This spacious holiday home is located in Daverdisse and can house 14 people in its 4 bedrooms. Ideal for a family with pets, the house provides with ample amount space for parking.
The small hamlet of Daverdisse is very quiet, in the middle of the valleys and pastures, only the birds are heard. The forest is only a stone's throw away is great for a walk with your loved ones, whereas the river of la Lesse is just 6 km away.
The fully-equipped kitchen is right next to the dining room and the large-sized living room, you could enjoy your barbecued food on the sunny terrace or in the garden while looking at your kids have a great time playing with the pets.

The house and contents are very outdated and worn. On the upper floor, some mattresses, covers and pillows are in urgent need of renewal (stains) and the heating upstairs only worked in one of the five rooms. But for this price one can perhaps not expect more. What we did not like at all was the behavior of the hostess. She treated us like a group of 20-year-old students who were going to tear down the whole house. Every year we rent a larger group house, but we have never been confronted with such a rude and suspicious lady. speak in a normal tone. With all due respect, people who are so suspicious, rude and rude should not rent out holiday homes and certainly not a group home

We were away with a group of friends and were looking for a somewhat larger accommodation. This house was very good for such a large group. There was a large place to sit, cook, eat inside and eat outside. We cooked a feast ourselves and ate it on the sunny terrace. and that there is a final cleaning in zat.Bed linen and towel bring your own but that is also as efficient for both!

Friendly owner, smooth communication. Well equipped house for large groups, large garden and terrace. Location is secluded, no shops, restaurants, ... within walking distance, but the forests and tranquility more than make up for it!

Hostess who received us sat with her poor Dutch just walked in and immediately started to complain about too many lights that were on. And heating that was too high. We had only just arrived so we were heating things up. We also had to be careful with the curtains. As if we depended on it. The children were frightened by a lot of bugs (brown ladybugs) in the corners of the bedrooms and also in the pleated curtains. The lady of the house said this was normal because this was a well insulated house. But she didn't want to start cleaning curtains. That would fall under animal cruelty. You don't necessarily have to kill, could also be done in another way, but she didn't want to respond. On departure she came by for a final check with a butt in her hand. Apart from this, we had a nice time. Nice and quiet and cozy.

I recently stayed at a vacation home that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. While the property itself was nice and well-maintained, I would not recommend it for groups of young people looking to have a lively vacation. Additionally, the owner of the house was not particularly friendly during our stay, which detracted from our overall experience. Perhaps the biggest issue we encountered, however, was with the neighbors. They began complaining about noise in the garden as early as 6pm, even when we were just sitting and talking. Overall, while the property may be suitable for a more low-key vacation, I would caution against booking this vacation home if you are looking for a more lively and social atmosphere.
