What a fantastic place! The location was ideal, just a few steps from the center and close to beautiful hiking trails. The house was clean and well-equipped, which made it easy to settle in. We found the nearest grocery store a bit far for short trips, but the peace and quiet of the area more than made up for it. It was nice to have a garden space for our dog. Overall, a practical and pleasant experience.

The house has a living room with a high ceiling, a fireplace and lots of windows. That makes it suitable for every season. The kitchen has everything you need except a blender, perhaps, but so what. Showers have a hard jet and although not everything is modern furnished, the house has style and class.The house has two negatives, one of which can be fixed. Since there are cows walking around the house in the whey (which looks great and is a feast for children), there are relatively many flies inside the house. Nothing to do about it, other than a few strips hanging and banging. Second downside are the beds, including the doubles downstairs and upstairs. These make a lot of noise down the bed is not leveled and the mattresses need to be replaced. We recommend that the owner, who has called us warm and hospitable welcome as his case the guardian, to replace the beds and mattresses. A house in this category deserve better. We have 7 people enjoyed a truly wonderful Easter weekend in Li Saboti. Fine and welcome reception. Everything is there in the house and it is very quiet. There are many games and books / copies for day trips. You can hike in the immediate vicinity. There is plenty of room in the house and the beds are fine. The original house (there is quite built) is an old farmhouse, with mud walls. That is all intact, with photos "s of the original peasant family. Very authentic and smaakvol.Dat there cobwebs here and there and small spiders suits as" one older house.

Fantastic place for walkers, cyclists and peace seekers. The "cottage" is a beautiful old farm with lots of space and fully equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking. The immense garden offers you sun or shade at any time of the day. The neighbor / farmer next door keeps cows, which gives a lot of flies ... so cover food well, etcetera. but that's the only downside. Furthermore, we have a wonderful time here. The homeowner could not welcome us, but the directions were extremely correct and clear, no problem at all.

Great autumn holiday at El Saboti in Roumont. The location is really top, easily accessible and yet very quiet. Close to huge forests where hiking and mountain biking are blessed. The house itself is very charming, not creaky but cozy. Large living space and cozy bedrooms. Nice large garden and nice terrace with garden table and garden chairs. Everything you need is present. Something more closet space in the bedrooms had a great deal. We also missed some beer glasses and some champagne flutes, but that can be solved. Of course, we can definitely recommend this location. We would certainly like to return!

We have a long weekend in the Ardennes with another family (4 adults, 4 children between 3-7 years). The house is surrounded by a very large garden, with five sheds and lots of space. Inside it is large enough that you can lose your kids. Delicious. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of pots, pans and so on. There is a large BBQ outside with enough coals to cook. Throughout the weekend Also a place to stabbing a fire, for example to marshmallows & quotkoken ". Disadvantages next to the house is a farm with cows. Cows Flies. Keep the doors of the kitchen closed, otherwise you houseful! The only downside was that the TV did not work. Too bad as the Netherlands played against Mexico in the World Cup! The owner has tried a number of things at a distance, but nothing worked. We thought it was a great stay and will probably return.

From the village, a beautiful forest path leads to the Ourthe. Very nice in the spring. Plenty of blossom and spring flowers, and this year a remarkable number of butterflies. Friendly welcome by the owner. Highly recommended. In my opinion, the house is more suitable for 6 adults and 2 children or 4, because a room is under a sloping roof wall and is rather low for adults.

We enjoyed a wonderful anniversary weekend for my grandparents. From 74 to 9 months we enjoyed each other! All the amenities were available for my son and the spacious bed made it possible to sleep on holiday safely with 3 in 1 bed . A little bit we missed the fact that the garden was not fenced to our dog who is crazy about bikes but that is completely negligible for the nice memories we could make.

House is very quietly located on the edge of a small village without amenities (bakery + supermarket further down in another village). Nice view from the living room on spacious garden + environment: pick blueberries from the bush in the morning for use at breakfast ... House is quite spacious but a bit noisy. Facilities all fine. Owner is attentive and quick to answer any questions. It is a pity that no cushions are provided for the garden furniture + BBQ is rather on the small side and does not really invite use.
