We (my girlfriend, my dog u200bu200band me :-)) liked it VERY GOOD. Since it is the last house, one is not surrounded and there surrounding houses were not occupied, we were all alone. This was a godsend for us, because we love the rest (ie come from the Ruhr area). ONLY DISADVANTAGE, heating with electricity. We were at an average temperature of 10 degrees PLUS there at night sometimes MINUS 1-2 degrees and mostly heated by the air conditioner, as this was the better solution for us than the 2 still available radiators. It Solte be scheduled that hiss 30-130 euros extra to come in electricity costs on the bill, depending on the outside temperature and a private feel-good feeling. Fortunately, we had the 30 euro, but my friend had a little cold ;-) ADVANTAGE however, Fireplace or pellet stove are in the pipeline and could stand for 2013. CONCLUSION, WE will be back! We had a wonderful week and really relaxed. Everything was there and the bed was equipped with a new mattress. We have been on the road a lot by bike and walking. The supermarket is close by and the city of Bad Hersfeld is worth a visit. We will definitely come back again a real gem in beautiful Germany

We have had a good week. Walked a lot, especially the weekend was nice for walking. Furthermore, the environment is very nice for hiking enthusiasts and people who come for the rest. Our stay in Rosenrain was excellent. The cottage was very clean and well furnished. Spacious bedroom with fine beds. We spent 2 weeks in this holiday seated and that was not a day too much. Everything was clean and tidy. The house owner was very friendly and even gave a treat. Comfortable couches to sit on, neat kitchen. Lovely walks and just 300 meters from the cottage deer and raccoons seen. Spacious garden with lots of privacy, we can take advantage.
