Beautiful house with nice facilities such as table tennis, foosball, fire pit with BBQ. And clean. Wellness area where the water in the jacuzzi could be refreshed once. The house is a bit outdated and creaks a lot. But the spacious living kitchen and the garden make it a very nice house.

First lesser impression upon entering the "older" section, but the newer part with all the facilities makes the stay very nice and pleasant. From pool, table tennis, kubb, darts to a delightful infrared cabin, hammam, and whirlpool. Also, the included bath and bed linen service was nice. Great for going with a large family.

We verbleven een midweek met 2 koppels met kinderen in dit ruime vakantiehuis. Grote troef van de woning is de grote achterbouw waar we veel gebruik maakten van de pingpong tafel en de wellness faciliteiten boven. De infraroodsauna werkte goed, en vooral het Turkse stoombad (zeldzame vondst) en de Jacuzzi werden vaak gebruikt na de lange wandelingen in de mooie streek. Leuke vuurplaats ook buiten. Minpunten waren er helaas ook: Muffe geur in het stoombad, in de jacuzzi werkten slechts de helft van de sproeiers, de keuken vooraan was helemaal niet uitgerust (hoewel dat de enige plaats was met opbergruimte voor keukengerei) en de vaatwasser deed het niet. De open keuken met gezellig barretje in de achterbouw was wel uitgerust maar veel pannen waren aan vervanging toe. Ook de vaatwasser daar werkte niet mee en in de kleine badkamer boven rook het heel hard naar putjeslucht. We probeerden de haard 1 x aan te steken voor maar de schouw trok niet (goed) waardoor de woonkamer in korte tijd gevuld werd met rook. Dan maar uitgelaten de rest van de week. Al bij al hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad maar deze minpunten zijn toch om rekening mee te houden. De prachtige streek (zeker in de herfst) en de uitgebreide en ruime faciliteiten maakten veel goed.

Very nice house to visit with a group of friends: cozy large living space: we did not use the living room and kitchen at the front. Barbecuing on the fire pit outside is highly recommended! Good mattresses. A few small adjustments are needed (lighting, electric skylight that doesn't close,...) but we have reported these to the owner, and they will probably be looked at soon.

The house is fine, but unfortunately there is quite a bit of deferred maintenance, such as the dishwasher being broken, the jacuzzi was way too hot at 43 degrees and couldn't be adjusted, the dishes were damaged, and the frying pan needs to be replaced, as well as a loose faucet in the bathroom. But despite that, it was still a house and garden with many surprising elements. And the grandchildren were absolutely thrilled about the house itself, the wellness, and the play opportunities.

We had a fantastic stay with a group of 6 friends and a small dog. The house was very clean on arrival. All facilities were top quality. The jacuzzi was very pleasant and relaxing again. The new pool table was very great, we were pleasantly surprised👍. We also explored the area again, played mini golf, had something to eat in the nearby Durbuy Durbuy. We also visited the golf course. We had a very relaxing holiday like last year. That's why we are going back for the 3rd time in a row. We are already looking forward to it😊

The house has various facilities, but unfortunately it is all just barely adequate. The net at the table tennis table is loose, the dartboard can no longer be used and the steam bath smells quite musty. The location and surroundings of the house are excellent and there is a beautiful garden (unfortunately not closed to dogs). If all facilities were in order then a big plus.

We spent a weekend in this house. Size wise it's fine.
Overdue maintenance. Cupboard doors crooked and/or loose, much glassware was dirty. Messy. Beds creak terribly, put the mattresses on the floor.
No vacuum cleaner available, had to sweep with a poor broom. Curtain hooks were hanging loose. Most of this house no longer meets the current requirements of a holiday home. For example, the table tennis table: there must also be well-functioning table tennis pools and ping pong balls. No broken ones. However?
The wellness was wonderful. Happy.
If the owner puts some finishing touches on it, it would be a prime location.

We had a great holiday. The holiday home fully met our needs. Everything was in tip-top condition, especially what remains in our memory: the super shower, jacuzzi, Turkish steam cabin and infrared cabin. Beautiful location, tranquility and close to a Spar store, really very pleased with it. Next we will book again every year. We were there from 4/9 to 8/9 2023. Next year we would like to stay for a full week.

We went at the end of May and had a Halloween feeling because of the

Spider threads hanging everywhere.

Cooling and fires were sufficiently present, just a pity that it is an induction hob and they did not have the right pans in the cupboard

Plates and glasses are also available in abundance, but 1 or 2 pieces each of a different kind.

Nice plot of land that is maintained, only a pity if they take off the lawn, they just leave the clippings on the lawn.

The house was not ready when we arrived. The excuse was that the previous holidaymakers had left it very dirty.. we had our doubts about that. The house was not clean and has many defects. Curtains that only hang half way, kitchen that was not clean. There were still food left in the oven, the bbq grill outside was filthy, we were able to scrub that first. Cupboard doors in the bedroom fall off when you open the door, packaging of biscuits was still on the windowsill, windows that have not been cleaned for a long time, doors that do not close, a layer of dust everywhere, you can draw on the TV, petanque court full of weeds and so I can go on. A few days later, the owner suddenly comes in from the back to report that he is coming to mow the grass, the clippings just stay there, resulting in green shoes and pants. The "yellow" kitchen that you see in the photos may not be used! And in the photo of the arcade you see a home trainer in a corner under the stairs, the owner never knew that there was one .. strange. When we ask when we will get the deposit back, he emails that we get 10 euros less reason? Two drinking glasses have fallen! Had we secretly thrown them in the waste bin, he would never have noticed. It is a mixed bag of kitchen equipment. have left an almost full bag of coal, free, he probably didn't notice! Plus point of the house is the wellness part.Happily, new water was added to the jacuzzi.

Lesser points (for us, maybe someone else will find that a plus) The photos are misleading: you only have access to 1 kitchen (the one in the relaxation room) The seat was also a different one as on the photos and very hard to sit. There are only 5 seats on the seats. The kitchen has open cupboards and therefore there was some dust in them. We have not found manuals for microwave / TV / etc ... Very spacious house with many possibilities for young and old. Due to the many relaxation options in different rooms, you won't get in each other's way when you stay with a larger group. Very clean sanitary facilities. Pleasantly warm, despite the large spaces. Large spaces with ample storage options, including the bedrooms. You don't need to bring anything outside of your own clothing and personal items. All material is present. Tip for the owner: maybe 2 new pans in the kitchen. There was only one and the tefal layer was badly damaged. Many opportunities to undertake outdoor activities. Lovely walks in the area with beautiful views. Bakery, butcher, shop with local products, pizzeria, café with terrace, ... within walking distance. We found one downside to the presence of only 1 full bathroom. It is true that a very spacious bathroom with shower, bath and double sink. Furthermore, a bathroom with double sink and toilet. We were 7 adults and 1 child and it was doable for us, but the house is equipped for 12 people and in that case it seems insufficient to us. Niettegengende the downside of the bathroom, we spent a wonderful extended weekend.

Nice, quiet and spacious house. Especially the recreation room with bar, game tables and wellness offers something for everyone! We had wonderful weather and were able to fully enjoy the outdoor seating area with fire bowl / grill. The bedrooms are slightly outdated but are functional and spacious with reasonably good beds. The only drawback is that the house is quite noisy due to wooden floors and that not all toilets and bathrooms are lockable.

No comfortable chairs in the garden, which was a shame because we had a sunny week. Advantages outweigh the disadvantages so would like to recommend this house, but could have been great with a few adjustments.

The house is spacious but not as spacious as in the photos, these give a distorted picture. Upon arrival, the kitchen at the front of the house was full of junk, the coffee maker was completely moldy, the dishwasher in the kitchen downstairs broken (and completely moldy and rotten inside) and the oven broken. Immediately sent an email to the owner, who initially did not really cooperate. The kitchen at the front of the house was, as he said, private. When several times indicated that it was indeed in the photos and description, he eventually cleaned up the mess. Furthermore, the oven was replaced after a few days. The grass in the garden is very high so that it cannot really be used (lawn mower was broken). And so I can go on. But let me put it another way; it is potentially an excellent house but we have, without any obligation, a number of points for improvement; - tidy up the garden; there is construction waste, rubble, old sinks, piles of tiles etc etc everywhere; really no face! - maintain the garden; prune the bushes and remove trees, put a fence around the garden; is also safer with children and dogs; now they can just walk onto the busy road in front of the house. - maintain the house: finish everything, now it's only half done, the cupboards in the bedrooms either don't open or the doors fall out. The windows at the front of the house are partly overgrown by the bushes and 1 of the wooden shutters no longer opens; The result is a very dark living room. Give the house a good clean; there was still a lot of stuff under the tables and beds. -locks on the doors of the toilet and bathroom; is very pleasant, and also window coverings for the windows in the bathroom; now everyone can see you from the open road.- invest in some new things; decent crockery, glasses, pans and cutlery. A new toaster. But also a decent garden set; now there is an old table with 4 (!) old wooden very rickety chairs. A few lounge chairs

It is a wonderful family home. Space was through the separated spaces. The sauna area was very nicely designed at the top of the "play" barn. We used the "play barn" a lot. The table tennis table was very popular and we played a lot of games. You can also cook in the same room, so you are still in contact with each other. We even prepared a meal at the bbq / fire pit, despite the low temperatures. Walking in the area is also good, there are several walking routes near the house. I would not recommend the house for 10 adults alone. The beds in the attic room are more children's beds than suitable for an adult.

We had a fantastic stay with a group of 6 friends and a small dog. The house was very clean on arrival. All facilities were top quality. The jacuzzi was very pleasant and relaxing again. The new pool table was very great, we were pleasantly surprised👍. We also explored the area again, played mini golf, had something to eat in the nearby Durbuy Durbuy. We also visited the golf course. We had a very relaxing holiday like last year. That's why we are going back for the 3rd time in a row. We are already looking forward to it😊

Very spacious house with many possibilities for young and old. Due to the many relaxation options in different rooms, you won't get in each other's way when you stay with a larger group. Very clean sanitary facilities. Pleasantly warm, despite the large spaces. Large spaces with ample storage options, including the bedrooms. You don't need to bring anything outside of your own clothing and personal items. All material is present. Tip for the owner: maybe 2 new pans in the kitchen. There was only one and the tefal layer was badly damaged. Many opportunities to undertake outdoor activities. Lovely walks in the area with beautiful views. Bakery, butcher, shop with local products, pizzeria, café with terrace, ... within walking distance. We found one downside to the presence of only 1 full bathroom. It is true that a very spacious bathroom with shower, bath and double sink. Furthermore, a bathroom with double sink and toilet. We were 7 adults and 1 child and it was doable for us, but the house is equipped for 12 people and in that case it seems insufficient to us. Niettegengende the downside of the bathroom, we spent a wonderful extended weekend.

The house has several facilities, but unfortunately everything is just average. The ping-pong net is loose, the dartboard is no longer usable, and the steam bath smells quite musty. The location and surroundings of the house are fine, with a lovely garden (but unfortunately not enclosed for dogs). If all the facilities were in order, it would be a big plus.

Overdue maintenance. Cupboard doors crooked and/or loose, much glassware was dirty. Messy. Beds creak terribly, put the mattresses on the floor.
No vacuum cleaner available, had to sweep with a poor broom. Curtain hooks were hanging loose. Most of this house no longer meets the current requirements of a holiday home. For example, the table tennis table: there must also be well-functioning table tennis pools and ping pong balls. No broken ones. However?
The wellness was wonderful. Happy.
If the owner puts some finishing touches on it, it would be a prime location.

It is a wonderful family home. Space was through the separated spaces. The sauna area was very nicely designed at the top of the "play" barn. We used the "play barn" a lot. The table tennis table was very popular and we played a lot of games. You can also cook in the same room, so you are still in contact with each other. We even prepared a meal at the bbq / fire pit, despite the low temperatures. Walking in the area is also good, there are several walking routes near the house. I would not recommend the house for 10 adults alone. The beds in the attic room are more children's beds than suitable for an adult.

We had a great holiday. The holiday home fully met our needs. Everything was in tip-top condition, especially what remains in our memory: the super shower, jacuzzi, Turkish steam cabin and infrared cabin. Beautiful location, tranquility and close to a Spar store, really very pleased with it. Next we will book again every year. We were there from 4/9 to 8/9 2023. Next year we would like to stay for a full week.

It is a wonderful family home. Space was through the separated spaces. The sauna area was very nicely designed at the top of the "play" barn. We used the "play barn" a lot. The table tennis table was very popular and we played a lot of games. You can also cook in the same room, so you are still in contact with each other. We even prepared a meal at the bbq / fire pit, despite the low temperatures. Walking in the area is also good, there are several walking routes near the house. I would not recommend the house for 10 adults alone. The beds in the attic room are more children's beds than suitable for an adult.

Beautiful house with excellent facilities! In particular, the hot tub and sauna "s were fantastic. The second kitchen as in the photos, however, was not accessible. Living room with fireplace was also lovely. Highly recommended!
