The check-in and check-out went quickly and professionally. The furnishings match the description except for the balcony, which is closed due to structural issues. The internet works, when it works, very weakly. The property management was very good and constantly reachable. We had a good stay.

We were there for the second time and will come again! It was perfect for us again. Just as we wished and received. The house is great. It is located on a dead-end street and is therefore absolutely quiet. It is well insulated, providing a great indoor climate. If the classic heating is not sufficient, there is a wood stove that quickly makes the house cozy and warm with the provided wood. The garden is wild, you can collect herbs - perfect! No fancy garden. The house offers plenty of space, is not cramped, and even has a heating storage room with a washing machine and dryer. Additionally, everything for the grill and many garden chairs. The manager is super nice and is always reachable. Thank you for everything!

House is surrounded by greenery, which makes a difference with real hot days (with us 32 degrees) A car is recommended, touristic (except for walking) is not much to do in the area, but by car there is much to visit. A very nice (Dutch) manager. Failure with the WIFI was immediately resolved (necessary here due to poor telephone reception) Because even in the Czech Republic you have to reserve some things online. In short, we had a very nice summer vacation.

Ziggogo in HD, at the same time our son who watches YouTube videos and daughter who Skype with her boyfriend: no problem. Only during a heavy thunderstorm the wifi signal and the satellite reception of the TV went out. The accommodation was all but good. What was not good were the pillows of the beds. These were provided with traces of use. No more white. We have passed on to the manager. We had a fantastic time at the holiday house in Rudník. The location is just beautiful, close to nature and super quiet. I loved the garden, perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked good meals together. The only downside was the parking situation during heavy snow, but it was manageable. Overall, an excellent getaway, I totally recommend it!

A really nice and cozy house to stay. And lots of privacy, other houses are at a considerable distance. Everything you have at home can also be seen in this. Beds are simple , but good to sleep in. House is surrounded by greenery, which makes a difference with real hot days (with us 32 degrees) A car is recommended, touristic (except for walking) is not much to do in the area, but by car there is much to visit. A very nice (Dutch) manager. Failure with the WIFI was immediately resolved (necessary here due to poor telephone reception) Because even in the Czech Republic you have to reserve some things online. In short, we had a very nice summer vacation.

Large holiday home, adequately equipped, in need of some renovation, bedding and mattresses needed cleaning, bed linen was clean. Uncomplicated and friendly key handover.

Handing over the key was not at the home but elsewhere. The manager said after the delivery where we had to be. The property involved without any explanation. Was an explanation on paper. The accommodation was all but good. What was not good were the pillows of the beds. These were provided with traces of use. No more white. We have passed on to the manager. The environment was excellent

We had some very nice days in Javornik. The cottage was clean and is well equipped. The reception by the steward was friendly. The key handover did not take place on site. He also gave us the hint that the Wi-Fi reception was not very good and the electric heater had short dropouts. That was indeed so, but we got along well with it. The house is an ideal starting point for excursions. It has a quiet location in a beautiful environment.

the key transfer was very businesslike, a guarantee was requested, of which we knew nothing, but furthermore it was not insisted on, and ultimately did not have to pay the guarantee. but for example, we were not asked how our trip went ..... :(

Easy to find, thanks to the coordinates for the GPS. Manager is a friendly and calm man. Excellent service: when the kettle broke, there was already a new one the next day. A malfunctioning lock of the bathroom door was immediately repaired. Good location for sights in the Giant Mountains, but a car is necessary. Wifi is fine! Ziggogo in HD, at the same time our son who watches YouTube videos and daughter who Skype with her boyfriend: no problem. Only during a heavy thunderstorm the wifi signal and the satellite reception of the TV went out. The view of the giant mountains, as described in the description , we have not been able to experience. The terrace is nicely enclosed between trees and shrubs.

very spacious holiday home. Everything is there and works well. The wood stove is a wonderful atmosphere in the evening and gives a lot of warmth. The terrace is beautifully surrounded by greenery, but the promised view of the giant mountains has unfortunately grown away through the tall trees and shrubbery. by car an excellent base for the most beautiful sights of this region.
