Very nice, welcoming hosts. We were received very kindly and provided with many guiding tips for planning our days during our stay. We were also invited to a gathering with many friendly friends of the host couple. Thank you once again for that. There were treats for our three dogs, small dog towels, and a wool blanket. Our bungalow "Albert" was lovingly prepared and decorated by the two hosts. We lacked nothing. Special recommendation from our side, the great, very delicious specialties that the host prepares. IT'S WORTH ASKING.

Beautiful, individually furnished holiday apartment. Equipment very good, cozy and clean. Sympathetic landlord, living on the property. Parking directly in front of the apartment. We had a lovely week and felt comfortable.

Karen was not the host, yet the communication online with her was smooth (in English). On-site, we were warmly welcomed, the bungalow was well-maintained and quiet, despite the adjacent main road. The hosts were very friendly and always present to give us tips about the area. We felt very comfortable for three nights. Wernigerode is within walking distance, as is the train station and the bus stop. Dishes, kettle, etc., were available. From our side, it was a lovely short vacation :)

Great little bungalow in Wernigerode. Although the house itself is not a half-timbered house, it is surrounded by them! The space is perfect for a couple - king-size bed, living room, and kitchen. The city center of Wernigerode is about a 35-minute walk away, but the scenery along the way is beautiful. Also very close to hiking in the Harz Mountains. Overall a great weekend stay! Thank you!

Wonderful experience, the house was spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities - excellent kitchen, outdoor space, and delightful hosts (just keep in mind the bed is a bit soft), Fantastic location for hiking in the Harz and visiting nearby towns, Smooth check-in and convenient parking, Please note there is a tourist tax of €2,80 per person per night payable in cash, which is not mentioned in the listing
