The long weekend with a group of friends to the Ardennes with us an annual outing. In addition, there are three components required to sit, with a fun activity, bbq "and campfire and make. House is moderate maintenance. Crooked doors and frame not close properly. 1 shower for a house for 12 people is insufficient. However, three bathrooms but two with a bath but no shower. Beds are of poor quality and hard crooked latter is of course what you prefer. Kitchen is equipped with every convenience. BBQ is located in the kitchen as well as external fireplace must not be gebbq in the garden. Bedroom downstairs we nicely decorated. Sauna is located in the garage. Arcade fun for the kids table football and table tennis in good condition. Beautiful garden with bowling alley. In a very private garden with hedges around. House is located in village outside La Roche at 6 KM away do not walk because of busy road. House in hamlet located where nothing is to do no shop. Bakker remote La Roche Champlon 6 miles or 8 KM. House very quiet with plenty of room 3 car "s parking. Generally suitable for 4 days if you do not expect too much luxury. We were there with 7 adults and 4 teenagers.

It was a very pleasant holiday. Everything is provided. It is not modern, but a real chalet for the Ardennes, we found this very cozy. The separate playroom for the kids is great fun. The rooms are almost all connected, for the children, this was fun. For the baker map and walks you first car nemen.Mevrouw is very friendly.

We have our family (grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren) had a nice weekend in this charming house near La Roche. For the children there was plenty to do, both inside and outside. What a pity that we had from the house is not really a tour could make. To really walk you'll be stuck with the car further to drive. But for a family weekend where it is especially nice to be together, this location is well suited.

A nice house with many possibilities. Because of the beautiful weather we can stay outside a lot. Unfortunately the garden which was neglected / not very onderhouden.Binnen is enough space for a large group. The only problem is that some bedrooms only be reached. Nice house with nice big garden. Kitchen is cozy for the long evenings and games room with table tennis and table football provides many hours of great pleasure. The only downside to the house is the noise, the thin floors (especially with small children who go to bed early, that is not practical). City of La Roche-en-Ardenne is nearby and you can find nice restaurants and good supermarket.

It's a big house. You have enough privicy. Everything is there. For days the weather can do a lot in the house itself. Table tennis, table football ed.Het is an excellent base for excursions in the area.

Charming Ardennes house which is very quiet. Forests and fields for hiking or mountain biking are nearby. For La Roche to visit or shop or bakery you have to take the car. There is a lovely garden and terrace in the summer should be great for barbecuing. The house was not heated upon arrival, it was freezing outside and it took hours before the house was heated. In kitchen and 2 bedrooms has a gas stove, all other rooms are electrically heated. Additional expenses so if it is cold! All floors are wood floors, beautiful but huge cracks.

We were with our family and grandchildren in this very cozy and charming huis.Wat luxury with 3 bathrooms! The keueken is also optimally equipped and the children could themselves from old to young love the separate speelruimte.Met 13 people there is a nice place, only we had (father and mother) a very bad bed! Did the last weekend of June 2010 had a fantastic stay. A very spacious house with a very nice large kitchen with fireplace adjoining barbecue and a beautiful and spacious private garden, where our granddaughter of 2 could play to their hearts content. We were 8 adults and 1 child. For some people, the house was amply sufficient. The presence of a table tennis table, table football and boules pitch made the stay very pleasant. The bedrooms are quite noisy, we have taken for granted, since at the end of the day it was blown sleep after all activities.

It is really a must. In terms of nature and the peace ideal. Cosy house, we were 12 people, house was big enough for us. Also we were lucky with the weather (27 gr.) We enjoyed our stay in the house "La Belle Jardinière" and as the name says, the beautiful garden. The garden has plenty of space with beautiful shrubs, flowers and trees. The children can have fun without having them constantly need to be (the garden is fenced). The house is practically designed with a large luxury kitchen, 3 bathrooms (2 of which are a bit musty smell) and nice decorated bedrooms. The beds sleep prima.De couples have indulged with table tennis, boules and badminton.In the area is plenty to do as the Caves of Han, Lux City, the ruins of Roche so short stay in this house is a must!

Do not book with 12 people. The 2 sleeping in the attic above the terrace are just a very dangerous steep stairs to reach. To do a weekend fine but do not expect luxury. The sauna is a joke, a dirty cages in the garage.The house also has absolute charm, but for us too much deferred maintenance and not clean!

We have z "n 5s, grandfather, grandmother, father, mother and child (12) had a wonderful week. Lovely house, mighty view, from the house into the woods to walk or milk cows at the neighbors." In the evening delicious (within and without smoke or a burning odor) bbquen and then enjoy table tennis (take baths), darts and table football. Nice area, close to everything. Shopping 10 minutes in Tenneville, and of course La Roche, Bastogne and Rochefort in the immediate vicinity. A great place!

Under the description of the house it says charming and authentic, but we experienced the house rather as tired and dirty. Many dust nets everywhere, the crockery, pans, etc. are not in well-closed cupboards. The bathrooms are poorly ventilated. The sauna and massage chairs are in the garage and are not attractive to stay in, so no wellness experience. There were street cats in the garden that also regularly came in, which was disturbing. There was no outside BBQ which is a shame. The curtains were full of dust. People with allergies to cats and dust mites should avoid this property. On departure, the owner had comments including a broken lamp in the sauna, but we did not use it and we believe it falls under normal wear and tear. The owner claimed that the sliding window in the room was not working but was perfectly fine. She accused the children of these matters. We got part of the deposit back without details. If we calculate the costs ourselves according to the contract, we should get more back. In summary: not recommended.

on arrival we were kindly received by the owner. She had already created the fireplace, which created a cozy atmosphere. But the fireplace also served a different purpose: only that space (kitchen) can get warm. Furthermore, it has been so cold in the house all weekend that it is actually not suitable for winter rental. The electric heaters in the other rooms have been on all weekend, but that didn't help. We have still not received the final bill after more than a week at home. The deposit of € 500 is not included. Owner also does not respond to requests for contact. Very sloppy. Furthermore, the house is not clean. There were even mouse pellets under the couch! The sauna that decided to rent the house for us did not work ... The drain in the kitchen was clogged. The garden is immensely neglected and some bedrooms have no curtains, very annoying. In short: too much money (600 €) for 2 nights. Fortunately we were in good company, so we still had a nice weekend.

Because we were a little later, we had to pick up the key in the Liège area. That was not a problem because we drove past it, but unfortunately the lady who had to give us the key was too late due to traffic jams on the road. Not a big problem in the end. Upon arrival in the village we had to search for the right house. In the end it was very nice that the house was a little hidden, because it offered extra privacy. The house is in a very small village, near La Roche-en-Ardenne. From the village you can make walks along meadows and to a forest. The house itself is a special, fun, maze-like place. Rooms have several doors that in turn lead to different other rooms and are hatches above a number of stairs, so that you keep meeting each other in unexpected ways in one of the many rooms. We have stayed in the cottage with 11 people and it was always big enough for everyone to do their own thing.

The contact person was very flexible, friendly and punctual. That made it very nice to plan things and make agreements. She also does her best to speak Dutch or at least somewhat slower French. The accommodation is a bit older, but it certainly met our requirements. A bit of kitsch is not to say bah. The cottage was very well laid out and I have not heard anyone complain. Ideal location also since we had activities in Jupille, Durbuy and Achouffe. A region where there are some fun things to do. No comments, an 8.5 / 10.

Charming cottage. Enough space for 2 families of 5. The fridge is in urgent need of replacement because cooling is very poor, so be careful with meat! Accommodation was ok. Everything was present. Enough bathrooms and okay. The bedrooms unfortunately not so private. However, a general renovation may be done without losing the authenticity but it was a nice stay. The neighborhood is very but also very quiet. For shopping you must always go to La Roche itself because no baker or drgl in the nearby area. This must unfortunately always be done with the car.

We have experienced arrival and reception as very pleasant. The stove in the kitchen was already stoked and we have clear friendly explanation about the house. The rest of the house was difficult to get warm, there were only electric heaters and there was a huge void which made it difficult to put on. The house was very attractive, authentically decorated and the contents very complete. The garden and the surroundings are beautiful. Unfortunately the house had a lot of overdue maintenance. There was a chair broken, the dishwasher did not work after 1 x turning, 1 toilet was blocked and another toilet just kept going after a day. All defects that one easily passes over, especially if the owner gives 50 euro discount for not working the dishwasher ..... we thought ..... Unfortunately the settlement did not run smoothly. After 4 weeks still no notice about the deposit, until I see on my bank statement that my deposit has been withheld due to the broken dishwasher. That was not the appointment. After calling and e-mailing with Belvilla this is STILL not resolved. I have still not received any payment. Very badly arranged! Too bad, because the house is very charming .....

Excellent reception, Mrs was already waiting for us. Accommodation was spacious, nice that there was a table tennis and outside a boules court. The location was ideally located 5 km from the charming town of La Roche. From the accommodation you could walk well.

Communication with owner was very disturbed. Can speak French only. She lives in Liège (a good hour drive from the cottage) and last minute she did not even come to the house, so we could pick up the key in Liège before we went to La Roche and No introduction to the house. Even at the end of the house she was not able to bring the key back to Liège. The house itself is cozy, plenty of crockery, seating and cooking is great. Maintenance is in arrears like the bathrooms. The room layout is very special. There are actually 4 locked bedrooms available and two bedrooms can be accessed through one of the other bedrooms, one bedroom of which is a vide and thus has no locked space. Well, a spacious garden with play equipment.

Nice house with beautiful garden. In the heart of the Ardennes, not far from La Roche-En-Ardenne. Very sad - when one child cries, the whole family wakes up - and some missing curtains, leaving the night's rest for some at dawn. The kitchen is good - a working oven, sufficient cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, etc. - and there are three toilets, of which only one can lock. There is also a sauna, which we did not use. Also an indoor games room with table tennis, big fire and toys for small children, with stained-glass windows to the top floor which gives a cool dynamic. In summary, nice home, provided you are not too much on your individual privacy.

The arrival was fine. We were present on time by appointment. Only downside was that the administrator only knows very poor Dutch, no other languages and therefore only French. The communication was therefore inadequate. The house is very attractive, cozy and warm, but very upset. The ceilings are made of wood and cracks so bad that everyone wakes up when a person visits the toilet during the night, and there are some minor flaws you would not expect from a Bel Villa. The surroundings are amazing, beautiful views, lots of opportunities for Relaxation and effort. La Roche is a nice village with many shops, a beautiful ruin, an interesting museum and plenty of eateries.

It was nice just the long grass had just been cut and was still on the grass, therefore much grass in the house. We have 2 more times cut piece to bowling bouleen. Ve been to La Chouffe brewery and it made a nice walk in the area along a beautiful river. And we have gedownhilt with steppes in Polleur.

Staying at Belvilla was very pleasant. La Roche is very nice. In the house especially we liked the fireplace in the kitchen and the special Rämlichkeiten, where you can retire well. The "hostess" was very accommodating and we felt well looked after.

We have a very nice weekend in "la belle jardinière'.De handling of the deposit was less pleasant.We were held responsible after our stay for a glass breakage that was already there before our arrival. Ms. Danse wish we made that statement that we had inflicted the damage that the insurance Belvilla could be used to have refused to betalen.Wij the damage because we were 100 percent sure that the damage dated from before our visit. We have 7 adults and 2 children had a lovely weekend at La Belle Jardinière. The dining kitchen is nice to delicious meals and example games. The living room we have therefore not used. The bijruimte with table tennis is top notch. The kids (and adults) have here a good time. The garden with picnic tables, boules court, swing and high bar is well used.The house is quietly situated not far from La Roche. All in all we had a very good weekend.

The house was much nicer and more comfortable than we on the basis of the picture, thought s! Spacious, beautiful large kitchen with fireplace, perfect for our party of 12. Beautiful garden, quiet location but close to lively town of La Roche. Good base for cycling, hiking, abseiling and other out-door activities. Children's playroom was widely used, with its own "fido firing." Bedrooms and beds, 3 baths, everything neat and comfortable.

Beautiful renovated small farm, with a modern look and voorzieningen.Gezellig, room for everyone, big and cozy kitchen, seating and play area and komfortabel.Fijne great location, close to La Roche, nice walk to and from La Roche and other bezienswaardigheden.We have an average of 12 people a very nice week doorgebracht.Zeer correct handling of administration and appropriate assistance with any glitches (which eventually there were none) .Thank Beatrice and Belvilla

It reminds me of Heis huisje.Helaas football wardrobe had to be urgently replaced. Stuk.Moet Heat Cabin is very unhappy in garage..een tip ..zoek another place for this cabine..Misschien the rest was fine somewhere in the speelzaal.Voor in orde.Genoeg crockery and a cozy cottage. Pity, our club from 10 people we have entertained us well in La Belle Jardiniere near La Roche. However, the hostess, Beatrice Danse, the remainder of the deposit € 370, - (where she also € 5, in addition to the extremely high gas water and electricity prices - for empty loading the dishwasher charged) 3 weeks after departure! Quite old interior / house, some rooms are interconnected / out on each other. Many rooms and spaces, table tennis, kikkerkas, large kitchen, plus ... Ideal for larger groups.

We have been in the cottage with a group of 12 friends. Because we were on "motorcycle weekend" we have been mostly on the road. For us the cottage was excellent, very spacious, cozy and three showers. However, the owner is very late to the refund of the deposit, the holiday is over two weeks and I still do not know what I get back, and if I get something back. I find this very disappointing because retaining a confidence thing, trust what now becomes.

With 11 adults at weekend as a surprise for my wife's birthday celebration. It was cozy in the house. Also nice is the relaxation area, although the kicker urgently needs replacing and the darts (we have three arrows can be used after searching and tinkering). Pity is that the infrared cabin in the cold garage and is thus not used, if this example on the first floor would be a huge plus and a huge surplus value and comfort mean. In our view, there are renovations going on there apparently new electricity cables were laid in various places but not connected. For the summer this is a great house, but what the winter or cold period is concerned it has been a precious weekend to get cozy warm, we estimate + / - 150 Euros for the weekend (gas, electric & wood) without the infrared use. Everything else is there to cook yourself, it lacks nothing in this area and that is a huge plus point.

Beautiful and definitely quiet house. Weather sucked, yet the kids (8 and 11y) and the large & quotkids "not bored (large games room with table football and ping pong table.) Shopping fell slightly against (all quite far) but as we only stayed there three days was also that no real problem

A beautiful house with lovely large, private and well maintained garden. Fine kitchen with a fireplace that we did to each evening. Refrigerator and garbage were not calculated on 12 persons. Additional atmosphere filled by eg bookcases, wooden beams and other details. Of course noisy with just a wooden floor and ceiling. Fine beds, double beds a bit smaller than we are used to. Cleaning on arrival had been able to more thoroughly, especially playroom was very dirty. Our son first sale there in the dust.

it is very noisy, you can hear everything from one another. The leaking and was very drafty. Difficult to heat, so high heating costs we suspect. Multiple beds dropped by, there was not sleep well because of it. 2 cots, with large hole in the bottom and one which could be a spijltje out. Not slept Not suitable for several people so.

Far to much money for 3 nights: 880 euros. Everything is old and dated. The sauna doesn"t work. We paid 300 !! for cleaning, electricity and wood for the fireplace

It is a nice big house with a beautiful garden. A bit old, with some flaws. High ceilings with many beams and therefore a lot of cobwebs and very dust spiders. The floors were clean. When leaving the house, I saw that the shower mats were immediately exchanged for clean ones. That's also nice to know. Owner is very nice and friendly. She only speaks a little bit of Dutch. So communication was difficult.

We booked this stay two weeks ago. We paid 500 euro deposit and were promised to get it back two days after we left. Ever since we have left the house owner is unreachable. Doesn't answer the phone doesn't reply to email. What a horrible experience.. DONT BOOK THIS HOUSE. The house is old and needs renovation and on top of that we just feel scammed. The owner looks like an innocent old lady, but goes missing when she received the deposit.

A beautiful location but little to nothing to do in the immediate vicinity. Upon arrival we had to pay a € 500 deposit for the expenses of gas, water and electricity. The rest of the amount would be transferred back to us. In the meantime, we are more than 14 days later, but still have not seen anything (still about € 350 in credit). I have already tried to contact you by phone, but I cannot get a connection. There were also several defects in the house. Urgently need several repairs. They don't see us there anymore.

Staying at Belvilla was very pleasant. La Roche is very nice. In the house especially we liked the fireplace in the kitchen and the special Rämlichkeiten, where you can retire well. The "hostess" was very accommodating and we felt well looked after.
