This 3-bedroom holiday home is a typically Tuscan villa in Lombriciano which can accommodate up to 5 people. It is perfect for couples on a romantic getaway or families with children. This home also has a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and a private garden to relax.
This charming villa is situated amid grasslands, and the town center is only 4 km away. Several restaurants and public transport services are also at a short distance of 4 km. The location serves as a tranquil retreat, and you can also take naturistic walks in the neighbourhood. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party.
There is a shared swimming pool on the premises which is functional through mid of May till September. The private and illuminated garden decked with furniture also offers an opportunity to soak the panoramic view from the villa. There is a barbeque area at home. You can conveniently park vehicles at the villa , and a maximum of one pet is allowed.

Exactly what you need for a large group of colleagues / friends. Good accommodations, bedrooms, nice pool, ... Nothing to complain about! Would come again!

Nice location, helpful people, just a pity that Belvilla did not let you know that you were not allowed to make music outside after 10 pm because of the neighborhood!

Very nice and spacious holiday home. Perfect for our large group of friends with many children. The covered barbecue is ideal, so you can barbecue even in the rain. The pool was perfect. Many children have been swimming for 5 hours a day. Because the roof is made of glass, the room heats up very quickly, so that the water never feels really cold. The kitchen is well-sorted, everything was there. The people who take care of the house live next to the house so that was handy because they were always there immediately if we had something to ask. Furthermore, the area is very beautiful, you can walk from the house into the forest in a few minutes.
