Key collection is good geregeld.De house is super equipped for families with small and older children.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very comfortable chalet, just not sound proof. With children this is difficult. Very thin panels between the spaces!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

A lovely chalet with a lot of character, The garden is well-maintained, and the children enjoyed the playground, The high-quality amenities made our stay comfortable, and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

What a great place to stay! The garden was beautiful, and we enjoyed BBQ nights on the terrace, The children’s bed and high chair were a thoughtful touch for families, It really felt like a home away from home,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

This chalet is a cozy retreat, The wraparound terrace is a nice feature, providing both sun and shade, The living/dining room felt spacious and inviting, and the kids loved the play equipment outside, A practical choice for families looking to relax,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions like Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne, The chalet itself is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and washing machine that made our stay comfortable, Perfect for a relaxing retreat,

The tranquility in the street

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Spacious and well-equipped house with sufficient kitchenware, made beds, jacuzzi, seating, delivered clean. It took some effort to obtain the key code, and the only downside is the high noise level of the house. Between the upper and lower floors, there is only a wooden floor, so you can almost follow all conversations everywhere; if someone goes to the toilet at night, almost everyone wakes up from it.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very cozy house but with some defects: lighting on the back terrace did not work, kitchen cabinets and drawers had to be opened and closed with great care, otherwise they would fall out of the sliders., oven no longer closed properly so placed a chair in front to limit energy loss,... Nights were also not quiet as the house behind us held very loud parties - Really a shame but not the fault of Belvilla or the owner.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very nice location among the trees (especially when it is very warm). Very friendly reception. Everything is present. Only disadvantage... wood works (creaks with every step) during the day not disturbing for us, but at night when someone goes to the toilet and you are not a heavy sleeper.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We had a great time in the chalet! The infrared sauna was a highlight for me, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The open kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we enjoyed dining on the beautiful terrace. Highly recommended for a family outing!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

I really enjoyed my stay here, The terrace is a lovely place to relax, and the sauna was a nice extra after a long day of exploring, The location is also convenient for cycling and hiking in the area,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The atmosphere in this chalet is so warm and inviting, The open kitchen was great for cooking together, and the recreation room offered a lot of fun with games, It is a practical choice for families wanting a mix of relaxation and activities,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Comfortable and clean, this chalet met all our expectations, The beds were cozy, and we especially loved the outdoor terrace where we could relax in the sun, Close to attractions like the Labyrinths and Treetop Park, it was a great base for our adventures in the Ardennes, No complaints here!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

A fantastic retreat for couples, Enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the peaceful surroundings, plus easy access to Durbuy Adventure!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Equipment good, quiet location, sauna, whirlpool are great, beds are comfortable. The floor creaks a lot, but that's probably normal in a wooden house. We felt comfortable.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Thought of everything, lots of toys for children, children's beds, playground, jacuzzi, etc. Minor downside: creaking floors.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The chalet is spacious, everything is present, downside it creaks but no problem, beautiful surroundings.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice stay! Spacious and well-equipped.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The house was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The inside was exactly as expected; perfect for a group of friends away for the weekend
And the service was great.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

House creaks a lot.

But big enough and all amenities are present and working.

Very good for families with children and dogs .

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The location was excellent, near Barvaux and from there a nice walk to Durbuy.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

welcome, careful owner, The cottage is very pleasant and offers many sides, The dream The region is very beautiful and allows many peaceful walks,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice fully furnished chalet. Is made of wood, so noisy but you get used to it quickly. Definitely recommended.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Magnificent place, calm, very spacious, well equipped. Suitable for all ages. We will recommend it.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Belvilla is a well-arranged site where you can easily find something, Handling is perfect and arranged in no time,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Chalet was nice and clean on arrival. The TV that broke down that night due to the thunderstorm was immediately replaced. Environment was quiet and back deck is private

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Cottage was clean on arrival, Large living space, stately kitchen and large garden, Perfect for our purpose of the weekend,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Super easy system for key transfer. Nice location and friendly owners.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Super cozy chalet with everything present. Enjoyed a wonderful holiday. Big congratulations to the owners, finally a chalet where everything is as stated. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

A nice house but needs a makeover. Cracking the floor below is much worse than we expected. Furthermore, everything was present as mentioned.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Enough space for 8 adults and the dog, beautiful area for walking, nice weekend.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Since it is a chalet, it creaks! So you hear everything from the bottom up and the other way around. We had a baby and when he wept, the whole house heard it.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very cozy cottage, recommended for families with kinderen.Beetje secluded yet close to the center of Barvaux and also not far from Durbuy.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very nice, too bad that it creaked everywhere

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

First impression arrival was nice the chalet was in halloween atmosphere and the surroundings in autumn moods together ok

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

This chalet is ideal for a quiet short vacation. The spacious walk-in shower and the sauna were perfect for relaxing. The living room was cozy, and we appreciated the DVD player for movie nights. A solid choice for a family holiday.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very nice and well-kept house. We were there with several families. Big and very small children. The house was suitable for everyone. Very baby friendly.

Perhaps the only "minus" is the extremely creaking floor. Also has charm... but less with small sleeping children.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The route was clear and well marked we have found it easy the house was thick okay the bbq couple needed to be replaced but by sending an email to the owner it was quickly resolved with a new bbq

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Beautiful setting, beautiful chalet. Unfortunately we had no hot water in the shower. Very annoying with 13 people 5 days without taking a shower. the dishwasher was clogged on arrival and the coffee maker was not working.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We had a great experience at this location. The amenities like the infrared sauna and the hot tub were fantastic for relaxing. Moreover, the covered seating area outside was perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning. We would definitely come back!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Instead of a two-hour and fifteen-minute drive, it was four and a half hours due to various problems on the road. The accommodation was large, clean and tidy. The area is beautiful and lots to do.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Accommodation gives a very good impression from the entrance, nice terrace. Well equipped house. Quiet area with little passage. Only flat internal sound insensitive. No problem in the arrangement for the hours of arrival.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

This chalet is different, The wooden vibes are so welcoming and the sauna + hot tub combination? Total relaxation goals, Perfect place to explore Durbuy Adventure and enjoy Belgian beers, Just what you need for a weekend getaway.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Arrival was fine. The house was neat and tidy and easy to find with navigation. The accommodation was to your liking and had all the conveniences. The area is very quiet and green. We were very satisfied!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

It was incredibly noisy, so bad that the children always woke up as soon as we left home in the morning. The pool table could not be used, but 1 stick and still without a point. The shower cabin could only be used as a bath or with the separate shower head. All waterjets around what looked so nice and luxurious in the photo and where we had rented the cottage, like the pool table, did not work unfortunately. In addition, there was again much present for our granddaughter to play with.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We have been a weekend to the Ardennes with 12 friends (around 30 years on average). Prima home for overnight and base for activities in the area. Large house with luxurious facilities and plenty of space and cozy seating areas.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Beautiful and complete house, somewhat noisy but that is part of a wooden chalet. Were well received, only a pity was that the previous visitors had made a mess of it and therefore the jacuzzi had to be completely cleaned and we could not use it the first day. Only real downside were the additional costs of 75 euros for bed linen. Before the reservation, we had extensive contact with a Belvilla employee about the total costs and he assured us, after she had sorted it out, that the price was all-in and there would be no additional costs. Unfortunately 75 euros in extra costs.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

There was definitely enough space. But the accommodation was extremely outdated. The kitchen cabinets were crooked and had been repaired amateurishly (with tape). One of the ovens was not safe. The floor creaked a lot (if you had to go to the toilet at night, everyone woke up because of the creaking floor). Definitely not recommended for that price (I would even call it theft).

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

I loved this place! Plenty of space for everyone, and the amenities are top quality. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for family dinners. It was nice to have a quiet place to relax after our hikes. The only downside was the cleaning fee, but honestly, it was worth it.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

I loved the rustic charm of this wooden chalet, the sauna and the hot tub added a touch of luxury, and the recreation room kept everyone entertained with billiards and foosball, it was a great place for our group to reconnect and enjoy some time to relax,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Cozy house! Whirlpool no longer available but that was made up for financially. We were there with 4 but think that if you are there with a group that it is a "loud" house :) Lots of home supplies available, nice garden, pool table and infrared sauna ok .. special shower we did not get to talk ..

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Warm welcome Indoor and outdoor space adequately designed, well appointed and clean Attractive water rooms and wellness sauna The equipment and furniture are very well stocked and meet the needs to spend very pleasant moments The wifi and other connections are flawless .L "location in the heart of nature, very close to Barvaux, Durbuy and all the many attractions in the surroundings. To recommend without hesitation, with family, in small groups :)

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Arrival was very good. Everything was accurately explained in an email. Beautiful surroundings with all beautiful chalets in the area and lots of greenery. Accommodation was very cozy and spacious enough for 12 people.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The arrival was very good. We were able to get the key from a locker ourselves and were allowed to arrive earlier. The accommodation looks nice and everything was well requested. Also received a welcome pack that already contained toilet paper and other supplies. It is in a wooded area and you have a nice balcony. There are also plenty of activities that you can do in the area. The only downside I found was the noise of the house. You notice that especially in the evening when people go to bed at different times.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very nice chalet, large living room, modern bathrooms, various games. On the other hand two negative points: the garden, the rear part is impassable and the front part was under construction from where a trench, mounds of earth, not very cheerful for the small child have so that the view! Then usually the sheets are either offered by the owner or the tenant can come with his own. But be COMPULSORY to pay for bed linen. No !! And we must not take the excuse of hygiene with covid

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

In future at the address we were received by a gentleman. Unfortunately he couldn't speak Dutch. On arrival at the house it was not warm. The heating was turned off completely and still had to be turned on: unfortunately because we had let us know 30 minutes in advance that we were almost there. The sauna was a real plus. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi and massage jets were not connected and we could not use them. We regretted this. A real jacuzzi would be a plus. Maintenance could be better.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

This chalet is definitely recommended. All accommodation is available for young and old. We would like to come back in the spring / summer. The weekend we were here, we had a lot of rain. We were more lucky when we went to the Christmas market in Durbuy. Then it was dry. This environment is very appealing to us. Friends of ours, have a chalet in Erezee.Dus for repetition vatvat.Fam. 4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We spent a wonderfully extended Pentecost weekend, with our children and grandchildren (14 people), the house is very spacious, the bedrooms are spacious and equipped with comfortable beds, the kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of crockery, cooking utensils. The area is very quiet. We recommend it!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

On arrival, we did not meet anyone, superb cottage but poorly insulated for soundproofing with its flooring which grinces ext ... the children are amused because a lot of things planned to occupy them. Was well planned for this. The front terrace to save us from the rain, it is a quiet and pleasant place. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. And return on Friday 10 am.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

It is a lovely quiet cottage with a lot of amenities, but it has to be maintained and unfortunately in some cases zo.Het terrace front and rear is heerlijk.Jammer you hear above all what is said below, but I understood which will make the owner soundproofing. That will improve a lot.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

La Coccinelle is a very nice holiday home for a large group. Very spacious! A top kitchen, with a nice large stove and a very complete kitchen! Sufficiently spacious bedrooms, and play opportunities both inside and outside, and a nice large double table where everyone can easily do their thing and enjoy meals together. Outdoor space is also great. We were unlucky that the dishwasher was broken, it was looked at, but it didn't work, so that meant doing the dishes by hand for eight people all weekend. . . . I see it as great, and it still is, but: We had to pay extra for jacuzzi use, 15 euros per day. We separated the household waste neatly all weekend, but upon departure, everything was thrown into the general container by the manager/owner, including glass. . . The house is quite noisy, you can hear everything from each other, so good earplugs are handy. The last minor point, besides the previously mentioned dishwasher, was that the manager/owner was already walking back and forth around the property at 09:30, we were tidying up the last things to leave at 10:00 as agreed, which is quite nerve-wracking. Due to the aforementioned points, therefore Nice instead of Fantastic. Nevertheless, it is worth repeating, but due to all the hassle beforehand, no longer via Belvilla. After all, we were warmly welcomed by the lady, who provided good explanations.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Beautiful holiday home, very cozy. Upon arrival everything was decorated in Halloween. Chalet well equipped with everything. We brought our own gourmet dishes, but they were also available in the chalet. Well located, in wooded surroundings.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Received clear, clarifying e-mail from the owners before departure, well received on arrival by host (limited Dutch but did his best) Chalet is equipped with every luxury and all necessities are available (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Pool table, football table and other games fill the evenings. The chalet needs some minor repairs here and there and has a creaky floor which in the evening or at night can be annoying.Alles in all a nice chalet.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

steam room, massage shower and whirlpool that are promised on site, DO NOT GO !!! PURE RIP OFF !!! otherwise the building is a bit outdated, but okay. outdoor play equipment for the children is not really stable. much smaller in real life than the photos show.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Beautiful cottage in the countryside. For arrival the key is in a safe, ditto to leave so we did not see anyone. It was a bit cold on arrival (14 °) so we turned on the heating and it was good 3-4 hours later. The cottage is cosi and well equipped but it is a wooden chalet and it cracks everywhere. When we are in the room above the living room, we hear everything that happens downstairs. We had a thunderstorm with bells, it felt like a train was going into the room, but other than that it was nice. We received all the instructions in Dutch, nothing in French but we managed to get in. To communicate with the owner, I tried in English but answered in Dutch.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice home with lots of play asses for big and small. The house is very dark and very honest. But all in all a great fun midweek autumn holiday with 14 people. Very seen from the surroundings that is beautiful.Fam Moens Arnemuiden

Prior to visit detailed information by e-mail with contact information. Easily accessible to answer questions and possible contact tel. Chalet is more than fully equipped. Was delivered very neat. Living room is spacious enough. Very child-friendly (toys, games, DVD 's). Bedrooms and beds fine. For children in garden beautiful and decent toy. Furthermore, d garden not very useful because of relatively steep gradient. Chalet is located in the park. Owners alternately present and thunderstorms #PropertyType. Wooded walking at about 10min walking distance.

Beautifully decorated house. Here and there something broken but that did not bother. Lots of party games present. Located in a well-kept holiday bungalow area, which is not clear in the picture, but it was not busy, not too annoying. Beautiful walk in Wéris, eaten in Durbuy, both beautiful places. Brocante Market in Barvaux, highly recommended !

Accommodation gives a very good impression from the entrance, nice terrace. Well equipped house. Quiet area with little passage. Only flat internal sound insensitive. No problem in the arrangement for the hours of arrival.

Beautiful holiday home, very cozy. Upon arrival everything was decorated in Halloween. Chalet well equipped with everything. We brought our own gourmet dishes, but they were also available in the chalet. Well located, in wooded surroundings.

Very nice and well-kept house. We were there with several families. Big and very small children. The house was suitable for everyone. Very baby friendly.

Perhaps the only "minus" is the extremely creaking floor. Also has charm... but less with small sleeping children.

Arrival was very good. Everything was accurately explained in an email. Beautiful surroundings with all beautiful chalets in the area and lots of greenery. Accommodation was very cozy and spacious enough for 12 people.

In addition, there was again much present for our granddaughter to play with.

steam room, massage shower and whirlpool that are promised on site, DO NOT GO !!! PURE RIP OFF !!! otherwise the building is a bit outdated, but okay. outdoor play equipment for the children is not really stable. much smaller in real life than the photos show.

We have been a weekend to the Ardennes with 12 friends (around 30 years on average). Prima home for overnight and base for activities in the area. Large house with luxurious facilities and plenty of space and cozy seating areas.

Nice home with lots of play asses for big and small. The house is very dark and very honest. But all in all a great fun midweek autumn holiday with 14 people. Very seen from the surroundings that is beautiful.Fam Moens Arnemuiden

It is a lovely quiet cottage with a lot of amenities, but it has to be maintained and unfortunately in some cases zo.Het terrace front and rear is heerlijk.Jammer you hear above all what is said below, but I understood which will make the owner soundproofing. That will improve a lot.

Instead of a two-hour and fifteen-minute drive, it was four and a half hours due to various problems on the road. The accommodation was large, clean and tidy. The area is beautiful and lots to do.

Cozy house! Whirlpool no longer available but that was made up for financially. We were there with 4 but think that if you are there with a group that it is a "loud" house :) Lots of home supplies available, nice garden, pool table and infrared sauna ok .. special shower we did not get to talk ..

Beautiful setting, beautiful chalet. Unfortunately we had no hot water in the shower. Very annoying with 13 people 5 days without taking a shower. the dishwasher was clogged on arrival and the coffee maker was not working.

Arrival was fine. The house was neat and tidy and easy to find with navigation. The accommodation was to your liking and had all the conveniences. The area is very quiet and green. We were very satisfied!
