House was despite the frost already well heated when we arrived. When snow was swept the sidewalk. There was arriving a bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us. Owner had previously contacted by mail with a request to pass on what time we arrived. After departure came another mail stating that we had left the house tidy. The paid deposit was refunded within 4 days. In short, Prima maintained house and very clean house with excellent service. Good sized beds and fine large well appointed bathrooms. Only the living room in the winter, because there no use can be made of the conservatory for large groups which sale.The house is great but very worth it. Due to its central location igt it great for trips to Luxembourg and France. The abbey of Orval is one worth visiting.
