This is a large 8-bedroom holiday home for 20 people in the scenic Ourthe valley in the Marcourt Ardennes. A lake is just 15 km away and the holiday home is a great place for mountain biking, kayaking, and mountain climbing.
The tourist towns of La Roche, Hotton, and Durbuy are close by and worth a day trip. You will find restaurants within 1 km of the house and supplies 3 km away.
The house has a garden with furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed, high chairs, a baby bath, and a playpen. There are also 2 bars and a dartboard. You're allowed to bring up to 3 pets, free of charge.

Despite the bad weather we had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful cozy cottage (weekend of November 9). The hostess was very friendly, and was waiting for us at the agreed time with the keys. Inside the house it was already warm and cozy, and the walls and ceiling were still decorated in haloweenstijl! Fun for the kinderen! There were candy, cookies and cécémel for lovers.Our party consisted of 11 adults, and two children (18 month and four years)! For the kids there was toys, and for the elderly among us a lot of board games! The area is beautiful, with lots of beautiful walks. La Roche with its wildlife park is not far away and certainly worth a visit! After a week at home I received my guarantee completely, and this without deduction of some things (paying) that we had used (including bed linen must wash because of accident child that what was sick and at night had given over)! This was also no problem for the lady of the house, who also donated a nice flower pot to my lady for her birthday (reason of our weekend with family and friends) In short it was a GRANDIOOS weekend in a beautiful location in a spacious and beautiful house!

All those stairs and corridors making la Reposée an exciting and original stay. We stayed there with eight adults and eight young children (between 2 and 7 years). In spite of the somewhat disappointing weather our great time. The kitchen equipment is more than complete, it was then possible to a small party to transform any meal. Also for the (small) children there was more than adequate play material and it was very nice that a playground is available within walking distance. Nearby is the hiking and biking! We have 11 in La Reposée spent the autumn until October 18. We were 9 adults and 9 children aged from 2 to 18 years. House is very cozy. Very complete kitchen. 3 Different coffee makers. fries pans really all present. The setting is very nice. Very nice hiking trails. Walking maps available in the house. A children's playground, football field. Also a nice children's corner with various toys, coloring books, crayons, chalk, soft toys, board games darts in the dining room. A beautiful house, very well equipped, which awaited us with beds made. This is the fourth time we have been here and we always look forward to visiting again. We now have our fixed hiking route of 10km along the nearby river and through the hilly landscape back to the house. The children loved the “playroom” and spent the time there while the adults played raclette at a long table in the spacious dining room.

The Christmas atmosphere that was applied throughout the house was very cozy, we were there with old new, so the atmosphere was good in it.In the house is really everything, you can not think it crazy or it is there.The separate play-TV room for the children is ideal, they really have their own place.The bedrooms are fine, the beds are delicious, in each room there was a sink.Als tip we would like to give to the chairs that stand below to swap with the sofa above, then you also have a little more comfort to sit downstairs The bakery is only a 5 minute walk and has delicious bread and sandwiches. we were warmly received by the landlord on arrival! Everything was ready the beds were shaken, even for the dog there were chunks ready! The house was fully equipped with sufficient sleeping places (shaking an extra camp bed was no problem) very spacious enough crockery, lots and good equipment in the kitchen. In the garden was a large swimming pool where we had a lot of fun. The environment was beautiful too! We only had to walk out of the street and we could enjoy beautiful nature!

The hostess welcomed us very warmly very friendly, biscuits for the dogs, sweets for the children, and in the kitchen a big basket with cookies, sugar particles, melkjes with coffee, and even toads for senseo.Mooie rooms and fine furnishings the two were intimate salon tidy for the older grandchildren to chill. For the smaller was equipped with toys crayons, painting material, plasticine, chalkboard ... We have an out and had a nice weekend walks, snow in Samree, a cozy house to come back !!!!

We are a group of friends who spend a weekend together in the Ardennes for many years. This is the first time we have a house whose kitchen is furnished as well. You could not invent it if it was there, and everything was in tip-top order and clean. The new seats at the table are really very good. We had a great weekend in this cottage. The owner is very welcoming and has planned various attentions to our respects sweets and biscuits, juice some small, some coffee pods. The cottage is very well equipped more at the dishes, cooking utensils, spices of all kinds. We really enjoyed this property. The weather being the part we were able to enjoy the very pleasant terrace also. The rooms and bathrooms were as well equipped as the ground floor, and what a pleasure not to have to make the beds!

The first impression of the house is very good. A super house, very beautiful, well cared for and spic and span.
The whole house was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
We were warmly welcomed.
The kitchen has everything you can imagine for a large group.
There is even 1 bathroom fully equipped for the care of small children.
We had a very nice family weekend and we will definitely come back.
We have rented a house before, but this one is among the absolute top.

we were warmly received by the landlord on arrival! Everything was ready the beds were shaken, even for the dog there were chunks ready! The house was fully equipped with sufficient sleeping places (shaking an extra camp bed was no problem) very spacious enough crockery, lots and good equipment in the kitchen. In the garden was a large swimming pool where we had a lot of fun. The environment was beautiful too! We only had to walk out of the street and we could enjoy beautiful nature!

On arrival, there were fresh flowers, a basket full of goodies for the coffee, tea, coffee pads and baskets full of candy for the children! Very enjoyable! Everything was immaculate! The decor is perhaps a bit dated but because everything is so clean and everything that has to be absent forget that quickly. The rooms are all equipped with private sink which is handy with a large group. For small price you rent sheets (compulsory) and the beds spick and span! The kitchen has absolutely everything there, from peeler to kitchen robot! Our hat off to the owner! The area itself is great! We made beautiful walks and enough known villages in the area! There were 17 of us. So all rooms were occupied. The house is very quiet and there are walks within a very short distance or even past the house. The kitchen equipment is enormous! So many plates glasses cutlery fridge freezer! Owner is super friendly. There was a basket of sweets for the kids with cookies for everyone and even our dog! Bathrooms a bit dated, everything is super clean. Tourism office at the church (500 meters) where there are several options for walking. Despite the bad weather we had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful cozy cottage (weekend of November 9). The hostess was very friendly, and was waiting for us at the agreed time with the keys. Inside the house it was already warm and cozy, and the walls and ceiling were still decorated in haloweenstijl! Fun for the kinderen! There were candy, cookies and cécémel for lovers.Our party consisted of 11 adults, and two children (18 month and four years)! For the kids there was toys, and for the elderly among us a lot of board games! The area is beautiful, with lots of beautiful walks. La Roche with its wildlife park is not far away and certainly worth a visit! After a week at home I received my guarantee completely, and this without deduction of some things (paying) that we had used (including bed linen must wash because of accident child that what was sick and at night had given over)! This was also no problem for the lady of the house, who also donated a nice flower pot to my lady for her birthday (reason of our weekend with family and friends) In short it was a GRANDIOOS weekend in a beautiful location in a spacious and beautiful house!

We are a group of friends who spend a weekend together in the Ardennes for many years. This is the first time we have a house whose kitchen is furnished as well. You could not invent it if it was there, and everything was in tip-top order and clean. The new seats at the table are really very good. It is ideal for a stay with small children (or in bad weather because when the weather is dangerous because the house is situated along the road you have to cross to the garden). The swing like the picture is not present. My children were very disappointed herein. What further is a playground that can be used but the kids can not just play outside. On the table there were sweets and miscellaneous equipment to be on New Year's Eve party a fun of it (hats, streamers, confetti, ...). Furthermore the beds were all nicely made and everything was super clean .. Well maintained. Both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house there is enough material available. The first impression of the house is very good. We were 6 couples and seven children (8-18j). The room layout is perfect for groups who expect small rooms each room has a maximum 2 or 3 beds. The rooms are like, have a closet and a sink. The plumbing in the house is quite limited one shower and one toilet per floor. The kitchen is spacious and really fully equipped. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, bowls, ... It was convenient that we had a separate room where the "youth" could sit together to watch movies or play games. There is so comfortable that sometimes it takes up too much space highchairs under the stairs where you really want to put your shoes, a box in the living room, ...

We were 18, from small to large, they are all amused ... nice home, super friendly lady, zeeeeer tidy, very child friendly! everything for the smallest (10 months) was present, the beds were made up with freshly laundered linen even! superrrrrrrrrr. In the kitchen. Was a whole basket of goodies, and also for the kids each a chocomelkje, upstairs in the chill room, was a whole basket candies available ... TV and play area is separate, then what of us was saved for the elderly, youth could separate himself, and yet only a step away from the living room ... anyway, in short, all were great! on to next year!

We had a very pleasant stay in this house. It is ideal for a stay with small children (or in bad weather because when the weather is dangerous because the house is situated along the road you have to cross to the garden). The swing like the picture is not present. My children were very disappointed herein. What further is a playground that can be used but the kids can not just play outside. There is also little seating in accordance with the capacity of the cottage. Well enough rooms. There is a full play / relaxation area for the children which is very nice! What a wonderful arrival, super nice owner and everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The attention that was on the table we could very appreciate. The Christmas atmosphere that was applied throughout the house was very cozy, we were there with old new, so the atmosphere was good in it.In the house is really everything, you can not think it crazy or it is there.The separate play-TV room for the children is ideal, they really have their own place.The bedrooms are fine, the beds are delicious, in each room there was a sink.Als tip we would like to give to the chairs that stand below to swap with the sofa above, then you also have a little more comfort to sit downstairs The bakery is only a 5 minute walk and has delicious bread and sandwiches. We had a great weekend in this cottage. The owner is very welcoming and has planned various attentions to our respects sweets and biscuits, juice some small, some coffee pods. The cottage is very well equipped more at the dishes, cooking utensils, spices of all kinds. We really enjoyed this property. The weather being the part we were able to enjoy the very pleasant terrace also. The rooms and bathrooms were as well equipped as the ground floor, and what a pleasure not to have to make the beds!

Despite the bad weather we had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful cozy cottage (weekend of November 9). The hostess was very friendly, and was waiting for us at the agreed time with the keys. Inside the house it was already warm and cozy, and the walls and ceiling were still decorated in haloweenstijl! Fun for the kinderen! There were candy, cookies and cécémel for lovers.Our party consisted of 11 adults, and two children (18 month and four years)! For the kids there was toys, and for the elderly among us a lot of board games! The area is beautiful, with lots of beautiful walks. La Roche with its wildlife park is not far away and certainly worth a visit! After a week at home I received my guarantee completely, and this without deduction of some things (paying) that we had used (including bed linen must wash because of accident child that what was sick and at night had given over)! This was also no problem for the lady of the house, who also donated a nice flower pot to my lady for her birthday (reason of our weekend with family and friends) In short it was a GRANDIOOS weekend in a beautiful location in a spacious and beautiful house!

The first impression of the house is very good.
