We had a wonderful vacation in house 'Dolina'. Beautifully made beds upon arrival, clean house, and enjoyed the space it offers. Only the garden was a bit different than we had thought based on the photos; there isn't really grass to play on, but they still had a great time.

I stopped here with my family and it was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, so we could cook together, which was a nice change from eating out. The outdoor area is great for kids, and even our dog loved it. I definitely recommend it!

The Dolina exceeded our expectations! From the ecological project to the beautiful garden, everything was perfect. We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby trails, and we even managed to reach the nearby waterfalls. I would like to return!

Our stay at La Dolina was exactly what we needed! The cottage is beautifully tucked away in the woods, providing an excellent escape from the hustle and bustle. The kids loved the climbing equipment in the garden, and we enjoyed cooking in the modern kitchen. We highly recommend it for families!

What a lovely getaway! The spacious layout and the cozy fireplace made us feel at home. The location is fantastic, with walking trails nearby. We even managed to take a trip to Durbuy Adventure, which was a hit with the kids!

Proper and neat little house. There were sheets and a duvet for the beds available, as well as towels. But there was NO hot water, no possibility to use the shower. After contacting the owner, the fuse of the boiler needed to be turned on, but we wouldn't be able to shower that day, Saturday. When you've been walking all day and sweating a lot, you really crave a warm shower. You get the response, "madam, I can't magic either," and he hangs up the phone??? Kind, wow... 5 hours later they let us know via text, it was now 7:30 PM, and back from the restaurant, that the water is at 38°. On Sunday the water was completely warm. Other than that it was okay. If you have problems with the hot water, let the tenants know and sir, be a bit friendlier!

Fantastic stay at La Dolina! The modern kitchen made cooking a pleasure, and the cozy fireplace was perfect for relaxing after a day exploring charming Durbuy.

The chalet was super cute and clean, perfect for families with children, the play area kept them busy while we relaxed.

very nice house and surroundings. But there could be more explanation about what is present. For example toilet paper and basic herbs in the kitchen. We had to buy garbage bags, toilet paper, all-purpose cleaner and mops ourselves. Also the driveway had just been resurfaced and was not yet dry enough, this caused dirty feet in the house. Also the consumption of water and electricity was not recorded when we arrived. It was also not really clean, dirty oven, cobwebs everywhere and a lot of dust but that was solved.
But we had a nice week.

un peu déçu à l'arrivée par le contraste entre les photos et la réalité mais une fois dans le logement cela passe puisque bien aménagé et agréable. Par contre, pour les 90€ demandé, le nettoyage est limite. En effet, trace sur la hotte, tache sur les draps, extérieur non entretenu. Bref, peu mieux de ce point de vue là. On n'a même retrouvé des pampers d'un locataire précédent dans une des deux grandes chambres. Bref, bien sans plus, surtout vu le prix de +-500€ pour un we de 2 nuits.....

La Dolina: quiet, ideally, you can directly into the woods for walks and reach the supermarkets by car directly. Every comfort is present. We enjoyed it!

The house was super clean when we arrived and very conveniently furnished. We find separate toilets and two bathrooms a big plus. The children thought the bunk beds were the best! "In the evening a nice fire and relax in the spacious seats. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nice garden to play in! Ideal location, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful new house nestled among the trees. We were there with the heat wave but it was still fairly cool. Nice large kitchen and nice play equipment for the children in the tuin.Je walk from the house into the forest and in the area there is plenty to do and good supermarkets.

There was no toilet paper, no garbage bags, etc. but everything was expected to be nicely put outside in garbage bags at the end of our stay. These seem basic to me. Also, all beds were provided with sheets except 1 bed. Why not just this one bed? Very bizarre. The BBQ had not been cleaned for years, it was actually completely unusable. Otherwise a very pleasant and peaceful stay!

Beautiful, quiet house. Nice size, with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Has been the 3rd time we stayed in this house, always been satisfied, but you are now starting to notice that over the years no further investment has been made in it. Examples: light in the bathroom no longer works (properly), the sleeping pillows and duvets need to be renewed (pillows with balls in them due to washing), duvets with spots on them, the vacuum cleaner's casing comes loose, ... all in itself not so bad, but still a pity and below expectations compared to the house itself. What is also very annoying is that there are no mops anywhere in the house or in any bathroom a mat or something is provided for after showering. So: clean, recent house, but the consumables are due for renewal.

We had a fantastic week beautiful weather, a very nice and comfortable house, a laid-back garden with toys, a nice terrace with very nice garden chairs, ... Extra The kids were in love with the concept and the layout of the house. Something less I found The location of the house is in wooded area, but surrounded by many other chalets in a breeze of streets.

The chalet itself is cozy and stylish. Also additional amusing that there were toys for the children. Nice bathroom and good kitchen. Too bad that the TV does not work and that we are the 3rd day had no hot water. Eventually resolved quickly but got a huge electricity bill for just one week in a passive house. In the kitchen everything was present. The promised highchairs on Belvilla were not page, so bring your best self. The bedrooms have to know no heat dis also convenient. We do have slept well and quiet and have had a nice time among nature. The shop is some distance away so best for sick vanalles in advance.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and modern home. It felt a bit chilly on arrival because there were no curtains down, but that might be a matter of taste. We found the mattresses very hard, but it's quite personal. All in all a highly recommended, wonderful week!

Two wonderful weeks with our 4 children in luxury and fine house. We expected that we would sit really close to the forest. That was actually well so everything was private property. It is a nice house with a great terrace and well-equipped kitchen, but it was not too clean, even dirty towels behind the bedroom door! The garden is fenced, but the (small) dog can still go under the gate at the front of the house, and there is also a large pit there which is bad for your car! The barbecue is also too dirty to use, which was a shame in the glorious weather. We personally didn't think it was a nice environment either.

Very nice house for families with (small) children. Good beds, full kitchen and very nice shower and bath. Terrace with parasol and picnic bench and space for 3 sunbeds. The slide is a bit old, but still functions. We had very warm weather, but the house remained cool. Lots of fun in the area (car needed of course). I would go to this house again in a heartbeat.

Very nice modern chalet in a peaceful location surrounded by other chalets. Very well equipped for an excellent stay, with a very well equipped kitchen for cooking and then spending a good evening in front of a pleasant wood fire. bathroom and 2 separate toilets.

It was just top: arrive in a house where the fire burning, the tealights to the sparkling lights of the Christmas tree, a nice hostess and the bottle. A better reception may not need a man!
