I did not start the trip because I canceled it on May 15, 2021. Regarding a repayment of the pro-rata travel price was not received. On the contrary, I now receive emails every day so that I can rate my stay. Which stay? It's annoying and I think it's a shame that Belvilla doesn't respond to my emails.
