The surroundings were very beautiful. The cottage itself I found not so spacious for 8 people. Rather a cottage for up to 6 people. Very little space at the dining table and in the seat. It was very humid in the basement. In general, the house was not cleaned up so cleanly.

We stayed with seven people in total in the cottage. We thought it was a nice house, nicely decorated and cozy. Nice balcony, bbq outside. Had everything we needed. Location near LaRoche, nice village. Highly recommended and not expensive! Good service. We were allowed to check out a little later! Good to know: We have rented sheets for the bed. Bring your own towel. The deposit will be returned to you and will be settled with electricity costs.

Nice house. Only it smells very musty (damp) in the basement, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep.

Geen Brochures over stad, geen speelgoed, geen bal voor tafelvoetbal, niet echt proper. Heel duur, apart betaling voor elektriciteit , frigo was niet genoeg koud.

Nice place overall, The living room was spacious and perfect for our family gatherings, The kids loved the nearby playground and we enjoyed some lovely hikes, The only downside was the heating took a bit to warm up, but the host was very accommodating

Everything was as described! The living space was comfortable, and the amenities were solid. We appreciated the easy parking, and the Wi-Fi worked great for planning our trips. A functional and cozy place to stay.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this chalet, the kids loved the playground and we appreciated the proximity to the Feudal Castle, it was spacious enough for everyone and the hosts were incredibly welcoming, a great place to relax!

A delicious refuge in nature! The chalet had everything we needed: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a warm atmosphere. We also appreciated the proximity to local attractions like the Feudal Castle. It was a great base for our adventures.

We had a fantastic time in this cozy chalet! The sauna was a highlight after a long day exploring the beautiful Ardennes. The location is wonderfully quiet, but close enough to the city for supplies, perfect for families! I also highly recommend the barbecue on the terrace.

Great Accommodation, the house is top. Just what you need for a good holiday in the Ardennes. The only flaw: a few terrace chairs broken on arrival and if you do not have a car prepare to walk. Also the view, it is a shame. have trees in front of the terrace! No worries about the key. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dirty living room: nothing to say, it was perfect.

Was reasonably clean. The kitchen was well equipped for kitchen utensils. Way less was that we had a house down a steep ground, with children it is not so safe, would like to have fencing.

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming chalet! The sauna was a great addition after a long day in the Ardennes. The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature, but close enough to enjoy local attractions. Highly recommended for families!

Venus 2: A bedroom was very dirty. Bed was full of hair. Lots of spiders and fruit flies. Downstairs, the water from the tap flowed cloudy. Glass crockery is broken here and there and therefore sharp, fingers cut open.

The cottage was beautiful! A great view in a beautiful setting. Key had to be picked up at a different location, but as that was only a 5 minute drive, that was no problem. Passing on the water and electricity levels at the beginning and end was new to us and we did not find it very pleasant, but I think that is the case everywhere in Belgium. In general, enough kitchen supplies, only unpleasant pans. All in all a wonderful stay! Definitely recommend!

The equipment of the cottage was good, everything sufficiently available for 8 people. Lower floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and shower and 2 saunas was not clean on arrival. Lots of dust and dirt behind the beds and next to the bedside tables.

Downstairs shower splashes towards the hall, so that after 4 showers half of the lower floor was covered with 1 cm of water and it had to be mopped up considerably. It was also good to see how dirty the floor actually still was.

Sauna did not work on the day of arrival. Reported the next day and installed a new heater in the evening after a 2-hour repair attempt. Report about sauna and broken bedding was quickly picked up and taken seriously.

Foosball table in the basement is a nice addition. Some dolls on the bar were broken (and replaced with a spoon).

Key collection was so easy, house was fine, neat and everything was fine. The infrared sauna is very pleasant. Around the corner is the waste collection point, also handy. And to the village is relatively close. There is a Spar supermarket in La Roche. We also had a great time with mountain biking, fishing, kayaking and La Roche is a nice and lively place.

The arrival was very pleasant, the owner did his best to explain everything well and clearly. The accommodation was fine and met the expectations apart from the fact that the view from the cottage was completely detached by too high trees for the balcony. The area was beautiful, a beautiful location
