The property is dreamy. Our dogs could safely roam in the garden, as the land is completely fenced. The house is very lovingly and cozily furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can also cook for several people. There are 3 different coffee machines, a toaster, a compact grill, and much more. We have already booked our next stay there for the summer.

The location of the house and the large fenced garden are perfect. The house is very dated and ready for a good makeover. It is dark and drafty. Although we had turned off the heating and only fired on wood, we still had to pay 77.50. The price quality ratio is totally lost here. We always have good houses at Belvilla but this was really a damper. The house gets a 9 but we do not understand what this is based on.

The cottage le taimont in transinne in the Belgian Ardennes is a nice place to spend with the family. The house is very cozy, has comfortable furniture, excellent beds and the view over the fields is beautiful. And the fireplace was just very nice. Sufficient wood available to burn against the freezing cold. The location is also excellent for excursions in the area. Can especially recommend Castle Bouillon. Minuses: it is somewhat outdated and the energy costs are correspondingly. It can also be a bit cramped, such as an attic room. And since dog owners seem to come often, there is also dog hair. That Dyson vacuum cleaner is worthless in my opinion. But all in all really recommended and Nicole the owner is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a solid 8 plus I think.

Contacted the owner one day before arrival. We were allowed in the house before arrival. Very friendly owner. A very large enclosed garden. Ideal for the dogs. The house is outdated and not very clean. Creaking beds, small kitchen (all present: dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker, dolce gusto and nespresso, fridge with freezer and large fridge with freezer in storage). We were 3 couples. The 2 bedrooms downstairs were okay. The room upstairs is not ideal for tall people. Low ceiling and a small, low door to enter. The weather, the view and the company made it a very nice stay. Price quality is good.

Everything was well arranged, very smooth communication, even in Dutch! We were very impressed with the garden! Our dog was in seventh heaven! The terrace is blissful, view so beautiful at sunset. The cottage itself had everything needed! The beds were very good! Never stood up with back pain! What I do at home. So many nice things to do in the vicinity of cities and villages and caves and the like. But also close to the forest. As game spotters we have also been treated to small herd of deer (5) and herd of wild boar (8) For us a sea vacation successful holiday and we will definitely return!

We had a wonderful holiday, what a large enclosed space for our dog! We like to go to the Ardennes and found this a very nice part. Unfortunately, due to the heat, we were not able to do all the walks we had in mind so we will most likely go back. We found the house very nice, were with 2 adults and 1 dog. There may be some overdue maintenance, but nothing that made our holiday less beautiful! When receiving and returning the key, we were very kindly helped by Nicolle. We absolutely recommend this house!

The cottage is located in a beautiful place in a wide area. House very outdated and something is still missing. Such as: No mosquito netting for the doors and windows, so that it is full of flies and wasps in no time. The full old fly strip was still there. because in the shower an unclear note that it should not be moved. The beds are made of old wooden casing (creaks and squeaks and moves and looks like collapse) and the mattresses are very bad. As for the aging: fridge kitchen got so hot on the inside top that we had to throw away all our bbq meat. Fortunately there was still a fridge in the old annex. In one bedroom a metal plate has been screwed to the floor and when you stepped on it you could feel that the floor underneath was broken. The front door clamps across the floor. Where there is a fly curtain, it is so consumed that the pieces fall off. The shower tray is covered with white adhesive tape which is loose. The sealant seams show mold. The interior doors in the house are very thin and clamp enormously. In the kitchen above the stove are plastic tiles that have melted away. Low old countertop. Everything else was really dirty. There is spinnerag everywhere; walls and ceiling. It was not clean and the only thing you could mop with was a dirty mop stick. A pity to read that these matters have been reported before and that nothing has been done with it, which is why I write this review in such detail. Furthermore, the owner is very nice, the garden is fantastic and the cottage could be a fantastic holiday home with the necessary investments.

Had beautiful weather, a day after with fog and rain around where we 14.00hr, if raising the fog still have to go to a planned destination. A wonderful week, many visits to Bouillon Dinant, La Roche, Bastogne, and all in a radius of about 50 km. highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore the Ardennes. Have gone with the engine and have a 5 day nearly 1,000 km driven through the Ardennes. The house itself has everything needed to enjoy a comfortable holiday and radiates something that is peculiar to the area. For that price you'll find anywhere something that has no equal in this house. The owner is very friendly and attentive and do its utmost to also speak Dutch. Pleasant lady! It is a wonderful house: beautifully situated in the hills, has a spacious (fenced!) garden and a sunny south-facing terrace. Our dog loved it. There is much to do in the area. The kitchen has all the necessities and there are even three types of coffee set. We had a wonderful week in "Le Taimont". With four people and four dogs this is sufficient to stay a nice holiday.
