The location is quiet and picturesque. We had several nice meals outside on the terrace. The only downside was that the WiFi could be stronger, but overall a wonderful stay.

Spacious and clean, this farmhouse was perfect for our family vacation. The design is practical, with a cozy living room that felt like home. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the crib for our little one. The nearby Ourthe River was a great spot for a picnic. Just a warning: the final cleaning fee is an additional cost, but it's worth it for the beautiful experience.

The terrace is the ideal place for barbecues. We had a picnic by the Ourthe River and it was pure aesthetics, 10/10 recommend for Instagram-worthy moments.

What a beautiful farm! The location was quiet, and we enjoyed our time playing darts and relaxing in the garden. The kids loved the spacious living room, and the hammock was a hit for afternoon naps. It is also just a short drive to Wéris for food options, which was convenient. Overall, a great place to relax!

In one word, amazing. A zen feeling. A real wow effect. The bath with a view, a large garden, BBQ, fireplace. Authentic with all the comfort you can have. Everything has been thought of. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Johan and Judith. We will definitely come back.

We loved it! In a rolling hills landscape where a lot of the houses look the same, we found a gem! This is a lovely spacious old farmhouse with an enormous garden. The host, Johan, could not have been nicer or more welcoming. The house has its own unique style which Johan crafted. It’s creaky and quaint with wooden beams in a rustic style. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a game room with a foosball table and a dartboard which the kids greatly enjoyed. Lots of walking paths and towns nearby. We hiked from the megalith museum for two hours, we visited the caves of Hooton and lots more. All from the comfort of this cottage. Absolutely recommend.

We enjoyed a peaceful weekend in this charming farmhouse. The interior was beautifully decorated, combining modern comfort with rustic charm. The terrace was lovely for outdoor meals, and the shared garden created a nice community atmosphere. The proximity to nature trails was a bonus. A great place for families or a group of friends!

Special fairytale-like accommodation, especially the big house. Not suitable for people bad to leg and small children, especially the staircase is dangerous. Furthermore, every adult has once bumped his head to the low beams. The large house is specially arranged and decorated but not always as practical. The bedroom on the second floor is difficult to use due to the sloping roof. Spacious kitchen with all amenities, the whole was clean on arrival. Quiet surroundings, lots of walking possibilities.

An enthusiastic welcome with a full explanation of the houses. The accommodation was cozy and very original. All houseware was in top condition. A downside is that at the top of the stairs there is a crossbar where everyone larger than 1m50 hits his head (very dangerous) - we have a marking with a towel.

It was a nice house. On arrival we were told that the fireplace was broken, we were not able to use it during our stay which was very disappointing. The house was not very clean either.

Truly a perfect house. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped. We are also full of praise for the service. We had a very small problem and couldn't find the solution. Owner Johan braved the harsh winter weather like a real Ardennes forest giant and was on our doorstep in no time to help us. This BFG also brought a delicious bottle of red wine to ease the suffering (own fault!). Host of the Year!

What a great house! Beautiful, with great attention to detail and atmosphere, renovated farmhouse from 1880. We had wonderful days there, sitting by the fireplace, using the (infrared) sauna. It is fully equipped and has a beautiful spacious garden. Durbuy can be reached in 15 minutes by car and La Roche-en-Ardenne is also nearby. In short: wonderful place, super nice landlords, beautiful surroundings. So do. :-)
