Welcome to this luxurious, family home with an indoor wellness! You will find a lot of comfort in this renovated house. When the weather is nice, you can sit in the garden. The house is ideal for a holiday with 2 families.
If you want to go out, you can easily visit nice places like La-Roche-en-Ardenne. Walk or cycle through the beautiful nature in the area. During the summer holidays, various activities are organized at Chateau de le Roche, and Durbuy Adventure Vally is also recommended. If you want to do a winter activity, winter sports center Baraque de Fraiture is worth a visit.
In the relaxation area you will find a bubble bath, where you can relax at the end of the day. The central heating with different radiators allows you to adjust the temperature per room. There is parking for up to 8 cars.
For reasons of tranquility, this house is not rented out to youth groups. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited. At the end of your stay, please close all windows and doors and turn the radiators to 0.

Very nice midweek experienced in family. The house was very well maintained. Everything is there, very clean. Instructions also very clear. Enjoyed sauna and jacuzzi. Good beds.Good and friendly contact with the owner.Beautiful area with many hiking trails. The only drawback is that there is no shop, bakery or cafe in the village. All trips for groceries, etc. must be done by car. Definitely worth repeating. Recommended!

Enkele minpunten: de aanwezige jacuzzi werkte niet zoals het moet en heeft een grondige update nodig (amper werkende jets en de bediening was totaal “op”). Voorafgaand aan ons verblijf hadden wij een goede communicatie met de eigenaars/beheerders, maar eens het weekend voorbij was ook de communicatie voorbij. Op een berichtje dat we waren vertrokken helemaal geen reactie en de waarborg is na twee weken nog steeds niet geregeld…

Lovely that the accommodation has a jacuzzi. Many made use of. Only downside is that the house smells enormously of chlorine and we had some problems with it on the eyes. The village of Samree is not much to experience. For the fun things you use the surroundings, the village of La Roche with the beautiful castle. We did the circular walk at the Nisramont dam. Definitely recommended, but a lot of climbing and descending and ultimately 17 km instead of the 13 km that you expect to walk. Visited the caves of Han, also recommended. And seen a lot of the area by touring. Seen beautiful views.

Lovely jacuzzi, disadvantage that the room smells very much of chlorine, because of this some family members had problems with the eyes and respiratory tract. By properly closing and ventilating it was less during the weekend. Nice clean house, lovely garden. Setting is beautiful, been to the caves of Han, highly recommended, beautiful game park and educational trip through the beautiful cave. Also visited parlor chlorophyll, 10 minutes drive from the house, very nice with children, playgrounds and educational route through the forest.

We received a very warm welcome from the owners Peter Anouck, the weekend was to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. There was also a bottle of champagne on the table as a birthday gift, which of course was very much appreciated! The house was completely furnished for a group of 8 people

Had a super weekend in this great house. Upon arrival, the owners were warmly welcomed and we received a nice tour and clear explanation of everything. The rooms are large, bathrooms and showers are great and the large living space is great to sit together. The wellness area is a great asset, we enjoyed this. Only there were some who suffered from the high chlorine content that caught on their eyes. I myself was not bothered by this. From the house you can make a beautiful walk to La Roche. Just follow the blue signs. Keep in mind that La Roche is much lower. This means nice mountain down there but a solid mountain on the way back.

Delicious dining, great seating and excellent bedden.Met 8 people can comfortably stay here in beautiful surroundings with plenty to do. We are essentially walking, biking (MTB) and there are nice villages nearby.

Had a very pleasant stay. Beautiful Christmas decorations upon arrival so that we were completely in the mood for our end-of-year holidays. Everything was clean and the information provided was clear. We were able to stay comfortably with 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) and the house is equipped with all necessities. The wellness area was well equipped and we were able to make good use of it. Definitely recommended if you want to go on holiday in the La-Roche-En-Ardenne area. Communication with the owners was always friendly, smooth and clear. We thank them for the good care!!!

We had this 8-person house with the 4 of us for a week. The hot tub was already on and the sauna completed the wellness area. The house has a nice lawn and is well shielded from the neighbors. There are also good beds, showers everywhere and a complete kitchen inventory with a good oven. And as icing on the cake, high water pressure everywhere, which is very welcome with the jet shower cabins.

We had a great weekend in this beautiful cottage. Everything is very clean and modern and the jacuzzi was great! La Roche is only a few minutes drive away and the surrounding area is very nice! The reception was very friendly and uncomplicated, as was the departure. We have felt very comfortable here!

Had a super weekend in this great house. Upon arrival, the owners were warmly welcomed and we received a nice tour and clear explanation of everything. The rooms are large, bathrooms and showers are great and the large living space is great to sit together. The wellness area is a great asset, we enjoyed this. Only there were some who suffered from the high chlorine content that caught on their eyes. I myself was not bothered by this. From the house you can make a beautiful walk to La Roche. Just follow the blue signs. Keep in mind that La Roche is much lower. This means nice mountain down there but a solid mountain on the way back.

We received a very warm welcome from the owners Peter Anouck, the weekend was to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. There was also a bottle of champagne on the table as a birthday gift, which of course was very much appreciated! The house was completely furnished for a group of 8 people

On arrival a pleasant welcome and good explanation of the accommodation. Accommodation was nicely clean and nice. Environment is fantastic and we will definitely return, stay was pleasant and successful.

Lovely that the accommodation has a jacuzzi. Many made use of. Only downside is that the house smells enormously of chlorine and we had some problems with it on the eyes. The village of Samree is not much to experience. For the fun things you use the surroundings, the village of La Roche with the beautiful castle. We did the circular walk at the Nisramont dam. Definitely recommended, but a lot of climbing and descending and ultimately 17 km instead of the 13 km that you expect to walk. Visited the caves of Han, also recommended. And seen a lot of the area by touring. Seen beautiful views.

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is fully equipped, spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms. Lovely jacuzzi, disadvantage that the room smells very much of chlorine, because of this some family members had problems with the eyes and respiratory tract. By properly closing and ventilating it was less during the weekend. Nice clean house, lovely garden. Setting is beautiful, been to the caves of Han, highly recommended, beautiful game park and educational trip through the beautiful cave. Also visited parlor chlorophyll, 10 minutes drive from the house, very nice with children, playgrounds and educational route through the forest.

The house is situated in a quiet area, yet at a reasonable distance from some tourist attractions. You have all the comforts for a relaxing holiday in the Ardennes. Tiptop in order, tidy and tidy, everything is provided.

The house was completely fresh and clean inside. Everything works properly and you will not lack anything during your stay. The sauna and jacuzzi are also highly recommended. It is a very nice house and is well located. Highly recommended!

Very nice midweek experienced in family. The house was very well maintained. Everything is there, very clean. Instructions also very clear. Enjoyed sauna and jacuzzi. Good beds.Good and friendly contact with the owner.Beautiful area with many hiking trails. The only drawback is that there is no shop, bakery or cafe in the village. All trips for groceries, etc. must be done by car. Definitely worth repeating. Recommended!

One improvement could be the placement of air conditioning in the bedrooms. Ceilings are relatively low, and with full sun on the house in the middle of the summer it gets really hot…

Warm welcome by owners upon arrival. Easy handling of practical matters. Accommodation as in advertisement. Very tidy (bath) rooms, hygiene top and home with all comfort. Environment is a great asset to cyclists and nature lovers. Warmly recommended!

Friendly welcome and clear explanation by the owners. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, everything is very modern and very clean. Beautiful bathrooms with luxury shower cubicles, a new kitchen and a wonderful wellness area with jacuzzi. The house is fully equipped (only a washing machine is missing For a longer stay) and a short distance from various interesting places.

Super super super. Kindly received, friendly goodbye. Both people who maintain the house are very pleasant. The house itself very nicely decorated, as in the photos. Spent a fantastic time. I want to go back to there! I felt completely at home.
