The apartment was absolutely fantastic, very smart, very clean and very very convenient for the center of Ypres. The owners were also absolutely lovely (they live above and behind the apartment). Car parking was very convenient and you could park almost directly outside the door but don't park under a tree or you will get covered in bird poop. There was plenty of other parking just a very short walk away, cost is 2 euro per day, which I thought very cheap. I very nearly gave this a "fantastic" rating, the only reason I didn't was that it would have been really nice to have some milk in the fridge when we arrived. When we arrived the local shops were shut, so although there was tea and coffee in the apartment, we couldn't make a drink.

The studio is also a perfect base to not only enjoy the beautiful Ypres, but also to explore / discover the rest of the area. You can go for a nice walk and admire beautiful cities in Ypres and its surroundings, but you can also delve into the impressive history of the First World War. A tour with a Nightwatch from Ypres (only on Saturday evening, to be booked through the tourist office in Ypres) is highly recommended!

It was a super clean house, everything you need was there, such as a fridge, hairdryer and even a curling iron. The cottage was very comfortable and cozy for us. The cottage was close to the shops, you can rent a bike not far from the cottage if you want to make bike rides (are nice routes for cycling with beautiful views) and the cottage is right next to a nice big church. Ypres is a quiet town where you can enjoy nature a lot.

We were warmly welcomed by the hostess. The studio was very clean and we lacked for nothing. The location is great. In just a few minutes, you are at the cozy square in Ypres with its many good restaurants.

The private terrace was a lovely place to enjoy our morning coffee in peace. The apartment was well-equipped and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended for couples looking for a cozy getaway!

We had a pleasant stay in this studio in Ypres. The location is super convenient, just a few steps from the city center and the Menin Gate. The private garden was a nice asset; we enjoyed our morning coffee there. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit inconsistent at times, but overall, it was excellent value for money and we would definitely come back!
