Beds very deep. The sink is extremely high. I don't have any children and I would be interested to know how a small child washes themselves. There are no clothes hacks in the bathroom. There is no way to hang a jacket in the hallway. There are very few sockets and it was extended with a lot of extensions. The grill is from the hardware store for 7 euros. No and wobbles. I take my own with me when I travel. The garden is nice and big and you can park your car on the property. The driveway is very narrow and metal protrudes from the fence fastenings about 5 cm at the top and bottom of the driveway on both sides. You can also leave your car at the door. When it gets cooler there is electric heating without switching on temperature settings. Power without end. On TV there are only legal programs. No RTL, VOX etc. Should actually be standard for the high price. Cleanliness ok at first glance. Just don't look closely. In the bedroom when the door is open you look for the light switch, it is behind the door. The owner should lend a hand again. I wouldn't recommend for the price

Very friendly reception by the landlord. The cottage is clear, has everything you need, all the equipment specified in the description is available and operational. We were 2 adults plus a dog and this garden is fantastic. Completely fenced and not too heavily planted, so that the dog cannot damage anything. Arriving by public transport is easy and a slightly longer walk also takes you to all the shops, so that a car is not absolutely necessary. Wonderful peace, occasionally a plane flies to BER over, but the volume is hardly noticeable in the house, you can still talk in the garden and the frequency of landing machines is not particularly high. We'd love to come back next year :)

Your description of the apartment "sympathetic villa" does not match the actual condition. It is an outdated, dirty accommodation with several defects: garbage cans full, the back door was difficult to lock, kitchen equipment was missing, blinds broken/on the floor, dog hair on the furniture. When taking a shower, the too heavy shower head turned to the wall. The corners of the floor and the plumbing were very dirty. After we contacted the owner about it, he resolved the most important of these shortcomings. Now we are still waiting for the promised small amount of money. The terrace was positive and the beds were ok.

The cottage is situated in a large garden and is very conveniently located compared to Berlin. The house itself needs a thorough makeover.

The location of the cottage is great for public transport (s-bahn) that was the reason we chose this cottage. The decor is simple and more attention could be paid to making it more attractive

Good reception. Was a nice simple cottage, with a lovely big big garden with big trees.It was great with the dogs. And the big trees gave shade that was desirable, because we had hot weather. The cottage is simply furnished, but everything is what you need. And it is indeed perfectly situated for the center of Berlin.

The cottage was a little less. The garden was well fenced so dogs could not go anywhere. The interior was less and the shower was not optimal. The dogs kondern weining evil. The cottage is situated just in the residential area what makes it special.

Very nice little house! Somewhat outdated, the equipment! A big plus point r the S-Bahn is only five minutes away on foot the residential area very pleasant and clean.

The location is nice on the green outskirts. The property is well fenced and ideal for Hundebesitzer.Familien with children (especially infants) are not well served by this house. - Except for a high chair for children was nothing useful there! (Ours were older, thank God!) - The hammock was secured with twine and fell straight to the ground - the badminton rackets were broken - no other toys available, eg no sandbox - no games - Sanitary very easy- - Furniture very old - dirt in every corner, despite Cleaning - Kitchen equipment very spartan (eg only 4 knives) - 4 garden chairs with only 2 edition Conclusion situation well! only 500 meters to the S-Bahn connections to Berlin, house is only small demands.

Lovely garden for children to play football, at half an hour away from Berlin. Cottage is uncomfortable and not clean. Many articles have been broken.
