We had a wonderful week and really relaxed. Everything was there and the bed was equipped with a new mattress. We have been on the road a lot by bike and walking. The supermarket is close by and the city of Bad Hersfeld is worth a visit. We will definitely come back again a real gem in beautiful Germany

Particularly warm welcome from the owner. She brought us to the cottage and explained everything well. The cottage was simple but clean. All supplies were present.

We were warmly greeted by the friendly hostess who guided us to the holiday bungalow, she explained to us where everything stood and how the t.v. It was a nice house with a good bed and a beautiful view over the hills and the more than 1000 year old village.

We have had a wonderful holiday (02-08-2014 tm 16-8-2014). We were lucky with the weather and all meals, use outside. Partly due to the deep porch, And what a rest around the house. This was a godsend for us, because we love the rest (ie come from the Ruhr area). ONLY DISADVANTAGE, heating with electricity. We were at an average temperature of 10 degrees PLUS there at night sometimes MINUS 1-2 degrees and mostly heated by the air conditioner, as this was the better solution for us than the 2 still available radiators. We have 9 days allowed to stay in this great house! It is fully equipped and very spacious, even with two dogs. The owner is super friendly and we were very warmly received by her and the same with fresh organic eggs! Our stay in Rosenrain was excellent. The cottage was very clean and well furnished. Spacious bedroom with fine beds.
