Very beautiful location and a lovely large garden. However, the house needs some maintenance. The sauna and shower door of the outbuilding get stuck on the ground, and the shower itself is almost coming off the wall. The jacuzzi cover is broken, and the tiles on the terrace are broken. Also, in the little house, there are many defects such as loose window seals, poorly closing windows, and water damage in the bathroom floor causing floorboards to lift. The kitchen was nicely equipped, but you cannot set the table for 9 people because there are fewer pieces available.

Perfect for a quiet getaway! The sauna was a nice addition and the garden offered a pleasant space to relax. It was a bit far from the main attractions, but we appreciated the serenity of Septon. I would definitely go back.

The house is potentially a beautiful place but has a major maintenance backlog. Because of this we really paid way too much for this house. There was certainly a hospitable reception, we certainly felt welcome. However, the maintenance backlog and limited resources in the kitchen, for example, make it too expensive for what you get and the options in a number of areas do not match what you might expect.

Upon arrival, the tap in the kitchen was half loose, but fortunately it was repaired after 4 days. 2 drains did not flow, fortunately also fixed. Various other minor technical imperfections or issues that simply need attention. I hope that the owner will soon catch up on some overdue maintenance. The potential of the house is certainly there, but something needs to be done.

Villa Valentina is a fantastic house in itself but is in need of some updating and attention to detail.

It is not about structural matters, but it does mean that it is not worth five stars for us. For example, in the kitchen there are only two pan coasters and the waste bin has no lid. There is also no manual for the microwave and oven. There is no toaster.

The lawn had clearly not been mowed in a long time (the grass was not high because it had withered due to the recent drought, but the weeds in the grass were high).

The windows of the house are not equipped with nitpicks.

The petanque court mentioned on the site is occupied by the children's toys and is therefore not available for playing petanque.

The canvas of the parasol on the terrace is missing.

The barbecue is cracked and the grates are deformed.

A positive point is that the house was cleaned very nicely on our arrival.
