The arrival at the house was a somewhat unpleasant surprise. The impression you get based on the photos does not correspond to reality.

The house is very dark, lots of cobwebs / cobwebs. The saltellite compound didn't work. One of the bedrooms could not close because the door handle was broken. One of the toilets smells strongly of (old) urine, which cannot be cleaned against, two of the three benches are very worn out and the garden furniture on the raised terrace was broken, or almost broken, as well as one of the wood stoves inside (kitchen) .



The whole did not look very well cared for.

The location of the house is very nice and nice and if the weather is good, you can also sit in the garden or in front of the house in the sun.

The kitchen is amply equipped with everything one might need.

A very practical stay! The house is clean and has enough space for a group. We were close to several attractions, including the Feudal Castle and the Jaskinie Hotton. Parking was convenient, and everything was as described. No major complaints, just a bit of noise from the street.

The house itself is a beautiful home, a beautiful old house in well maintained condition. Everything is available and it is well equipped with, for example, cutlery, plates and glasses. We had a defect with the hot water boiler in the accommodation and this was perfectly resolved within 2 days, compliments to Belvilla for that. There are some points for attention: - The holiday address was difficult to find. The wrong street name on the internet and in the information sent, which made it difficult to find the correct directions. - Nowhere in the description of the accommodation does it say that it is on a fairly busy road. Not bothersome for us, but it is fairer to mention this. - The cleaning left a lot to be desired. It was just plain dirty. The remote control of the t.v. for example stuck unpleasantly. - Dirt sorting is a point of attention. In the house there was just one (broken) waste bin without a lid. You will receive a total of three different types of garbage bags that you cannot put anywhere. At the back of the garden there were four plastic bins, three of which were overfilled, already on arrival. Apparently no one looked at them during cleaning, and on the way back to the key address you have to take your full, smelly rubbish bag with you in the car. then dispose of there according to the description of the waste separation. That's not so convenient.- We were six people and that went fine. For eight people, especially indoors, it is a bit on the tight side I think. But overall we had a pleasant stay in a beautiful house with a lovely garden with more than enough seating space and play area for the children. It was nice and cool downstairs. And everything in the accommodation worked fine as it should. It was really nice that there was, for example, a washing machine and dryer.

Unfortunately, the house was not thoroughly cleaned on our arrival. The spaces are well furnished, only the bedrooms offer little comfort. Only 1 bathroom is perhaps a little low for the number of beds, but there are 2 toilets and 2 sinks. Beautiful area with hiking trails that start nearby. Little parking space nearby.

The house was a bit disappointing. We thought that the picture of the house was from the front, and therefore was quietly situated with a front garden, but this turned out to be the backyard. The house is as good as on the street, there was no parking at the cottage (with three cars difficult). When we came in it was also very cold. Overall, quite a good stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I liked the spacious size of the place; we didn't feel cramped at all. The only downside was that the heating took some time to be adjusted, but the owner helped quickly. Really good value for money.

We had an amazing stay in this stone holiday home in Werpin! The cozy garden was perfect for relaxing evenings, and we loved the wood stove in the living room. It felt like a home away from home - definitely a place we would return to, especially for the caves near Hotton!

We had an amazing time in this vacation home. It has all the amenities we needed, like a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The area is super quiet but close enough to the city for stops at the bakery. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay in this stone holiday home! The garden was perfect for our children to play in, and we loved the relaxed atmosphere. The cozy wood stove in the living room made our evenings special. It was a short drive to Durbuy Adventure, which was a hit with the family. Highly recommended!
