We were two hours in traffic was less, but on arrival was Ms Sonja already waiting for us along with her husband Horst. There was a homemade cake ready. So that made everything right. The children (daughter and son 2,5 years 3 months) were fed to as "one long journey, but Mr. Horst went with my daughter just watching the piglets. (Who felt too cute) children have wonderful slept 3 nights we waren.Het cottage was very spacious and well equipped. Large spacious garden. in addition to the cottage a pasture where horses walked in, so that was fun for my daughter. the area was also super nice. We had been here before and Sonja recognized us immediately. We got the key and we could go straight to the house. There was cake on the table and in the evening Horst came with beer and honey. It was a good stay in a very quiet beautiful environment.

We stayed in this holiday home for two weeks and found it on the internet at the time because this is one of the few holiday homes in Germany that is detached. Usually there is an upstairs or downstairs apartment or part of a house for rent. This holiday home is located in a quiet street on the edge of the village. It is generally nice and quiet. The neighbors can look in the garden and greet them nicely when we were sitting outside. On arrival we first reported to the owners at home. They live two blocks away. They walked along to open the house and explain everything. Chocolates and homemade cakes were served on the counter. The owner has hives behind the holiday home and we got a jar of honey from his own bees. Very tasty! If there are any questions, they are available. They prefer that you drop by. There was no response to a question via Whatsapp, but a little later the owner came by for the desired explanation. The holiday home is completely on one level. There is a toilet in the bathroom and in the hallway. The master bedroom has a lovely 2x2 meter bed with separate mattresses. The other room has a bed of 2 by 1.4 meters. For our two teenagers it was a bit narrow. The beds have separate duvets and large pillows. Everything else is neatly arranged in the house. Lots of power outlets in the wall. Fast internet (by German standards) with an up- and download of 30Mbps via WiFi. There is a nice modern TV with HDMI connection. There are plenty of towels (large and small) in the cupboards. And there is a washing machine, a drying rack and pegs, so you can also do your own laundry. The kitchen is very complete, lots of plates, glasses and cutlery, but also a waffle maker, blender, cookie cutters, etc.) At the front is a garage box that we could use for our holiday trailer. The house is relatively new, bright, cozy and super schoon.Bij arrival there was homemade cake and freshly ground koffie.Er is everything detergents for dishwashing and washing machine, complete kitchen equipment, lots of towels, a large garden, in short, top furnishings ! The village itself is very quiet for groceries you need to Dens Mountain (4 km). The surrounding area is ideal for cyclists (or flat) and wandelaars.De Edersee, on Sun, one 40 km. distance is recommended! Mister cooperated with us for a whole tour in and around the house. has also shown his beehives, and received homemade honey. we were also allowed to take cherries as much as we wanted. inside, Mrs had prepared homemade cake and a regional beer. Very child-friendly, the children were able to romp in the garden and there was plenty of toys. very nice area also for walking and cycling, as well as the observation tower, unfortunately we have not found it, so we will definitely come back again. The dam in sous is also highly recommended. For the dogs in the house also enough space and in the garden too. Blessed is the rest evening you do not even hear a car passing by, we slept really well and were very sorry that we then also had to leave home.

We stayed in this holiday home for two weeks and found it on the internet at the time because this is one of the few holiday homes in Germany that is detached. Usually there is an upstairs or downstairs apartment or part of a house for rent. This holiday home is located in a quiet street on the edge of the village. It is generally nice and quiet. The neighbors can look in the garden and greet them nicely when we were sitting outside. On arrival we first reported to the owners at home. They live two blocks away. They walked along to open the house and explain everything. Chocolates and homemade cakes were served on the counter. The owner has hives behind the holiday home and we got a jar of honey from his own bees. Very tasty! If there are any questions, they are available. They prefer that you drop by. There was no response to a question via Whatsapp, but a little later the owner came by for the desired explanation. The holiday home is completely on one level. There is a toilet in the bathroom and in the hallway. The master bedroom has a lovely 2x2 meter bed with separate mattresses. The other room has a bed of 2 by 1.4 meters. For our two teenagers it was a bit narrow. The beds have separate duvets and large pillows. Everything else is neatly arranged in the house. Lots of power outlets in the wall. Fast internet (by German standards) with an up- and download of 30Mbps via WiFi. There is a nice modern TV with HDMI connection. There are plenty of towels (large and small) in the cupboards. And there is a washing machine, a drying rack and pegs, so you can also do your own laundry. The kitchen is very complete, lots of plates, glasses and cutlery, but also a waffle maker, blender, cookie cutters, etc.) At the front is a garage box that we could use for our holiday trailer. The arrival was very warm. There was cake waiting for us and we could get something to drink. The owner was the first in all the vacation homes to wonder if my son could sleep well due to his height. He wanted to think along to adjust the bed. Awesome. Had a wonderful week with great landlords. Honey is recommended.

We had been here before and Sonja recognized us immediately. We got the key and we could go straight to the house. There was cake on the table and in the evening Horst came with beer and honey. It was a good stay in a very quiet beautiful environment.

Beautiful house with really all the trimmings. Ideal to stay with a maximum of 4 people (even for a longer period of time). Really very hospitable people, the neighbors were also really great. Environment is great for those who love nature and walking. In Jesberg (4 km drive) large supermarket with fresh bakery.
