We had a lovely stay at the villa in Breeduyn Village! The spacious living room was perfect for our family gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, The garden terrace was a nice spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning,

The situation is peaceful and the villas are well designed. Two separate toilets were very practical for our group. The box spring beds were comfortable and ensured that we had restful nights.

Very clean accommodation with top-notch bedding and adequate dishes. However, heating was turned off at certain hours and especially on the last morning, there was no heating at all, which made it complicated to take showers before leaving.

First park and accommodation. The bedding package was really not great to mention. The box springs as well. In the park only the cottages, the rest is all in the surroundings. Beach easily reachable after a short walk. Supermarkets and fry stands enough in the area. Friendliness in supermarkets and residents is hard to find. If you walk through the surroundings, be careful not to end up at another campsite. You will be thrown out with pitchforks and feathers. Plenty to experience in the area. Bredene is absolutely not the prettiest seaside resort of all the villages and towns around it.

We had a pleasant stay and overall we liked the accommodation. The location was nice and the communication with the hosts was friendly and straightforward. However, a few small points could be improved: there was no way to hang towels near the sink, and the bed covers were slightly dirty. Additionally, there were no storage options for clothes in the rooms, and a few glasses were chipped. Overall, a solid accommodation with potential if these minor details are optimized.

Built way too close together. Electronic door lock leaves nothing to be desired. Far too sensitive, not really Roompot worthy of our previous Roompot experiences. The comfort of the sofa was much too hard and beds too. The park plan does not correspond to the reality regarding the parking spaces for the luxury 6 and comfort 6 houses. There are no 2 parking spaces at all as indicated on the map. It can be clearly seen that it is a whole new park that still has to be honored. Both Belvilla and Roompot are not flexible at all at the lockdown. They also do not follow the Covid annulate rules of Belgium. We expected a voucher or money back. But only allowed a rebooking. In short, very googled

The house is new, just like the park. The cottage has hardly been used. It is well insulated against heat and the sound of (hard) sea breeze. It is a pity that the metal tube of the blackout curtains is flapping against the window frames. Also the doors flapping in the rebates, which disturbed the night's rest. The equipment is complete with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We have lived there pleasantly.

Despite the beautiful location, the beautiful weather in Bredene we have some reservations and comments about our stay in holiday park Breeduyn. On our arrival we were overwhelmed by the beautiful house that we had rented at a decent pricey price, once everything in place we noticed that the ground floor was actually not so neat (dust clouds and long black hair under the bed, one of the children hurt on arrival at the foot on a piece of glass that was in the living room) I am then "the next day Immediately start polishing to get rid of the dirt ... the windows I left for what they were ... dirty the upstairs was in order.The terrace outside included only 5 chairs, one chair was in the storage covered with a white smurrie.We had in the living room 2 windows, without curtains or the like, one with sun from early morning to afternoon, not so pleasant with this hot weather and to privacy y it is even so so.We hung there for a whole week a tablecloth hung (just Bohemers !!! ) then there was finally a window that we could have opened if a latch had been served !! We went to the reception to ask for something to do on the curtains, but without consequence.We think we have rented an overpriced house that was not in order ... .one that is ORDER costs probably the same and then we had that gladly paid. It tastes sour though! HAVE WE HAD PECH OR IS THIS THE HUG?

Very nice house, conveniently arranged. Lovely spacious seating area with comfortable couch and chairs. good beds. I have washed the sheets again. They had been washed and ironed but some of them were still very dirty. Fortunately also good washing machine and dryer available. Garden has no privacy but we found no problem. Nice cities (Bruges, Ostend) within half an hour and beach within walking distance. Bredene has all the necessary facilities. Taking a bicycle is useful for groceries because it takes half an hour or use a busy car parking space.

We are a midweek stay in a 6 person cottage together with our son of almost 2 and friends with their child of 2 years. Great house, brand new. Friendly staff at the park. Wonderful luxury that every room has its own bathroom. Nice and close to the stand. Shopping street diner nearby where you can get everything, several supermarkets, butchers and fries tents nearby. There is also nothing to do at the park, next to the park there is a playground for children but that is also everything. Definitely recommended, we would definitely want to go back again.

Despite the beautiful location, the beautiful weather in Bredene we have some reservations and comments about our stay in holiday park Breeduyn. On our arrival we were overwhelmed by the beautiful house that we had rented at a decent pricey price, once everything in place we noticed that the ground floor was actually not so neat (dust clouds and long black hair under the bed, one of the children hurt on arrival at the foot on a piece of glass that was in the living room) I am then "the next day Immediately start polishing to get rid of the dirt ... the windows I left for what they were ... dirty the upstairs was in order.The terrace outside included only 5 chairs, one chair was in the storage covered with a white smurrie.We had in the living room 2 windows, without curtains or the like, one with sun from early morning to afternoon, not so pleasant with this hot weather and to privacy y it is even so so.We hung there for a whole week a tablecloth hung (just Bohemers !!! ) then there was finally a window that we could have opened if a latch had been served !! We went to the reception to ask for something to do on the curtains, but without consequence.We think we have rented an overpriced house that was not in order ... .one that is ORDER costs probably the same and then we had that gladly paid. It tastes sour though! HAVE WE HAD PECH OR IS THIS THE HUG?
