Our stay at Résidence Durbuy was delightful, The location is close to the heart of Durbuy, making it easy to explore the town, The fridge-freezer was a nice feature for keeping our snacks and drinks cold,

The house was excellent but no receptionist, you have to contact by phone. There was no private pool, that's only for the summer. There was a general pool, but they absolutely did not want to speak English or Dutch. Only French, then you stand there. The garden chairs and table were dirty, others were broken, I also had to clean the shower before use. There was no maintenance regarding how the garden looked. So yes, I will never go there again. Still, apart from the outside and bathroom, the house is a 9/10.

Photo's don't match reality. The accomodation was dirty and very dark, with large wall directly in front of the window. The advertised indoor pool doesn't exist and the outdoor pool was dirty and green. And I could go on and on.

The apartment was not like the pictures, the furniture is very old and worn, the bedrooms are bad, flies are everywhere, there is no cleaning service at all, I saw a snake between the bushes near where I live, even in the city has nothing interesting, I do not guess at all

The cottage was very beautiful. There was mold in the bathroom between the tiles. There was some kind of plate on the outside of the bath, but it was loose and dirty. We also did not know in advance that extra cleaning costs (70 euros) were added to the total amount. For the rest we had a great stay. Staff is very friendly and the setting is beautiful.
