With a few imperfections, the stay was nice. The neighborhood is great; you are not bothered by too much tourism and can completely feel at home in a rejuvenating atmosphere after a day of exploring. With the many available showers, you can quickly freshen up in almost every room. The jacuzzi is rejuvenating in combination with the infrared cabin. Nearby, in 10 minutes you have all the necessities plus a very cute shopping street in La Roche (definitely try the local honey drinks). The owners are very friendly and open to conversation and tips in the area. One important point though: don’t eat from the local takeaway pizza, you won’t forget it for the next 3 days; there’s only one that delivers, that was about the only thing I could notice about the stay that was unfortunate. The sea is also a local problem, as a landlord you can't do much about it. Accessibility: Every road that departs from there is one for motorsport enthusiasts and sightseeing fanatics alike. 90 is the benchmark, but trust me, that's enough in most corners. There are many caves in the area, definitely recommended. All in all, you certainly shouldn't expect stress there; with a little inspiration, there's something for everyone. Attention: 2 local dogs are running loose on the road, be careful when exiting and entering! !

We had this 8-person house with the 4 of us for a week. The hot tub was already on and the sauna completed the wellness area. The house has a nice lawn and is well shielded from the neighbors. There are also good beds, showers everywhere and a complete kitchen inventory with a good oven. The rooms are large, bathrooms and showers are great and the large living space is great to sit together. The wellness area is a great asset, we enjoyed this. Only there were some who suffered from the high chlorine content that caught on their eyes. I myself was not bothered by this. From the house you can make a beautiful walk to La Roche. Just follow the blue signs. Keep in mind that La Roche is much lower. This means nice mountain down there but a solid mountain on the way back.

Had a super weekend in this great house. Upon arrival, the owners were warmly welcomed and we received a nice tour and clear explanation of everything. The rooms are large, bathrooms and showers are great and the large living space is great to sit together. The wellness area is a great asset, we enjoyed this. Only there were some who suffered from the high chlorine content that caught on their eyes. I myself was not bothered by this. From the house you can make a beautiful walk to La Roche. Just follow the blue signs. Keep in mind that La Roche is much lower. This means nice mountain down there but a solid mountain on the way back.

Had a very pleasant stay. Beautiful Christmas decorations upon arrival so that we were completely in the mood for our end-of-year holidays. Everything was clean and the information provided was clear. We were able to stay comfortably with 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) and the house is equipped with all necessities. The wellness area was well equipped and we were able to make good use of it. Definitely recommended if you want to go on holiday in the La-Roche-En-Ardenne area. Communication with the owners was always friendly, smooth and clear. We thank them for the good care!!!

We had this 8-person house with the 4 of us for a week. The hot tub was already on and the sauna completed the wellness area. The house has a nice lawn and is well shielded from the neighbors. There are also good beds, showers everywhere and a complete kitchen inventory with a good oven. And as icing on the cake, high water pressure everywhere, which is very welcome with the jet shower cabins.

Zeer mooie accommodatie, geheel naar verwachtingen. Ook de omgeving was de moeite waard, vlakbij het mooie La Roche en midden de bossen.

Enkele minpunten: de aanwezige jacuzzi werkte niet zoals het moet en heeft een grondige update nodig (amper werkende jets en de bediening was totaal “op”).

Voorafgaand aan ons verblijf hadden wij een goede communicatie met de eigenaars/beheerders, maar eens het weekend voorbij was ook de communicatie voorbij. Op een berichtje dat we waren vertrokken helemaal geen reactie en de waarborg is na twee weken nog steeds niet geregeld…

Lovely jacuzzi, disadvantage that the room smells very much of chlorine, because of this some family members had problems with the eyes and respiratory tract. Setting is beautiful, been to the caves of Han, highly recommended, beautiful game park and educational trip through the beautiful cave. Lovely that the accommodation has a jacuzzi. Many made use of. Only downside is that the house smells enormously of chlorine and we had some problems with it on the eyes. The village of Samree is not much to experience. For the fun things you use the surroundings, the village of La Roche with the beautiful castle. We did the circular walk at the Nisramont dam. Definitely recommended, but a lot of climbing and descending and ultimately 17 km instead of the 13 km that you expect to walk. Visited the caves of Han, also recommended. And seen a lot of the area by touring. Seen beautiful views.

Unfortunately, we found the stay not too fresh and a lot of overdue maintenance. All empty flower boxes or full of weeds. Also in the garden itself there was a lot of weeds such as nettles unfortunately...
