We had a fantastic holiday. It was a nice (slightly dated) house with a phenomenal view in beautiful surroundings. The cleaning left a lot to be desired, but that did not spoil the fun. WiFi was also great! Very friendly owner who came for a chat on the day of departure. All in all we had a great holiday. Returning home with great reluctance.

After reading a lot of comments, we had no prior expectations. The goal was to experience a quiet nature holiday. This also worked. The villa/chalet offers everything a nature lover needs. Not luxury, but rental worthy. There was - after a few days - a short contact with the owner, who came to ask if everything was okay. We have done a lot of trips from Prêlle and it was an ideal base. The only downside is that there is no freezer or freezer compartment. Not so bad, because you will adapt to this. The beds are very comfortable. I have back problems and was very satisfied with the quality of the bed. A corkscrew was not available, so I bought one myself. Outside the plot could have been a bit better maintained, but all in all it wasn't too bad. I will definitely come back, because price / quality excellent!

We did not find the house clean. There were dead insects and dirt on the floor, there were cobwebs in the closet and on the walls, the house smelled musty.

This was a great house! Everything you need and it has a fantastic view! Very comfortable. We would definitely come back again! If I had anything negative to say, it would have been nice to have a freezer....but that is a minor detail.

Nice house with fantastic views. Enough wood for the wood stove. The kitchen is also fully equipped. No one was there on arrival, but the door was open and the key was inside. When we inquired, we heard that if we walked up the small road, we could go through the (open) barrier. Then you can take walks from the cottage. It was advised that the dog should then be fixed due to wild boar. The cleaning could have been better. The beds are on the hard side.

Very nice chalet nice view super comfortable, just need to adjust the description I had coffee pads with me but they were no longer there, I had just bought a bowl of ice cream with the groceries and the freezer was not there either. And I found the mattress of the double bed is quite saggy (but I am very sensitive about that) Furthermore, a good house is recommended, and oh yes, very many wine glasses, only a bottle opener is missing

June 18, 2022. Did not receive the house we had booked because the hot water installation was broken, incomprehensible, because we even arrived a day later than booked. We were then given a house higher up, very difficult to reach for us, unsafe steep stairs, with a banister that you held so loosely in your hands. In the house it was filthy, the floor was sticky, the beds were not clean, cobwebs, ants, etc. everywhere. Complained to Belvilla and the owner, no understanding, Belvilla did nothing for us, so we went home the next day, after we did not had slept in those dirty beds, but in a chair. The neighbor in the house next door had the same experience and decided to go home the next day as well. This, and the house, are unworthy of Belvilla, because we have often booked there; I'm afraid this was the last time.

Magnificent view, quietly located bungalow that looks a bit outdated but has all the modern comforts. Close to N4 but not disturbing. The area around Tenneville is one of the most beautiful in the Ardennes. Ideal for walking and (electric) cycling.

Arrival was strange: no one present, after calling the door turned out to be loose and we were allowed to enter. Nice light house. The kitchen inventory was insufficient and the lovely sun loungers had no cushions, fortunately they were delivered afterwards. Belvilla could indicate more emphatically in the description that the house can be reached by car at the end of an unpaved cart track with 180 degree turns. Nice view, the thunderclouds looked impressive. Good WiFi.

On arrival there was no one, when I called nobody answered (5x), the house was fine, everything was there, the garden was not, the grass and weeds were 20 cm high and when we left our dog he already had immediately a tick bite, we are therefore not in the garden, which I regret, there normally had to be a garage, but there was no key and because no one answered, I do not ask how or where it was, we are have been to La Roche and Durbuy en Spa, and made the best of it, we also went home a few days earlier. . .

Very nice, simple chalet on the northern slope with morning and afternoon sun in the surrounding (small) garden (early May). Beautiful view of the valley. Quiet area. The cottage is on the border of three different hiking areas. There is plenty of choice from extensive forest areas to small-scale agricultural landscapes with the Ourthe as a winding landmark. All with signposted walking routes. Only downside you need three different hiking maps. In the village of Lavacherie you can at least buy a walking map of St Ode at the (well-stocked) supermarket. The cottage itself is fully equipped, very comfortable with good heating, nice wood stove and all desired electrical equipment. The location with views over meadows and Ourthe is beautiful. In short, great vacation spot for those who want to combine an active holiday with comfort.

Yellow stained sleeping pillows and blankets, couch and seats with brown sticky armrests and just from dirt, dust and webbing that shows places not being cleaned in years. Black mold in the bathroom, yellow stained tub (we cleaned it with chlorine and it became white again).
There we"re clean places as well. Looks like a cleaning service has a very tight checklist and is forbidden to do anything not on it.
Most fascilities work. The house has potential but needs work. Things like not having oven gloves while there is a nice oven.
Could be tuned around in a day, but clearly hasn"t for quite some time.
Called the owner Friday and left voicemail, emailed Saturday, called and left voicemail again on Monday but no response.

The house is truly beautifully situated. Wonderfully quiet and a magnificent view when you sit in front of the house. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful walks. Unfortunately, the interior is quite outdated and sometimes downright dirty. This only concerned downstairs. Everything "upstairs" was neat and clean. Also outdated sanitary facilities. Bedrooms clean. Bedding also clean.

This was a great house! Everything you need and it has a fantastic view! Very comfortable. We would definitely come back again! If I had anything negative to say, it would have been nice to have a freezer....but that is a minor detail.

When we inquired, we heard that if we walked up the small road, we could go through the (open) barrier. Then you can take walks from the cottage. It was advised that the dog should then be fixed due to wild boar. The cleaning could have been better. The beds are on the hard side.

June 18, 2022. Did not receive the house we had booked because the hot water installation was broken, incomprehensible, because we even arrived a day later than booked. We were then given a house higher up, very difficult to reach for us, unsafe steep stairs, with a banister that you held so loosely in your hands. In the house it was filthy, the floor was sticky, the beds were not clean, cobwebs, ants, etc. everywhere. Complained to Belvilla and the owner, no understanding, Belvilla did nothing for us, so we went home the next day, after we did not had slept in those dirty beds, but in a chair. The neighbor in the house next door had the same experience and decided to go home the next day as well. This, and the house, are unworthy of Belvilla, because we have often booked there; I'm afraid this was the last time.

Arrival was strange: no one present, after calling the door turned out to be loose and we were allowed to enter. Nice light house. The kitchen inventory was insufficient and the lovely sun loungers had no cushions, fortunately they were delivered afterwards. Belvilla could indicate more emphatically in the description that the house can be reached by car at the end of an unpaved cart track with 180 degree turns. Nice view, the thunderclouds looked impressive. Good WiFi.

The cottage is on the border of three different hiking areas. There is plenty of choice from extensive forest areas to small-scale agricultural landscapes with the Ourthe as a winding landmark. All with signposted walking routes. Only downside you need three different hiking maps. In the village of Lavacherie you can at least buy a walking map of St Ode at the (well-stocked) supermarket. The cottage itself is fully equipped, very comfortable with good heating, nice wood stove and all desired electrical equipment. The location with views over meadows and Ourthe is beautiful. In short, great vacation spot for those who want to combine an active holiday with comfort.

We hoped that the reviews gave the manager reason to make improvements. Unfortunately... The house is dirty and dated. There was blue moldy bread in the kitchen cupboard and the oven rack was too greasy to handle. The shelves in the wardrobe were also dirty.

We had to ask for a corkscrew and it was brought by the neighbor in the evening....

There is 1 towel per person per week as standard. Because the manager only uses 1 per week. We almost felt bad asking for more...

The house itself is in a prime location, beautiful views, walks in the area and a good base for activities.
But next time we will look for another house.

Thus far it"s pretty bad to be honest. Yellow stained sleeping pillows and blankets, couch and seats with brown sticky armrests and just from dirt, dust and webbing that shows places not being cleaned in years. Black mold in the bathroom, yellow stained tub (we cleaned it with chlorine and it became white again).
There we"re clean places as well. Looks like a cleaning service has a very tight checklist and is forbidden to do anything not on it.
Most fascilities work. The house has potential but needs work. Things like not having oven gloves while there is a nice oven.
Could be tuned around in a day, but clearly hasn"t for quite some time.
Called the owner Friday and left voicemail, emailed Saturday, called and left voicemail again on Monday but no response.

The only downside is that there is no freezer or freezer compartment. Not so bad, because you will adapt to this. The beds are very comfortable. Very nice, simple chalet on the northern slope with morning and afternoon sun in the surrounding (small) garden (early May). Beautiful view of the valley. Quiet area. June 18, 2022. Did not receive the house we had booked because the hot water installation was broken, incomprehensible, because we even arrived a day later than booked. We were then given a house higher up, very difficult to reach for us, unsafe steep stairs, with a banister that you held so loosely in your hands. In the house it was filthy, the floor was sticky, the beds were not clean, cobwebs, ants, etc. everywhere. Complained to Belvilla and the owner, no understanding, Belvilla did nothing for us, so we went home the next day, after we did not had slept in those dirty beds, but in a chair. The neighbor in the house next door had the same experience and decided to go home the next day as well. This, and the house, are unworthy of Belvilla, because we have often booked there; I'm afraid this was the last time.

Environment is lovely. But house is bad. Bath is broken, stairs are rickety, everywhere it is dusty and dirty, Bath was not cleaned (there were still pubic hairs), Bad lighting in living room and bedroom. Dining table really needs to be repainted, it sticks on all sides, floor was sticky

Magnificent view, quietly located bungalow that looks a bit outdated but has all the modern comforts. Close to N4 but not disturbing. The area around Tenneville is one of the most beautiful in the Ardennes. Ideal for walking and (electric) cycling.

Arrival was strange: no one present, after calling the door turned out to be loose and we were allowed to enter. Nice light house. The kitchen inventory was insufficient and the lovely sun loungers had no cushions, fortunately they were delivered afterwards. Belvilla could indicate more emphatically in the description that the house can be reached by car at the end of an unpaved cart track with 180 degree turns. Nice view, the thunderclouds looked impressive. Good WiFi.

On arrival there was no one, when I called nobody answered (5x), the house was fine, everything was there, the garden was not, the grass and weeds were 20 cm high and when we left our dog he already had immediately a tick bite, we are therefore not in the garden, which I regret, there normally had to be a garage, but there was no key and because no one answered, I do not ask how or where it was, we are have been to La Roche and Durbuy en Spa, and made the best of it, we also went home a few days earlier. . .

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful spot. Definitely recommended in the area. The house was very disappointing. Everything is there, no complaints about it but very poorly maintained and outright dirty! Because the weather was beautiful outside lived so not much annoyance. But would not recommend the cottage to anyone. Very unfortunate because it is beautiful. House is certainly not worth the money !!! All in all had a great holiday but that has more to do with the Ardennes than with our accommodation

Comfortable cottage with stunning views over the valley. Good functioning kitchen, barbecue and fireplace. Would definitely recommend it. Could have been right before, friendly contact person. Do take your own toilet paper with you, was not present with us.

Arrival chalet was open. Administrator came when we called him. Friendly man. Very nice, simple chalet on the northern slope with morning and afternoon sun in the surrounding (small) garden (early May). Beautiful view of the valley. Quiet area. Somewhat more noise from the nearby N4 than we expected, but not annoying for us. Good walking area but not from the house. Good kitchen with more than enough glasses, pans and plates. What more kitchen utensils would be desirable. The chalet must be thoroughly cleaned once.

Good reception, not too long and to the point. The cottage was well maintained and fully met the name of the holiday home. All necessities were present and worked perfectly. Furthermore, a beautiful location near all the beauty that nature has to offer. For shopping you need the car (la vacherie) Very good baker and the butcher in the local Delhaize is good. The cottage is on the border of three different hiking areas. There is plenty of choice from extensive forest areas to small-scale agricultural landscapes with the Ourthe as a winding landmark. All with signposted walking routes. Only downside you need three different hiking maps. In the village of Lavacherie you can at least buy a walking map of St Ode at the (well-stocked) supermarket. The cottage itself is fully equipped, very comfortable with good heating, nice wood stove and all desired electrical equipment. The location with views over meadows and Ourthe is beautiful. In short, great vacation spot for those who want to combine an active holiday with comfort.
