The place was not very clean but the person at the reception gave me a reduction on the cleaning fee, I did not understand that we had to pay for the electricity it is the 1st time can to be it is the fact that of the price of energy but I have rent somewhere else 2 days before and oas of electricity to pay.Otherwise the place was very beautiful.

Cottages are slightly on the old side but generally neat and clean. The park itself lacks the necessary accommodations, no shop or restaurant and the swimming pool is located outside the park. Practical things such as towels and bed linen must also be purchased on arrival. People of the park are friendly and clear. There are still costs afterwards, such as electricity and cleaning.

The bungalow was not very clean on arrival. The garden furniture was very meager, for a comfortable stay I also expected to be able to sit outside in a relaxed manner. It was now limited to a small picnic table. The bathroom could use a little restoration, with a spacious(r) walk-in shower and modern(er) materials. The environment is fantastic!

Very nice house. Clean and very spacious. Beautiful park and plenty in the area for walking and other fun things to do. Two negatives:-Promised WIFI was not present-Boiler of the shower did not work optimally, so we had a hot shower and not long hot water.

The cottage was very beautiful. Unfortunately, the mattress covers were not clean and the sliding doors could not be locked. This was a bit less pleasant, but otherwise we really enjoyed it and the area is beautiful. You are close to the center and to other beautiful places, we thought this was very nice. Tip: bring your own shower towels and kitchen towels for washing dishes. You may also bring your own bed linen.

The inconvenience when we arrived regarding housekeeping, door problems, and more put us off. But the place was pretty and pleasant, which made our stay a good one.

Despite the stricter hygiene measures according to the park, the house was not really clean. The bathroom was dirty (hairs on the heating). The bed linen also had hair and the blankets smelled musty.

Our nightmare came true, all these reviews are true! And some even put it mildly. We called because we were very shocked by the reviews, but we got black and white that we didn't have to worry! We arrived with 2 adults and 2 children, the house smelled very musty, windows and doors opened to air, when making the beds, the blankets were still wet, just washed?! The bathroom was covered in mould, the living room was covered in mold and dirt, our children's mattress smelled musty / mold and our mattress was too big for the bed itself! Super bad ventilation, which kept everything wet. At the reception we report the problem but we were not even looked at. "We can spray some stuff on it" was the only answer we got, the gentleman didn't even get off his chair to come up with a solution at all. Everything was already fully booked and that was it (the house next to us was completely empty). We had been to look for a solution, we heard at 9 pm that the person who was responsible for it had already gone home. There you are with your family! The next morning I woke up with swollen glands, my throat really hurts, I searched the city and country for paracetamol, which of course they only sell in the pharmacy in Belgium. The next day at noon we received the redeeming word from belvilla we can go home! We have taken pictures of the house, on arrival of the meter box and on departure! We have filled in their form and if they still come out higher with the costs than we do, we have left it spotlessly clean to avoid extra costs But to top it all off, we came home and I received an email from residence durbuy itself that we have made damage in the apartment!

Quite a clean place, the bathroom could be maintained a little better and there is no extraction system so the walls remain wet in the bathroom after showering. Everything you need for cooking is provided.

Small but very cozy house. This can be done perfectly with 1 dog. Disadvantage; terrace is not closed so your four-legged friend cannot run loose on the terrace. Late checkin is possible but check out was very early we thought. Everything else was very neat. Lots in the area. Durbuy itself is not far from the accommodation.

Great location near Durbuy Adventure, the terrace was ideal for a morning coffee, and the free Wi-Fi was a plus.

Our experience was quite pleasant. The suite was modern and had everything we needed, including a nice television and a comfortable sofa bed. We felt at home. We also appreciated the proximity to local dining options.

The location is fantastic! We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions, especially the Labyrinths and Durbuy Adventure Park. The suite was modern and well-equipped, which made it easy to relax after a day spent outdoors. The staff was friendly, which always adds to the experience.

We had a cozy stay in this suite. It was very quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, and we took advantage of the lovely terrace to eat outside. A great way to enjoy the nature surrounding the holiday park.

This place has such a vibe! The high sleeping area is genius, really gives the room a spacious feel, super close to Durbuy Adventure for some fun, plus outdoor pool for relaxed vibes, perfect for a weekend getaway.

This place was exactly what we were looking for - a comfortable and modern suite in a beautiful setting. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved visiting the nearby Treetop Park. The hosts were welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Very cozy house, smaller than it looked in the picture. There is even a Nespresso machine available for those who like it. Friendly welcome. It said that there were bed linen, but this is only a duvet, pillow and mattress cover. The disadvantage is that it is two mattresses on one bed, so you have to buy bed linen twice, which costs 20 euros and I think it is expensive. Kitchen linen is more suitable for 1-time use, so be sure to provide this yourself, too bad that there is no dish soap.

Nice house in a beautiful park. The cottage is modern and cosily furnished. The kitchen had a nice stove and oven/microwave. Super nice that the kitchen was so extensive with crockery, pans, etc. The bathroom could also be renovated in our opinion. It is a bit patched up but old and dirty. The bathroom was also not cleaned very well, there were stains on the wall and door that we just brushed off ourselves. Also, the extractor did not work in the bathroom (full of dust ...) We were also surprised by the fire alarm while cooking. The house was full of smoke because the extractor hood did not work either. At first there was no hot water from the shower faucet, but after a call, this was picked up that afternoon! Highly recommended!
