathrooms were good and the kitchen was very big. The reception was good and friendly. All in all, a house we want to come back to.

Very positive, were 18 men and really celebrated a lot and there were no complaints. Contact persons were super friendly and totally relaxed. Had rented the house and the tower, were with the large premises, the Gastroküche was fully equipped and the sanitary facilities absolutely satisfied. Perfect for large families, many couples or JGA farewell ideal!
