Het huis is zeer goed qua grote maar toch veel opmerkingen over hygiëne en gebreken. Het is niet proper ( stof, spinnenwebben, keuken vrij vuil), veel lampen die het niet doen, zetels met losse poten…. Voor het grote budget had het wel properder en meer in orde kunnen zijn.

The house is beautiful, the location is great. Unfortunately the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. (Hair in the bathroom, old shards under the sofa) and the equipment is getting old. (Leaning garden furniture, no cushions for garden chairs, laminate comes apart). There weren't enough towels and only two tea towels for 5 days even though the description said so.

The indoor pool was the highlight of our stay! We spent hours in there, and it was such a nice touch to have that private space, The only downside was that the nearest supermarket was a bit of a drive, but it was manageable

Cozy house, big enough but some comments, not thoroughly cleaned and we paid 300 euros extra for this, we also removed a small bat from 1 of the bedrooms. Nice house, with many rooms and a fantastic swimming pool. This was the second time we stayed there. The weather also cooperated. The garden is great for children to run in football etc. Here and there some broken lights and other small things, but not disturbing. The large cooling in the kitchen eats power I think, so we had some energy costs for a week lost, of course also by the pool. Especially for us with 16 people, everything is worth it. We will definitely go again.

We had a very nice week in the house. The house is a good size, enough space for everyone. The swimming pool was the greatest asset, the children have hardly been out. Very friendly welcome. Nice accommodation, well maintained. Make sure that you have enough cash with you, also consumption must be paid in cash (1000 euros). The house was not really warm, despite the high fuel oil consumption (351 euros) and there was no possibility to hang the swimwear, so we bought a drying rack. But we, our children and grandchildren are satisfied.

Fantastic stay with 16 adults and 6 children. The children spent the whole day in the swimming pool, the adults playing football in the large garden. Every (large) bedroom (some on two floors, so fun for kids) with private shower and toillet.Goed maintained and noted, minor defects were rectified immediately after passing (as indicator of the sauna, not working decoder and automatic shower pool ). Kitchen what scanty. So missed the kettle or coocker (read this happy in advance), but there was a professional dishwasher and very large (walk) koeling.Handdoeken and bedding neat clean. Fireplace wood for using payment for wood stove and barbecue. Whole house fitted with functioning CV.Eigen parking directly ruimte.Wifi Internet presence of the attic, but signal is not strong in bedrooms and downstairs is anything but.

We stayed at this holiday house with a group of 21 people, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. First of all, the house was extremely cold when we arrived. It took almost two full days for the heating to work properly. This is unacceptable for a holiday accommodation, especially in cold weather. There is a fireplace, but no firewood was provided. There is also a jacuzzi shown in the listing, but it was closed and unusable. The sauna did not heat up at all during our stay. Additionally, the children’s play area was closed, which was a big disappointment for families. The sofas were dirty, and overall cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations for a property of this size and price level. Despite all these issues, €200 was deducted from our deposit because the beds were not made. Considering the numerous problems we faced, this deduction feels unfair and disproportionate. Out of 21 guests, no one was satisfied with the stay. The house did not match the description, and several advertised amenities were either not working or not available. Overall, we do not recommend this accommodation and would not choose it again.

We had a very nice stay with a group of 24 adults. Everything was great for us! The kitchen was perfect, the fast dishwasher was definitely a plus! The bedrooms and beds were also fine, the showers heated up quickly. The pool and sauna were wonderful to relax in after a long walk. Nice house, with many rooms and a fantastic swimming pool. This was the second time we stayed there. The weather also cooperated. The garden is great for children to run in football etc. Here and there some broken lights and other small things, but not disturbing. The large cooling in the kitchen eats power I think, so we had some energy costs for a week lost, of course also by the pool. Especially for us with 16 people, everything is worth it. We will definitely go again.

Cozy house, big enough but some comments, not thoroughly cleaned and we paid 300 euros extra for this, we also removed a small bat from 1 of the bedrooms. We reported this, but received no response, too bad .... Beautifully located and very large garden, large terrace with BBQ facilities, beautiful surroundings.

The house is beautiful, the location is great. Unfortunately the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. (Hair in the bathroom, old shards under the sofa) and the equipment is getting old. (Leaning garden furniture, no cushions for garden chairs, laminate comes apart). There weren't enough towels and only two tea towels for 5 days even though the description said so.

It is a lovely large house with a beautiful pool! You can lie outside in the sun but also enough space to play. The house is very old bulging and dusty. Very expensive final costs with gas / water / electricity and final cleaning.

Rare reception. The manager was not on time and only spoke French. Very unclear! Make sure that the deposit and the bill have cash afterwards otherwise you will be put out again. The house is also fantastic. Reliable facilities. Wonderful environment.

A fine house, we were here with 12 adults and 11 children (aged 3 months to 12 years) In particular, the space, the pool we found fine considering the poor weather conditions particularly fine. We stayed with 20 people in Le Clos Bagatelle. Extremely friendly reception, very neat finish on departure. The house is fine, spacious, with beautiful terrace, BBQ and pool which we have. Lots of fun

Fantastic stay with 16 adults and 6 children. The children spent the whole day in the swimming pool, the adults playing football in the large garden. Kitchen fully equipped with a fast dishwasher so that washing up never stopped. Very nice environment wooded, quiet, quiet, walking pleasure, supermarket at 5km. Recommended!

Very friendly welcome. Nice accommodation, well maintained. Make sure that you have enough cash with you, also consumption must be paid in cash (1000 euros). The house was not really warm, despite the high fuel oil consumption (351 euros) and there was no possibility to hang the swimwear, so we bought a drying rack. But we, our children and grandchildren are satisfied.

Had a fantastic family week with 26 people. Missed nothing, fairly clean, we found the indoor swimming pool a bit cold, with 1 phone call that was solved and someone came by to put it a bit warmer. Beautiful large quiet area. Photos are all correct.

Very nice place but there was a double booking. We were only able to stay because we happened to be at the location first. It also cost us half of the Friday night to come to a solution. The owner's help with this was very limited.

Very much enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. Everything is clean and user-friendly. The environment is beautiful. Too bad the internet only worked well in the dining room. For a big house like this you need amplifiers. Too bad that at arrival a French-speaking gentleman spoke to us and we therefore had difficulty communicating.

We had a very nice week in the house. The house is a good size, enough space for everyone. The swimming pool was the greatest asset, the children have hardly been out. Points of attention: a vacuum cleaner would be useful / the settlement of gas, electricity, water is a bit after a week. So it's best to factor in 100 euros per day when booking this house.
