The splendid 3 bedroom villa is located in Borstendorf in the healthy nature of the Ore Mountains. This is the perfect stay for large families and group of friends can accommodate 8 persons. There is a shared terrace and garden with incredible views of nature.
There are many excursions and activities in the immediate vicinity. The train station is 1 km, restaurants are 2 km, supermarkets are 7 km away from the house.
The apartments are located on the 2nd floor, and have a common hall area that only guests can access. It offers 2 well-equipped kitchen, 2 cosy living room with spacious dining area has a sofa bed and TV as well as furnished bedrooms and modern bathrooms.
The house provides the facility of cosy parking, stylish garden furniture, a spacious veranda, party games as well as high chair and cot for childrens .

The accommodation is quiet, very spacious and was very clean. The environment allows for many activities. We'd love to come back.

It was just great! We were there for a family reunion with 8 people and had booked two apartments for it, which was absolutely fitting!

Good contact with owner. A contact person lives in the same building (very convenient). Two separate appartements with common hallway (excellent for young family with children and grandparents). The very clean and comfortable appartements (very high ceilings) are situated in a very nice building from 1898 with interesting history. Access to basement for bicycles. We appreciated the very calm and rural neighborhood. A train stop is just 5 min on foot away (but no noise at all)! That was very convenient for trips to Freiberg, Annaberg-Buchholz or Chemnitz.

The reception was very cordial. The accommodation was very large and spacious. It was all very neat and clean. We felt very comfortable there. The surrounding area is a bit remote, but just right to relax again and unwind.
