Holiday home in Marcourt with garden

So much fun at billiards and table football! I will definitely be back soon!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Great amenities that made the stay enjoyable!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The house is solidly furnished and has everything needed - the rooms are okay and each has a modern bathroom - the house is very suitable for a large group.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

I really liked exploring the nearby forest trails. It was peaceful and perfect for unwinding with my thoughts.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The staff were friendly when we arrived, showing us around the house right away. Everything felt convenient from check-in to using facilities like the BBQ.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

We had a great time. The interior of the cottage is very well equipped, the exterior, however, needs to be improved and better maintained. Overall, our stay went very well.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

I would completely recommend this place! It is cozy and has all the essential things like a nice kitchen and enough space to spend time with friends or family.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

This place served well for work meetings away from home. Good Wi-Fi and comfortable seating areas made it easy to focus on tasks.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Upon arrival at this vacation home, I found that it was exactly as I had expected based on the photos. We enjoyed the recreation room with billiards, which was fun during our evenings. The nearby restaurants offered good meals and the nature provided a great atmosphere.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST house ever. Do not believe recent positive reviews. It is terrible and undoubtedly in un-rentable condition. I cannot provide an exhaustive list, but the main point is: Many dangerous spots, especially with children. Primarily the basement stairs and the door that (blindly) swings toward the stairs in the dark. We had to take our daughter to the hospital. The same goes for the trampoline without a safety net and with holes in it. In addition to hygiene: there is old water damage with mold throughout the house in many places. Partly, it has been locally repainted to cover it up. The house is in no way as described and as shown in the photos. And for the 'new' owner: yes, in 1.5 years you can get this basic condition in order. And for Belvilla: take your responsibility. Disgusting.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Well-maintained rooms with private shower/bath. Spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden needs a refresh. Too bad there is no covered area to possibly barbecue if it rains.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The rooms have been renovated, but the shower drains poorly. It takes a long time for hot water to come. Furthermore, this house is super outdated. Equipment that all needs to be replaced. Sometimes it doesn't work or things need to be cleaned. Bed linen must be brought by everyone. The carpeting in the hallway and on the stairs is dirty and outdated. No, this is not a property that is rented out with love. It is only to make money with minimal investment.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Upon our arrival, the tone was set, concern for electricity and heating. A technician came and fixed the issue except that it was 11°C outside and 8°C inside. The windows were open in the rooms, in this weather, it did not favor optimal warming of them... We stayed from the 23rd to the 26th (morning), after two days, it was only 18°C in the house and 16°C in the rooms that did not have supplementary heating, so to say that washing in the bathroom was not easy! Moreover, the kitchen equipment was in a deplorable state of dirtiness, we had to scrub everything in order to use the kitchen utensils, glasses, and so on... In the end, out of the 20 people who stayed, we all got sick! I find that financial compensation would be quite normal, especially since we left the cottage much cleaner than we found it. . .

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Location reasonably remote and close to beautiful nature, large garden for children, house itself not super luxurious (also not made for people taller than 1.90m), kitchen very practical for large groups, enough parking.

Lives, many molds and not cleaned. Fire safety very big doubts. Furniture is also poor. More than 10 garden chairs set aside because it is unsafe. For example, also inside the sofa very old and bad. We will definitely never come back here. Not rentable in this condition!!!

Too few glasses, cutlery, plates
Dirty
Heating too hot, thermostat not working. Which also causes a lack of hot water
Leakage in bedroom
Stop those that go too far

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Prijs kwaliteit was dit meer als in orde, er is wat oplapwerk aan het huisje maar daar kan je door kijken, de tuin wat meer onderhouden zou wel een pluspuntje zijn

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

First of all the website of belvilla doesn"t work properly and it was a bit of a hassle to get to my booking area and they had technical issues: I received an email that there was a pending cost for me to cover and when I checked my bookings all was covered.confusing and not assuring.

When I initially contacted the person responsible I first couldn"t reach anyone and received no answer. Then on the arrival day itself I did reach him but the guy could only speak French, 0 English (or other language) and he wasn"t very friendly. To me not very professional if working in the tourism industry and asking questions and checking out were a bit challenging. He asked of us for all the trash to be taken out (though I believe this to be part of the cleaning process for which we were charged of course.)

The house itself was ok. It was clean from what we could tell, but some beds and mattresses were in bad shape and very uncomfortable to sleep in. The water had to run for a few minutes because it was orange (probably oxygen from the tubes from not being used recently) , the water pressure was horrible and not all the rooms had warm water (Glad we didn"t stay there longer, only 2 nights).
The kitchen was ok equipped. But there could"ve been more dishes, the coffee machine wasn"t usable due to too much calcification, on the website it mentioned 4 microwaves, there was 1. The pots didn"t have lids, the pans were so badly scratched, I "m glad we brought some of our own.
I knew we had to bring towels and kitchen towels but toilet paper wasn't mentioned so when we arrived there was none in the rooms.

Overall ok (because it was only 2 nights) but for that price I wouldn"t book it again.

Spacious and very nice villa. Perfectly equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers (!). Luxurious bathroom in every room. Only downside is that you have to go around the house for access to the garden.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

We came five years ago with a group of mountain bikers. The interior has been well renovated. Practical bike garage with showers

Beautiful house with a lot of potential. Spacious ground floor with 3 sitting areas plus dining tables and chairs. In terms of space 10 fine bedrooms. The adults in our party called the mattresses too soft.
But: overdue maintenance, for which the owner has apologized in a personal email. Garden had not been updated for a while, so that the "entrance to the parking lot has become very narrow. Path from the front door to the garden was almost overgrown. Inside from the ground floor to the garden is somewhat inconvenient. Lighting was not in order everywhere. Was easily solved by the administrator.
For groups that do not set the bar too high, it is a great house, but certainly not (yet) 5-star.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

On weekend with four families. The first arrived I was warmly welcomed, clear information and received appointments. Nice location for such a group. The property has everything for such groups.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The house was certainly large enough for our group of 28 people. The bathrooms had been updated, the kitchen was large enough and it was nice to have a games room upstairs with a pool table.

On the other hand, the house is really very old. The walls, doors, windows, floors,... They have really seen their best days. It just seems a bit dirty. Moreover, the house is located on the corner of 2 busy roads, so there is some noise pollution.

The most difficult thing was the heating. It was either completely open (no other option), causing everyone in the house to explode, or completely off. And you couldn't do that yourself, but the owner had to do it. So choose between being way too warm or freezing.

Good and friendly communication.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The accommodation was in balance in terms of price-quality ratio. However, there were significant shortcomings. Firstly, the homeowner was late for the key collection and came up with the excuse of having "forgotten". As a result, we could only enter the house late to find out that there was no toilet paper or garbage bags (while this was not indicated) and the supermarkets were already closed by that time.

Incidentally, the house is full of tape management solutions, so that some things literally fall apart out of misery. This again took time to resolve and was certainly at the expense of time spent on site. This was somewhat in line with the low price we paid per person for the property, but the bare minimum was not achieved in my opinion. Furthermore, a beautiful setting and the bath was super.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

House is super and very well equipped! Very nice bathrooms, plenty of refrigerators and crockery.Only a pity that the garden is not directly accessible from the house (eg type of fire escape from the kitchen would be very good idea).

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Good accommodation for large groups. Many rooms with their own bathroom are certainly a plus. A nice garden. Too bad you can not go directly from the cottage to the garden. You have to take a descent from steep stairs or go all the way around the house. Busy track next to house what you hear in some rooms.Environment very nice. Everything to do and shops, bakery, ... close by.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Very spacious and nice holiday. Holidays spent with 16 kids and 14 adults and everything was fine as desired. Everything we needed was certainly present, very large kitchen with everything on and on, spacious bedrooms with a modern bathroom !! Cozy and spacious dining area and comfortable seating areas. Games room in the attic was definitely a plus for the older children.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage Marcourt. The welcome was warm and we were given sufficient explanation. It is a spacious home with room for many. The bedrooms each with their own bathroom are spacious and tidy. We stayed in Marcourt during a heat wave. Fortunately, the Ourthe is not far away. The children and adults have well in amused. The house remained pleasantly cool during this heat wave. one minus the garden is only accessible from the basement (staircase - for the children not recommended), or by the front door (safe but at a distance). Also, the house along a rather busy road. Yet we are still planning to return.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Great Wanderungn possible home OK, bathrooms have been renovated in part, a water line was broken, busy road

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

We have a very comfortable and pleasant WE lived with our family consisting onion 31 people waarven the oldest 84 years old and the youngest 14 days old.The is very nice that every room has a bathroom and you can go out through the basement ( because of dirty shoes) The area is very beautiful and for the more energetic there is the nearby adventure circuit with dead-ride. Only the additional costs are rather high (consumption of heat, electricity, garbage bags, outdoor lighting, ...) But surely a home that is advisable to rent with large groups.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

It is a large and spacious house, disadvantage is really the hygiene house not clean. On arrival the whole house cleaned, for the rest the facilities are very good and there are nice bathrooms in the rooms (disadvantage is that in the double rooms there is only a bath and you have to shower standing with shower head in hand.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Stayed a weekend with a group of 18 in the house.
Spacious rooms each with own bathroom, which is specific and unique value of this house.
Large living room / dining room which due to it"s U-shape lends for "break-out" activities.
Twin/double beds are great, some of the bunk beds were older. Some of the bathrooms renovated and nice, others not yet. Kitchen is adequate, dineware and glassware is a mix of various types but functional.
Although next to a road / croassing, no issue with noisy traffic as it is very quiet in the evenings

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

First the "positive": We were granted a departure in the afternoon in advance - at no extra charge. The manager is very friendly and helpful and was immediately there to help us out when we were looking for missing forks. The bathrooms are very nicely done.
And now to the rest of the house: The pictures on the internet are a huge deception! The house offers endless potential for disgust: there was dust and dust mice in the bedrooms. There were empty bottles under the beds and couch from one of our previous tenants. There is even mold in places (e.g. behind the large picture in the dining room). The lounge at the top not only smells musty, but the OSB wall covering is obviously rotting. It's a shame - with proper care and cleanliness it would really be a nice place to stay, but in its current condition we can only advise against it.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The house is in a very nice area with lots of possibilities. Therefore very nice view of the living room. In general the ground floor is very well equipped and arranged, although the old furniture is left out. Something can still be done up there with the bedrooms and bathrooms. A better bed is desirable. But a thorough cleaning of the drains is really recommended and delaying that is a real shame. Price-performance is top.
Have fun, especially on walks in the area.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

It was a very nice price! For that price we had absolutely no luxury expected. Nice building in a nice environment. More than big enough! But it seems that it is rented out but not maintained! Refrigerators work below average ( after the 1 day of expired food ) Mold on the bark in some bathrooms. Some rooms were full of ladybugs. Things that have broken down and have been provisionally repaired or are hanging dangling Electrical outlets that are loose (dangerous for small children) Reccitation room is not really nicely finished! It was freezing cold there, not a pleasant place for the kids.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The state of the house was horrific! The seat in the reception area was completely torn, there were broken lamps everywhere, in every room something was broken or did not work. On the 2nd floor, the ceiling is so low that you have to bend over if you are 1m90. Many walls were moldy, some toilets do not work or leak, some showers only have cold water, the wallpaper is loose in several places. In the picture you see 3 microwave ovens but in practice there is only 1, there was no corkscrew. The house needs to be thoroughly renovated. It seems that it is only rented out to youth movements or to groups of morons but we were with the grandparents, children and grandchildren and were terribly shocked.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Excellent accommodation, a lot more comfortable than the average vakantiewoning.Prima bathrooms and good kitchen. The building is located along the road, but this quite disturbing niet.De setting is beautiful! You step out of your holiday and you are immediately in nature hikes are possible in different directions.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Nice hotel / house. Too bad you can not walk straight into the garden from the house. This makes it difficult to sit outside because you always have wide or through the garage with a nasty kick to beneden.Maar behind the Hotel / home Ourthe course a wonderful place to sit and relax and for children to play. Delicious !!!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Nice bathrooms. Large living space.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Ideal with friends or family! Beautiful environment! Disadvantage may be with small children because you have to go to the garden through the "cellar stairs."

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Ideal house for large groups. Everything is there.

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

The bathrooms have been nicely renovated. However, the corridors and rooms are outdated and need to be refreshed. There were also 2 rooms where the toilets were not working. The kitchen equipment was in order and the living space was pleasant to stay. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking.

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

Large holiday house for groups with a functional convenient kitchen and 2 dishwashers. several seats and a bar in the living room. Rooms with bunk beds (first floor) and double beds (on the 2nd floor). Each with its own new bathroom. Beautiful walking environment.

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

It was a very nice price! For that price we had absolutely no luxury expected. Nice building in a nice environment. More than big enough! But it seems that it is rented out but not maintained! Refrigerators work below average ( after the 1 day of expired food ) Mold on the bark in some bathrooms. Some rooms were full of ladybugs. Things that have broken down and have been provisionally repaired or are hanging dangling Electrical outlets that are loose (dangerous for small children) Reccitation room is not really nicely finished! It was freezing cold there, not a pleasant place for the kids.

the arrival time was well respected? Explanation could be slightly better. Top floor could use some renovation. Dump bath in Room 7, mold on ceiling. Good accommodation for large groups. Many rooms with their own bathroom are certainly a plus. A nice garden. Too bad you can not go directly from the cottage to the garden. 3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

Nice hotel / house. Too bad you can not walk straight into the garden from the house. This makes it difficult to sit outside because you always have wide or through the garage with a nasty kick to beneden.Maar behind the Hotel / home Ourthe course a wonderful place to sit and relax and for children to play. Delicious !!!

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

In general the house is quite nice and certainly well enough equipped to accommodate a group of at least 24 people (kitchen, rooms, beds). The furniture and all the bathrooms have been very recently renewed and are excellent. The only remark we had was That the ceiling of the second floor was shallow (too low for most people from our group actually) what made the rooms on the second floor less comfortable. Also access to the garden was not so convenient. However, all by it, thesis are minor remarks and we did spend a great midweek at this house.

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

ideal property for large groups with children. We were 29, including 15 children. The different rooms with bunk beds were super cool for the kids. The kitchen was cooking for well equipped for a large group. The garden was a bit haggard and not pleasant to sit. Plus was at a lower level than the rest and was not directly accessible from the kitchen or the living room, which we found a bit of a disadvantage. All bathrooms have been updated and be malformed pikfijn. One kilometer from the residence to La Roche can rent kayaks and do other adventure activities. There leave several hiking nearby.

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

Nice bathrooms. Large living space.

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

Ideal with friends or family! Beautiful environment! Disadvantage may be with small children because you have to go to the garden through the "cellar stairs."

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

After a peaceful night in good beds once the shoes to go out. Cross the street and immediately the forest can enter, delicious! The other side? Yes, immediately along the Ourthe the opportunity to make a beautiful walk along narrow forest roads through wildlife park, ... young and old tastes. Too tired to cook? Just outside the door is a good pizzeria where you can order all dishes immediately and take. Still prefer to cook? Everything is available in the "cold" kitchen. This is also the only downside to the property. Highly recommended for those who want at once with multiple families.

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

Great Wanderungn possible home OK, bathrooms have been renovated in part, a water line was broken, busy road

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

The house has a very good property (large living room, bedrooms with bathroom) and is situated in a beautiful area, but for that price I would have wanted to stay where everything is about flawlessly utensils was not complete, water leak, in addition to new bathrooms some old bathrooms are ... Work in progress, so within a few years this will be a beautiful weekend home.

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

We have a very comfortable and pleasant WE lived with our family consisting onion 31 people waarven the oldest 84 years old and the youngest 14 days old.The is very nice that every room has a bathroom and you can go out through the basement ( because of dirty shoes) The area is very beautiful and for the more energetic there is the nearby adventure circuit with dead-ride. Only the additional costs are rather high (consumption of heat, electricity, garbage bags, outdoor lighting, ...) But surely a home that is advisable to rent with large groups.

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

The house is in a very nice area with lots of possibilities. Therefore very nice view of the living room. In general the ground floor is very well equipped and arranged, although the old furniture is left out. Something can still be done up there with the bedrooms and bathrooms. A better bed is desirable. But a thorough cleaning of the drains is really recommended and delaying that is a real shame. Price-performance is top.
Have fun, especially on walks in the area.

3,9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9 3.9

Very spacious and nice holiday. Holidays spent with 16 kids and 14 adults and everything was fine as desired. Everything we needed was certainly present, very large kitchen with everything on and on, spacious bedrooms with a modern bathroom !! Cozy and spacious dining area and comfortable seating areas. Games room in the attic was definitely a plus for the older children.

The house is located in a very nice area with many possibilities. Therefore, there is a very nice view from the living room. In general, the ground floor is very well equipped and furnished if the old furniture is removed. There is still room for improvement in the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. A better bed would be desirable. But a thorough cleaning of the drains is really recommended and it is a shame to delay it. The value for money is excellent.
Have fun, especially on walks in the surrounding area.

It is a nice and clean house with nice sanitary facilities in every bedroom. The heater is having some trouble, sometimes very hot, then too cold again. We had no hot water at the top late at night. The manager only speaks French.
