Bonjour, Je ne suis pas du tout satisfait des prestations de Belvilla pour les raisons suivantes :1° je reçois tous vos documents et mails en flamand, alors que je suis francophone... et je m"appelle Fostier et non Foster... 2° le bien que j"ai loué ne correspondait pas du tout au descriptif de votre site ; en effet, il n"est nulle part spécifié que la maison se situe dans la cour d"un élevage de bovins (tas de fumier à 10 mètres de la porte de la cuisine et hangars avec des centaines de bestiaux ... ce qui, outre les nuisances sonores et olfactives, entraîne également une colonie impressionnante de mouches : impossible de manger à l"extérieur (NB : the plus, aucun mobilier de jardin disponible ...), et plusieurs dizaines de mouches en permanence à l"intérieur ( pas de moustiquaire aux portes et fenêtres...)3° nous avons été tous éveillés en pleine nuit, suite à des coulées d'eau traversant le toit, une chambre du second étage, une chambre du 1er étage et finally la salle à manger ...4° le site annonce un salon et une TV... ; nous n"avons toujours pas trouvé le salon (hormis un canapé 2 places dans la salle à manger... pour 9 personnes...) ; la TV par contre se trouve au second étage, et est plus petite que mon écran 15 pouces de mon ordi sur lequel je suis en train de rédiger ce message (dois -je vous spécifier le confort pour regarder les diables à l"euro de foot, à 9 devant ce mini-écran... et sans armchair ...) The qui se moque-t-on ?5° Aucun mateériel électro ménager ( hormis un perco et une bouilloire électrique) à disposition ; frigo classique pour une location annoncée à 10 personnes.6° Eclairage totalment insuffisant dans toutes les pièces ; chambres équipées d'une seule lampe de chevet ... pour 2 personnes 7° Seule une chambre (sur les 5) est munie d'une armoire ; pour les autres pas possible de défaire son sac, et de ranger ses affairs...J"oublie probablement d"autres inconvénients et inconforts... ; seul point positif à signaler, c"est qu"après avo

We had a nice weekend with 11 adults and a dog. The house has been beautifully renovated, but we noticed that there is too little continuity in the maintenance. For example, the grass had not been mowed, some things were missing in the kitchen (no potato knives, too few glasses for 10, no large mugs for tea, no beer glasses, no salad spinner, only 1 cutting board, no coasters for hot pots on the table, only 1 large cooking pot,...) I suspect this was all foreseen at one time but has disappeared with time, an inventory that is regularly replenished would be useful. There was also a washing machine, super handy, but no drying rack. The living space is also quite small for 10 adults. The house was very clean on arrival. We also didn't have to leave at 10 am on the last day as there was no new rental that day. That's great, of course. All in all: very nice and comfortable house, we thought it was a bit too expensive for what it was and this in combination with the small defects does us a good and not a fantastic rating.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. The arrival went very smoothly, the owner is a very easy person who welcomed us with a delicious bottle of wine. The cottage is right next to the owner's farm. The cows and donkeys do not bother you, it is even very nice to have them in the neighborhood. We were 5 families with 2 small babies and 4 dogs. The house was spacious enough and the many toilets (5 ) and the location of (very spacious) the bathrooms (2) you still had a lot of privacy.The garden was big enough for our dogs.There is no wifi, but a weekend without we found absolutely not very.The house has been beautifully renovated , we will definitely come back.

On arrival we had direct access to the property. After we had divided the rooms, unpacked the things and created the BBQ we were welcomed by the host. It is a quiet area, except for the "hassle" of the cows. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The cottage is very spacious, especially the first floor with the bedrooms. It takes a while before you know who sleeps where and again have found out how many toilets there are -) It is located in a small picturesque village where all kinds of hiking trails leave. There is a (very friendly) baker and butcher at 2 km.Reception and communication with owners was super! In short, everything in the neighborhood in a beautiful farmhouse environment.

We have been very kindly received (in Dutch still :) ) by the neighbor. All the necessities in the kitchen were there, which was very convenient. Please note that with a full occupancy of the house, the existing refrigerator does not have sufficient storage space to provide everyone with food and drinks. But the fresh cellar could possibly provide a little extra cooling space. The rooms were all very neat and tidy. The only downside in this regard: the king-size beds as described were not present, and we thought that was a pity. There were clean, spacious and sufficient bathrooms and toilets available, and the whole house breathed a very rustic and rural atmosphere. It was pleasant to stay in this house, and would like to do this again, possibly in the winter during the holidays. What would make the house all the way top, would be the installation of fly screens, so that these little pests stay outside and do not come to visit us inside. But a good fly swatter will solve this lol

Our annual family weekend (parents, 3 kids + their other half, six grandchildren, three dogs) is an excellent opportunity once again to make up a number of activities. La ferme Claudisse to Ennal was previously an excellent location plenty of room for the grandchildren to frolic off to your heart's content, plenty of rooms, bathrooms and toilets so privacy was not a problem, forests in the immediate vicinity containing well-marked walks. Unforgettable in the garden, the large outdoor table was bricked legs when an immense block was slate, and that we "have eaten in peace n all (14 people), both" z s sporty types morning as "s avonds.Voor's departure the Amblève starts at about 15 km. from the house and about two hours of kayaking fun! Furthermore, at +/- 5 km. Puzzle Planet, recommended for families! Attractive tavern with small amusement park for children and adults and fabulous panorama from the terrace!

We have 14 people had a top vacation, the house was attractively decorated and there was everything there, but for us there was a refrigerator for a drink and to eat. We have enjoyed two wonderful weeks in dut cottage in the Ardennes. We really enjoyed ourselves! The area has plenty to do at short distances and close to the house you can enjoy walking and cycling and especially mountain biking. It's nice and quiet in the area! Eem must.

This property is very nicely decorated with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The living space is smaller in proportion. The garden has a large rustic table with benches and is fully screened. At the time we stayed there were in the vast stables just talk, so it was very quiet and very nice for the kids to drive around with the bikes.

Super weekend behind us. Nice house with sufficient comfort next to a cattle farm. The latter bothered us absolutely not. The feeling of really being on the outside. Super Beds (good mattress). Nice aperitif site on chopping block in the kitchen. Too bad there is no real seating area. Coffee maker was broken and not enough cups for coffee - this was taken Saturday in order, so excellent service.

Arriving at the house calm descends. Everything makes a relaxing holiday possible. We had ordered for 8 persons bedding, this was so delivered that came out of 4 * 2 couples. We had a 4-day stay in November, where we have had very good time. Upon arrival, the kettle was found broken, but after a phone call was there within 15 minutes a new kettle, top service! However beautiful home during our stay some discomfort opportunities. Leakage in one of the bedrooms and maintenance in the garden, so dogs and small children could play unsupervised in the garden.
