The terrace was a highlight for us, we enjoyed meals outdoors and the fresh air, the kitchen had everything we needed, including a toaster and a coffee maker, which made our mornings much better.

What a beautiful short vacation! The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. We enjoyed our morning coffee there every day. The tiled stove kept the living room cozy, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of hiking.

Incredibly beautiful location and views of the village below. We really enjoyed it even though it was gloomy weather (fog). House is well equipped and clean. From the house you can walk across the meadow and into the forest where you can walk around without meeting anyone for hours. Our dog has also enjoyed and is now angry because they just have to walk instead in bos.De along the bike path to the belt again caretaker was also very nice and helpful. Because there was even a Christmas tree ready to put us! We will definitely go (or more) back.

The arrival was fine. A day in advance sent an email with our expected arrival time and that we would call about half an hour before our arrival. When we arrived at the key address in Neuenstein, we were already met by the extremely friendly owner who then drove us to the accommodation address in Mühlbach, a small neighboring village a few kilometers away. It is a nice and neat house located on a dead end (unpaved road) on top of a hill, with lots of privacy. (Note: the navigation of the car itself, as well as Google Maps and Waze do not send you to the correct point in Mühlbach, if you enter the address, you are then at the bottom of the hill, so enter the coordinates) If the wind wrong state is the A7 motorway further afield clearly heard, but after some time you actually do not hear that anymore. (Perhaps because we are used to that at home too.) Unfortunately, the garden is not completely fenced off, but luckily that is not a problem for our 2 Border Collies, because they still stay close to us and listen well, and on the other side of the dead end we could play with them with the ball or Frisbee "s. The closest supermarkets we found in Bad Hersfeld (Lidl, open until 9 p.m. and Rewe open until 10 p.m. Both are closed on Sundays). The cottage is a good starting point for hikes and other day trips, such as to Fulda, Eisennach, Waldeck and Edersee, or the American army post CheckPoint Alpha, the former westernmost border crossing with the then DDR which has now become a museum, with the couple a hundred meters away "House of German Unification" We had an excellent holiday there, and it is an address that is on our nomination to definitely come back again.

Hygiene leaves much to be desired in both living room and bedrooms. Bathroom and toilets quite neat and clean. Risers for a good home. The rooster and the church bells wake you up on time. The sound of the motorway irritate eventually. It's never really quiet even at night. Village boring, not even to find a bakery. Messages must by car. The area is breathtakingly beautiful !! just too far from everywhere for cultural outing for the mooiigheid. Everything is at least 1.5 / 2 hours away. Despite my lament -) had a huge beautiful holiday. Also dealing with the owner was very nice giving you she forgives the faults of the house but certainly not 5 star home. 3 max!

House is fine, beautiful surroundings, only less privacy. By administrator will simply removed the bottles from a barn without leaving a note and this is quite normal self. This was for us a reason to value then everything had to take if we went away and was so calm that we were looking to find.

Friendly welcome, well cared for house in beautiful surroundings. For children, there was little to do at home. Next year, we still prefer to choose a house with a spacious garden and a trampoline. We do have a nice walk, both near the cottage as later in the area. The water pageant in Kassel on Wednesday afternoon (from 1 May) was also a success. The indoor swimming pool in Bad Hersfeld too, but that ended once again by May 1, while swimming for outside was too cold.

Burgblick is a great holiday. It is quietly located in the middle of nature with a beautiful view. Depending on the wind direction was the highway can be heard, but that was not disturbing. Many beautiful towns in the area to roam around in Bad Hersfeld, Fulda, Homberg and Rotenburg. Unfortunately, the marked trails in the woods a bit difficult to find (missing signs or not the card). Despite the bad weather we had a wonderful week in Mühlbach. The house is spacious and well equipped. From the cottage you can follow several routes, but you are also within 5 minutes on the highway. Good base for excursions in the area. Fulda and Kassel are certainly surprised us worth visiting, as well as Checkpoint Alpha. Overall a nice area to go on vacation.

The cottage is in a beautiful location with a beautiful view. Excellent starting point for beautiful walks in the area. Simply furnished, good beds. Accessible via a dead-end country road (unpaved). Unfortunately, the kitchen inventory was not clean on arrival. Distance to the shops for daily groceries is quite large. The nearest supermarket is 20 minutes away by car.

House is indeed near the top of the village with a beautiful view. The castle is a little far away and you see only the top of it. the house was clean and spacious. The access road is if you do not know not to be found with a GPS. the owner takes you to it. (nice people). If there is snow, a 4WD and chains are recommended

After six years back again in the house Burgblick.Vertrouwd and enjoy this huis.Prima house with all comfort, excellent environment. Very welcoming reception. Because of the beautiful weather in late October heard noise from the highway than before, but all in all a great house to stay, and get close to walking from the house and visiting places Homberg Bad Hersfeld. Further afield Eisenach, Bach and Wartburg, Weimar with all its history and walking "on the" Renn Steig.

The house Located in a very nice e alternating part from Hesse. Insofar wi da experienced there, to our menin in th area to find. Too little, tourists Entirely wrong because Hessen offers many beautiful and varied destinations. The villages are very leif corpse, there are too many e bezichigen castles the trails are well marked and run through beautiful forests, mountain slopes and interspersed with landeriijen. For us a great destination and highly recommended for those seeking tranquility, like long walks, culture want to taste and yet want to have. The luxury of a comfortable cottage

We have had a lovely relaxing holiday I (KARIN) my husband and two girls aged 10 and 12 years, and our white shepherd who first walked on holiday was.luna.Heerlijk with dog in mountains, went to pool, in the garden healthy and gelezen.Veel played badminton and water gun fights gehouden.En gerodeld was super cool was delicious but the girls was exactly one week enough because everything is far away and you are quite remote what my husband and I just super relaxed I vonden.Wat completely cool found there was a raccoon in our house that I have seen 3 times really cool.

We, the older couple, adult daughter and dog, had a very enjoyable time in Burgblick in Mühlbach. It was early in the year, so still very quiet. We were welcomed into an already wonderful heated, cozy house with a magnificent view! We have enjoyed. Excellent place for nature and tranquility to enjoy. For a pleasant excursion we went to Rothenburg ad Fulda and Bad Hersfeld. Fulda and Kassel are further away, but for whom a larger city, there are also doable.

from 9 May to 16 May 2009Wandelaars can enjoy their stay here, directly from the house you can walk for hours, the hls-line is a good orientation-punt.Bedden are made before arrival, all is good care and clean, perfect plek.De cake on arrival was delicious.

We have had a wonderful week here (last week of March 2009). we have as "a little all weather experienced in a week, but that mochjt the fun. We came here for the peace and that is abundant. The house lies quietly above the village and gives a wonderful view. cottage in good condition and spacious enough and in good condition. We recommend this!

Lovely house, lovely setting just something you definitely will come back again when you once were. The owner is a very friendly hostess. We therefore had two wonderful weeks with our 2 goldens. Many walked in this wonderful environment where you really almost anybody.

We had a nice vakantei despite the weather not always was.Het view was beautiful. The cottage tidy there were freshly picked flowers in the room, which gives you the feeling that you are welcome. The garden was well maintained. Also you out of the house nice trips. Also you do not have to go far to be surrounded by nature.

The arrival was fine. A day in advance sent an email with our expected arrival time and that we would call about half an hour before our arrival. When we arrived at the key address in Neuenstein, we were already met by the extremely friendly owner who then drove us to the accommodation address in Mühlbach, a small neighboring village a few kilometers away. It is a nice and neat house located on a dead end (unpaved road) on top of a hill, with lots of privacy. (Note: the navigation of the car itself, as well as Google Maps and Waze do not send you to the correct point in Mühlbach, if you enter the address, you are then at the bottom of the hill, so enter the coordinates) If the wind wrong state is the A7 motorway further afield clearly heard, but after some time you actually do not hear that anymore. (Perhaps because we are used to that at home too.) Unfortunately, the garden is not completely fenced off, but luckily that is not a problem for our 2 Border Collies, because they still stay close to us and listen well, and on the other side of the dead end we could play with them with the ball or Frisbee "s. The closest supermarkets we found in Bad Hersfeld (Lidl, open until 9 p.m. and Rewe open until 10 p.m. Both are closed on Sundays). The cottage is a good starting point for hikes and other day trips, such as to Fulda, Eisennach, Waldeck and Edersee, or the American army post CheckPoint Alpha, the former westernmost border crossing with the then DDR which has now become a museum, with the couple a hundred meters away "House of German Unification" We had an excellent holiday there, and it is an address that is on our nomination to definitely come back again.

It was nice to stay in Neuenstein again, the third time it was. Again seen many beautiful places. We walked a lot in the woods, and made a nice tour a few times. Martie and Thea, Zoetermeer

Nice house, clean and well maintained. Decent furniture, cofffee maker, dishwasher, oven. A microwave and washing machine are not present though.



No WiFi either, but good 4g reception.



Fantastic view over the village, and you can start long walks through nature directly from the house.

Incredibly beautiful location and views of the village below. We really enjoyed it even though it was gloomy weather (fog). House is well equipped and clean. From the house you can walk across the meadow and into the forest where you can walk around without meeting anyone for hours. Our dog has also enjoyed and is now angry because they just have to walk instead in bos.De along the bike path to the belt again caretaker was also very nice and helpful. Because there was even a Christmas tree ready to put us! We will definitely go (or more) back.

We come for years in Mühlbach, haus BurgBlick. Every time we receive hospitality again. The location is unique. For us, this is an ideal hideaway to rest and to celebrate holidays. Highly recommended!

For the second time in Hessen. Were again warmly received by mrs. Smidt with coffee and homemade cakes, delicious. When we arrived, the world was still green, but this changed soon and the temperatures dropped to below zero. But as cold as last year minus 20 is not made. Again we have thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful house. The fireplace made it warm and cozy. In addition, a great view and lots of privacy. There are many old towns that are worth visiting. "In the evening, eating Hess ...... We have had a relaxing week had.

Had a wonderful week in this house. The house is fully equipped; the kitchen is small but sufficient, there are enough seating areas and the balcony overlooking the village is a bliss. The walking in the area is wonderful.

We were received very friendly by the owner with coffee and cake. The accommodation is in a unique location, is clean and cozy. It lies on the edge of the forest, just above the village.

We have had excellent for our purposes. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the charming towns, delicious and welcoming restaurant Hess in Aua. Kassel is also recommended. Just a pity that Hercules was complete renovation, so the fountains were out of action. It also walks directly from the house was ideal. Overall had a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Beautiful, modern and very clean house. Fantastic view of the village. Beautiful walks directly from the cottage, who are listed but once there are relatively few indications more so on a walking route is a must. after a small part. If you like us, loves absolute silence then you have a problem. 24 hours a day you can hear the noise of the 1 km distant highway.
