I absolutely loved our stay! The living room was cozy, and the kitchen had all the essentials. We had fun at the ping pong table and billiards. It was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed to recharge. We will definitely return, maybe in winter for some winter activities!

Our family of six had an amazing stay at this villa in Božanov! The spacious living room was perfect for our evening gatherings, and the kids loved the pool and the game room with the ping pong and billiard tables. We appreciated the convenience of having a grocery store just a short drive away, and the surrounding nature was stunning. It was the perfect place for our hikes near the lake. The sauna was a fantastic way to relax after a long day of exploring. Highly recommended for families!

We love the private garden and the whole feeling of a nature reserve. The layout of the living room is perfect for evening chats. Just a short drive from the nearest grocery store, so it's easy to stock up. Such a cozy place, I would definitely come back!

Very friendly owners who are always ready for you. In Broumov at 7 km is a wonderful restaurant (Paganini) where you can eat for very little money. With all a very successful week avoided because there is much snow.

The house is fantastic and the landlords on site are nice. The area is perfect for hiking tours. However, what is completely unacceptable is the booking practice of belvilla. We booked at a price indicated on the HomeToGo portal and paid directly. After booking, we received an email from belvilla with a deposit request of €70. We then paid this in good faith, believing it was a deposit. The house was ultimately inspected by the owner without any defects. When it came to the refund of the deposit, belvilla suddenly said it was a general service fee. So there are hidden costs that are not displayed at the time of booking and are not referred to as such in the payment request. We would never book here again.

Cottage was complete and clean, mattresses of the beds were excellent. Sauna was good. kitchen is complete, oven, dishwasher etc. The park and outbuildings were neatly maintained.

The accommodation was new and very modern and clean. It was all there except a toaster. But you can live with that. In particular, the equipment of the house with a sauna is excellent. The surrounding area is also fantastic with the panoramic views of the mountains and the rising sun over the mountain.
