Unfortunately, the house is very, very poorly maintained and in very bad condition. The photos do not match reality. There are holes in the walls, paint is peeling everywhere, there is rust on the radiators, mold on the walls and ceiling, the walls look dirty and grimy, the mattresses are full of stains, broken lamps above the dining table, etc. There is a significant moisture problem in the bedrooms of the house and there are various leaks from the bedrooms 'outside' the house. Water drips right into the kitchen. The owner should really be ashamed to rent out the house in this condition. We paid 4300 euros for 4 nights. For this amount, you can really expect a better-maintained house. It is truly terribly dreary inside. The outdoor area is fortunately much better (it was also built more recently), but even here there are all broken sunbeds. Additionally, we paid a considerable amount for bedding. It came from a bag (hopefully from the laundry), it was a hodgepodge, but worse, it was full of brown and white stains. It is really unacceptable to charge money for this. The booking and everything around it were very good! The house in Hives was okay, the outdoor facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, garden) were also very good. The interior furnishings were mediocre, not very clean, many cobwebs, no large pot (for 22 people), no scissors, everything else was sufficient and there was plenty of space in the living and dining area. The communication with the host was poor. (For example, we were asked according to the house rules to put half a capsule in the jacuzzi every day.) There were no capsules there. Upon request, the host promised to come by. We never saw him! The waste separation and disposal is poorly described. ) Nevertheless, we had a good time!

It was a pleasant stay with our motorcycle group of 16 people. However, there was a leak in the kitchen while we were showering upstairs. It was supposed to be fixed after our stay. The environment is beautiful! The house was big enough for 22 people. With a very nice garden with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna! We have been able to bbqen.Grote rooms in the outdoor kitchen, all with a large nice bathroom.The house itself had some minor flaws here and there. But after we had informed the owner about this, he came to solve it the same day. We also advise him to install catering equipment. You notice that ordinary kitchen equipment is more sensitive to defects in so many different large groups. And maybe a washing machine for convenience. All in all, this didn't spoil the fun for us. We are very satisfied with our stay! It is a very spacious modern house with large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms and showers. The kitchen is very well equipped and adapted to large groups. Large fridge and freezer and two cooking units with spacious ovens and a work island so that you can work with several people in the kitchen to prepare the dishes. For those who like cooking and BBQ for large groups, this is the house! garden offers many possibilities around the pool, jaccuzi and the BBQ is super large, and safely built into the lounge.It was too hot to use the sauna.There is a charming pond and outside lighting so we could enjoy until late in the evening. Nice garden but the condition of the house is very bad. Dirty inside and a lot of flies (swatted 60 in 1 day but they kept coming, even bathrooms and bedrooms). The rooms really need to be thoroughly renovated. Kitchen is okay. In the description it says that no young people are allowed, unfortunately there was a group of young people who partied exuberantly, which caused one of the benches to be affected with prosecco. The garden is great, lots of space, nice and clean pool. The sunbeds of the photos are not there, in exchange neat other chairs but still a setback.

In the end we had a very nice holiday, but that was certainly not due to our stay in this holiday home. You mainly get quantity for your money, little quality. It all looks very nice and luxurious, but would rather save a little on the luxury and give more priority to maintenance and cleaning. The latter were really not in order. The house was very large, but the low ceiling and dark paintwork made it not very cozy. The accommodations on the top floor were very nice and fine. There was a terrible sewage smell (especially outside), which was especially present when someone had showered.Cleaning / maintenance: On arrival everything seemed to be in order, with the exception of some dust flakes on the floors, etc. Unfortunately, things quickly turned out to be okay were wrong. There were about ten glasses with big cracks in them. Jacuzzis that didn't work. One of them even leaked through to the bedroom below, where someone's bag got all wet. When we went to have a look, there were also significant mold stains. In a few other places in the house we found later even more mold. Also one of the showers turned out not to run properly, so it was a water ballet one afternoon in one of the bedrooms upstairs. At one point the water even flowed like a waterfall along the windows of the ground floor. the house is clearly cleaned less (if ever?), at the large breakfast table there the algae grows on the plastic plates, the climbing plants overgrow an entire balcony (you can no longer walk there) and grow everywhere downstairs. On arrival the house was disappointing, the house itself deserves a makeover on the outside. The house is next to a street, there is a gate on the street side but no gate .... an unsafe situation if there are small children. The pool and lounge look well cared for. The house itself is large, but the low ceilings and black painted walls in the kitchen and dining area make it look gloomy. The acoustics are poor due to the low ceilings. The rooms and bathrooms upstairs are well maintained. The bathrooms on the ground floor smell stale. Upon arrival the key was on the door, the contact person immediately came after a phone call with the sheets. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms upstairs. We signaled this and that same day the contact person came to solve the problem. After a few days the odor nuisance on the ground floor became even more disturbing. The contact person had the septic tanks emptied, but we continued to be bothered for another day by a penetrating stench. We did enjoy the pool and the space. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped to receive large groups.

The house is in a nice and quiet location and has ample parking. The homeowner himself was not present on arrival, the key was on the door. Once we arrived we really got that spacious villa feeling, really super! There were no bed linen on arrival. After calling the landlord, he kindly stopped by. The landlord has some things to say and then went again. There were some flaws to be found that did not have to be .. everything else was generally well cleaned and we had a great weekend!

The accommodation is a great place for everyone to enjoy themselves. The area was very nice! You can close the room by first pushing the door handle up and then releasing it again, after which you can lock the door! It took us a little time to find out.

There was no garden door that could lock, making the sense of security less. We were with a group of friends for a weekend away. The house was well received. Ideally, everyone had a private room with bathroom (except one then who had to share the bathroom). Downstairs it was very noisy. There also hung down no curtains in the communal areas which meant that it was a big sound box. Cottage was top awfully luxurious. Every day gebiljart multiple times, and sit on the bench looked Netflix. Also, every day can cook in the lovely cooking and enough space to store all the food, because there are two refrigerators and freezing. 4 Jacuzzi 's are located on the upper floor are also used extensively. We were a group have been young and go paintballing day, unfortunately we had on and off the road here to walk mountain, just abandon so .. . but it was very nice! Bruises are unavoidable. We are very satisfied with our stay! It is a very spacious modern house with large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms and showers. The kitchen is very well equipped and adapted to large groups. Large fridge and freezer and two cooking units with spacious ovens and a work island so that you can work with several people in the kitchen to prepare the dishes. The environment is beautiful! The house was big enough for 22 people. With a very nice garden with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna! We have been able to bbqen.Grote rooms in the outdoor kitchen, all with a large nice bathroom.The house itself had some minor flaws here and there. But after we had informed the owner about this, he came to solve it the same day. We also advise him to install catering equipment. Nice garden but the condition of the house is very bad. Dirty inside and a lot of flies (swatted 60 in 1 day but they kept coming, even bathrooms and bedrooms). The rooms really need to be thoroughly renovated. Kitchen is okay. In the description it says that no young people are allowed, unfortunately there was a group of young people who partied exuberantly, which caused one of the benches to be affected with prosecco. The garden is great, lots of space, nice and clean pool. The sunbeds of the photos are not there, in exchange neat other chairs but still a setback.
